Hi, I sold a t-shirt on ********. And, I shipped it out on ********, and arrived to buyer on ********. He immediately requested returning -t-shirt because he received the wrong item. Here is the comment in his return case : "Got a different shirt that wasn t pictured in the lusting*. I m just looking to return this for a refund. " But, I'm very sure that I sent the same t-shirt to him. *After receiving the return case notification, I contacted the customer service of eBay to explain the situation, and the preventative of customer service told me that he would ask buyer to provide pictures to proof that I sent the wrong item. ( I think you can check it, if not, I also got the copy of the conversation of preventative of customer service. ) And, he told me wait for responding until ********. *Today, early morning around at *:**AM EST, the buyer left the comment " Sent me the wrong shirt ", and opened a case to ask you eBay stepping in this returning case, ***********. After * minutes, the final decision was decided, and requested me to issue refund when receiving the t-shirt. **Now, I'm totally disagree the decision you made. First, Why the buyer didn't provide pictures, you still decided that he can return t-shirt. *Second, " I HAVE THE VIDEO RECORDING WHEN I SHIPPED AT USPS", if you need that video, I can send it to you to proof.
