Hello Ebay Admin, I acknowledge that there were past copyright violations in my listings, but the recent listings including the one leading to my suspension are not accurate. I would appreciate the opportunity to prove this. It's concerning to be suspended without hearing my side. The notification I received today about item number [redacted]69 being removed due to copyright is puzzling as the listing has been inactive for months. Prior incidents were rectified swiftly, and I have since maintained compliant listings with positive feedback. While I comprehend the ban on new listings during suspension, I'm puzzled why relisted items remain inactive. Consistency in addressing copyright breaches is vital, and I openly reported violations I discovered on the platform. I urge for a fair review of my account status. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Best regards, A.Kumar

I returned two pairs of Frye shoes to Sheplers on eBay. I arranged shipping labels through PayPal for both pairs. When I took both pairs to the post office in one box with the labels on top, the postman covered one label to send it. eBay notified me that Sheplers received the shoes. I have reached out to Sheplers twice, explaining that both pairs are in one box with all required paperwork, but they only confirmed receipt of one pair and mentioned a potential 3-week refund period. I want eBay to intervene and confirm with Sheplers that both pairs were received and request a refund within 7 days. PayPal was used for the transactions.

Dear Sirs, I am having an issue with the shipping costs of an item I ordered and paid for yesterday bound for Slovakia. I trust that you will promptly address this matter. I must decline the International Priority Shipping service you recommended, as shipment between EU countries like Great Britain and Slovakia typically does not necessitate additional services due to the free movement of goods, absence of VAT, customs fees, or insurance requirements. I wish to proceed with the most basic and economical shipping option from Great Britain to Slovakia, as originally stated in the seller's offer at GBP12.20 for shipping, bringing the total to GBP45.19 for the item priced at GBP32.99. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Yours sincerely, Andrej Švehla, Slovak Republic (EU)

I'm Up-North55767, Regarding Item [redacted]43 that I sold, there were communication issues with the buyer making it difficult to address the error. After contacting eBay for guidance twice and with no cooperation from the customer, I decided to refund the item cost and shipping to resolve the issue. I informed the buyer they didn't need to return the item, especially considering additional shipping costs from a different country. I am requesting a fee credit and documenting my perspective to prepare for any possible negative feedback. I would appreciate an update on the steps you may take in this situation. Thank you, Rae.

Hello, I suspect that my account has been compromised. I was billed for an item I did not purchase, and upon investigating, I found that the item has been delisted from the website. The item in question, an "Arthur Sarnoff Original Painting Acrylic Artwork Hand Signed Illustration Pin UP" by seller sfcommodities, has mysteriously vanished. To safeguard my finances, I have frozen my bank card while awaiting a replacement, which is inconvenient. Here are the details: Item number: [redacted]41 Seller: sfcommodities Item description: Arthur Sarnoff Original Painting Acrylic Artwork Hand Signed Illustration Pin UP Price: $69.95 Order date: Sunday, Jun 3, [redacted] (I was not able to make any purchases on this date as I was out of town without eBay access) I attempted to reach out to the seller, but considering the potential fraudulent activity, I am skeptical about receiving a response. I am seeking assistance to reclaim my funds promptly. Thank you, Gintare

We purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Model: SM-N910F, S/N: R58J4JDJ63A on eBay from the seller alideals-uk. The listing stated it was a "Samsung Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910F 32GB (Unlocked) Black-White UK/EU WARRANTY-NEW [Gold,NEW]." The phone looked brand new when we received it, as shown in the attached photos. However, a few months later, the phone stopped working. Samsung UK informed us that a new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 should have a two-year warranty but refused to honor it after finding discrepancies in their database. They suggested the phone may be refurbished, not new as advertised. We believe this is fraudulent, as the seller claimed it was new with a manufacturer's warranty. We are seeking either the new phone with warranty promised or a refund.

I had an unfortunate experience with a seller named sneakermdinc. When I first reached out, I couldn't buy due to travel constraints. Today, upon reconnecting, I noticed a drastic change in their attitude. The seller was unprofessional, especially after mentioning reporting to eBay. As a frequent buyer, encountering such rudeness was shocking. It's crucial for eBay to address this behavior to maintain a positive marketplace. I urge eBay to remind the seller of appropriate conduct online. Thank you, Jill M LaBrie.

I sold a brand-new wiring harness at a discounted price, showcasing detailed photos of the entire harness. Despite specifically stating no returns accepted due to the discounted rate, a customer purchased it on Amazon and attempted installation only to realize it was not the correct year model as it was manufactured in the latter half of the year. The customer then removed the protective casing from the harness, rendering it unprotected and damaged, causing me significant frustration. eBay's handling of the issue has left me feeling greatly dissatisfied, as it seems unfair that an honest seller like myself is put in this position. The harness, although it may have had minor traces of grease from handling, is assuredly new as indicated by the production date of June [redacted] on the tag. We previously incurred a loss buying the correct harness after the customer's initial mistake, and then decided to assist another buyer at a reduced price, only to face such unfair treatment from this buyer. The buyer's posted images clearly show damage to the protective casing around the wiring, despite the connectors being factory-spliced. This situation, where I am expected to fully refund for a damaged harness, is completely unjust. Moving forward, I will be taking my business and my customers' business elsewhere to prevent such unacceptable experiences.

I placed an order for a Nokia [redacted] Mobile with Order ID [redacted][redacted] on your website, advertised as brand new, but I received a damaged phone. When I provided feedback, a staff member called me to request removal of the review to protect sales. I filed a complaint to return the product, and after 7 days, a person collected the mobile and gave me a receipt. When I asked for contact details and a signature, they declined, stating the receipt was sufficient. eBay informed me that I would receive a refund via Demand draft, but I paid through Paytm and requested a refund to my Paytm account. Recently, I received an email stating that I would receive the money via Demand draft on June 21st. I prefer a refund to my Paytm account sooner and find the bank visit inconvenient. I hope for a prompt resolution and reimbursement for the inconvenience caused.

Dear Sir, I recently purchased a tandoor roti maker from your esteemed company, but I discovered it to be faulty. After requesting a return label from you, it was sent through Hermes. Unfortunately, after contacting them three times, I was informed that the label had expired. Could you kindly issue a new label for a different courier service as Hermes has been unresponsive and lazy throughout this process, leaving me feeling frustrated. Furthermore, I also purchased an M7 upper arm blood pressure monitor for £19.90 with the item number [redacted]36. I received a message from your company stating that the order has been cancelled. Please promptly refund the amount back to me. I am willing to provide copies of all relevant transaction details for your perusal, but unfortunately, there seems to be no option for this in the current column. Sincerely, MAQSOOD ARSHAD

I recently sold a Clarostat [redacted]-C Power Resistor Decade Box to a buyer on May 15th, which was delivered on the 17th. After not receiving any feedback, I followed up via email on June 1st. The buyer responded a few days later mentioning physical damage to the item not visible in the pictures. I am willing to resolve the issue but require more information to proceed further. The buyer has not sent any photos or requested a refund yet. I am considering contacting them again to discuss a return or potential refund. In the future, I will handle these situations with more caution. Although I did not insure the package for $[redacted], I am uncertain if I can file a complaint with USPS. I aim to provide the best customer service possible and understand the importance of familiarizing myself with policies regarding such matters. I want to ensure I handle similar situations correctly moving forward. Thank you for any advice you can provide. Warm regards, Liz.

I purchased a [redacted] Toyota Camry from a seller named Laura J. Richardson, who claimed to be in the military and preparing to relocate. She mentioned a protection plan through eBay and arranged for shipping. I paid the full $[redacted] through eBay as instructed, but now I'm being asked for an additional $[redacted] for a security plan. The seller and eBay Motors are unresponsive, and I am unsure if this is a scam. They are withholding the car until I pay the extra amount. I prefer a refund in cash since I cannot withdraw money from eBay cards.

Recently, there was a Father's Day coupon deal, and I purchased a drone frame and motor for my dad. The coupon required a minimum purchase of $50 and a maximum of $[redacted]. The total for the frame and motor came to $51. The coupon applied successfully, and I went to bed. Today, on June 7th, I noticed that the motor doesn't show as part of my order, although I did purchase it and wasn't charged for it. The frame shows the coupon discount, priced at $39.99, which should be impossible with the minimum coupon amount of $50. I'm disappointed as I intended to use the discount for the motor as well. I lack an item number, as eBay shows it doesn't exist, but the coupon applied to the frame suggests otherwise. I need assistance in resolving this issue.

I am a first-time customer seeking assistance with ordering items for my Body by Jake workout bench. I am in need of bands and clips, as well as a replacement booklet for the exercises and proper machine usage, as mine has been lost for some time. After a recent incident where an old band broke while I was using the bench, causing me to fall and hit my head, I am eager to get new equipment and start working out again. Please contact me at your earliest convenience, as I understand you may be busy attending to your regular customers. Thank you, Sharon B.

Regarding Order Nr.[redacted]01 dated May 18, [redacted], I purchased a GPS XGODY 7-inch with a backup camera worth $88.16 from "aspiringteam" [redacted]. However, I am greatly disappointed with the product and have several reasons for requesting a full refund: 1. The user manual instructs to connect the red wire to the ground, resulting in the camera malfunctioning as shown in the attached picture. 2. The parasolar sent for the GPS is smaller than the device itself, as depicted in the attached image. 3. The backup camera lacks connectors to be attached to a transmitter, which is not acceptable. 4. The GPS malfunctions by continuously resetting to "pedestrian mode" despite selecting "car mode," causing inconvenience with repetitive route recalculations. The seller refuses to provide a return label, and I cannot afford the shipping cost for this substandard product. I seek advice on how to obtain a refund from this unreliable seller.

I am experiencing two issues. Firstly, the package I ordered from India back in mid-May has not reached me in Australia. Upon contacting FedEx, I discovered that the tracking number provided actually corresponds to a package in Italy, which is concerning. The tracking number in question is [redacted]07. Secondly, I am unable to log in to my eBay account. Despite attempting to reset my password multiple times using various email addresses, I am faced with an endless loop leading back to the login page, claiming incorrect credentials. I wish to access my account to retrieve the seller's contact details from India. The inability to reach eBay's customer service via phone adds to the frustration. I would greatly appreciate any guidance on resolving these issues.

I made a purchase with luohao2011 for a diffuser which has not arrived yet, despite the expected delivery date being between March 20 and May 3, [redacted]. Since May 31, I have been in touch with the seller requesting a refund as I have not received the item, but they have only offered alternative solutions which I did not accept. I would like assistance in contacting the seller to request a refund and also would like guidance on leaving negative feedback if needed. Although I learned about eBay's 30-day policy after contacting them, I had already been in communication with the seller during this timeframe. I believe there is a record of my emails to the seller within the 30-day period. I am hoping for your intervention to help facilitate a refund from the seller.

I received a broken item and reported it to the seller for a refund. The seller confirmed a full refund of $91.05 on eBay, but I have not received it yet. There is a pending refund on PayPal for $29.07 that I was notified of via email but still haven't received. Initially, I was informed by PayPal about a refund of $47.57, which was later canceled. The current refund amount does not match the full refund promised on eBay. The broken item I received was missing parts that should have been in the box, which was not damaged externally. I have photos available to provide as proof.

I received item [redacted]60 on Saturday, June 9th. I was aware of the cosmetic damage mentioned in the listing, which I accepted. However, upon testing the item on my camera, I noticed difficulties with focusing and metering, especially in manual mode, making it unusable. I researched this lens on YouTube but found no mention of such issues. I suspect the problems may have been present before my purchase and could be related to the damage on the lens. I initiated a return request, which the seller accepted. However, when I asked for the return address, the seller responded rudely and instructed me to stop messaging them. I also found it strange that the listing stated no returns accepted.

I provide free shipping on select items in my store. Lately, I've noticed that some listings display USPS Priority Mail International as the shipping option instead of the expected free shipping. The inconsistency between browsers is perplexing. When accessing my listings through "Goggle," the free shipping is correctly displayed, but on Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge, it defaults to USPS Priority Mail International. Despite trying to resolve this by clearing cookies on all browsers as per our phone conversation, the issue persists. For instance, if you search for Item# [redacted]02, it should indicate free shipping, which it does on Google but not when using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge. This discrepancy is problematic as it can deter potential buyers due to the incorrect shipping information displayed.
