Get the buyer the best combined shipping. There was one option for cheaper shipping that was used. ... I had refunded shipping to the buyer and Ebay has figured shipping on the auction close and not the actual shipping that was charged to the buyer. The buyer paid before I could adjust or send him an invoice. Also paypal has figured fees on initial shipping fees.
Shipping fees were calculated at the close of the auction. That doesn't mean it's the "end" of the transaction. Ebay needs to do their accounting when the transaction is complete and not at the end of the auction.
Shipping fees need to be re-figured based on the final transactions of the auction when the buyer has paid and the seller has shipped.
