I was trying to contact ebay as they are processing a payment believing I have received the goods, Seller notified me they are out of stock.contacted seller twice now but no response. ... E-bay have notified me of a payment to be processed but seller has informed me there is a delay as he does not have the items I purchased in stock. I wish to cancel the payment but cannot access the cancelation due to the time scale he took to inform me.
e-bay is taking monies from my bank to pay seller for goods he has not nor can not supply me with.
cancel the payment , Or issue a refund.
Only the sales persons can claim if I am or a good customer, As far as how long have I been a customer, Making transactions using ebay I use multiple sellers world over therefore, Who keeps record of all their sellers plus dates making it a pointless question.
If I cannot contact ebay to inform them of this issue whom are taking the money from my bank due to ebay making themselves unavailable to their customers(Their bread & butter) it will be time to review buying & selling .*I have thought it over & have decided that if e-bay have now made themselves extremely difficult to contact them then there is either a very poor Customer Service or No Customer Service. either way they do not deserve to have customers. ............*.
