To Whom It May Concern,**I made a complaint about an online fraud issue I was involved in but there seems to be no development so I will just send in an email explaining once again my issue:***June *, **** I sold a **GB Silver iPhone *Plus on eBAY to a user by the name bigkel***** for ***.** GBP. He would further ask me to send him my PayPal details so he could transfer the total payment as well as asking me to forward more pictures of the product to his email (*****@***.com), payment was promised to be made the next day in his following reply - as he wanted me to post it the following Monday (June *) ahead of his son’s birthday.**At exactly June *, **** (**:**) I received an email from *****@***.com confirming a payment of ***.** GBP but stated I needed to forward the item’s shipping reference number for the funds to be cleared into my account. Later in the day at **:** I posted the item via "Royal Mail International Signed” to Nigeria with the reference number below:**RU*********GB**I received an email the following morning at **:** from eBAY saying they had received an email from PayPal saying that they had done research and found out the “item’s true value was a minimum of *** GBP and they would not be able to credit my account with the funds unless I requested the user pay an additional *** GBP. When I contacted him he told me he had received the same email and had promised to help me out with the additional funds later in the day.**eBAY had also sent me an email saying that they had to cancel the order because the account owner was not aware of the purchase, terming it as “unauthorised user of buyer or bidder account”. However, he told me that eBAY had contacted him as well advising a change of password and other details in which he had done. I would later receive an email from eBAY confirming that the user’s account had however been verified and an account re-activation had taken place.**I received a confirmation from Paypal confirming the payment of the extra *** GBP with a transaction ID of **T*****YD******Y, but stating I needed to send the same ***GBP back to the following address and receive a MoneyGram Reference Number and a secret question and answer:**Tobi Olowu*Ogun State*Abeokuta*Nigeria***I became suspicious and decided to call Paypal who proved my senses right by confirming that none of the above actions were made by them, recommending I try contacting the user or Action Fraud Police. I have since then sent him three messages and three payment reminders which have all been ignored.**Please I need this matter resolved as I am not in the best financial situation and I was hoping to sell the product to earn myself a little bit of money to sustain myself.***Regards,*Charles Nkanga
