Hi E-Bay,**I am very disappointed with the support and the way you are handling matters. I have purchased an item ************ on Sunday * June **. I then received a mail from E-Bay that a third party has accessed the sellers account this I pathetic I was under the impression that the security is good. I then contacted the seller and his lame excuse was my account has been hacked I have already paid for the item I need my money back ASAP I have also reported the matter to the South African Authorities. I will never use the site again I hope this message gets received by some that can actually assist me.
