If you are having issues with your Ebay order that was already placed click https://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/il/en-us/. From there, you should be able to report the issue to Ebay using their forms.

Since you have already listed the sale which included Global shipping, that can't be changed. She suggested two alternatives: Either (a) cancel the items and relist them with global shipping removed OR (b) go to PayPal and invoice me for the buttons and reasonable postage that way. Sarah said she would message you with that same info. I also discussed the issue of you not posting to PO Boxes. I don't know whether that was resolved.*Hope you can sort it out your end. I've just tried to send you an invoice and ebay aren't letting me reduced postage costs...it came up with an error screen): saying this - The Global Shipping Programme already provides your buyer with an invoice for all applicable item, postage and import charges. Unfortunately, you can't edit these charges, even to offer a P&P discount. When your buyer pays, just send the item to the UK Shipping Centre and the Global Shipping Programme will take care of forwarding it to the buyer. She also does post to PO boxes despite your message that she doesn't. I am ready to pay. (**pounds **pence all up) The ebay message says I can't pay because the seller hasn't included a postage cost.
