I sold an iPhone * which was in perfect condition working fine, the customer has said a month later that it isn’t charging correctly however when it was sent it was charging and working completely fine. They have requested to get a refund but I have not had internet for the past couple of weeks and haven’t been able to get back to them until today so it got taken further by customer service. However where is my right in this as it was working perfectly fine when sold and first arrived but obviously have no proof of this, apart from them saying it wasn’t working almost a month after it was sold which clearly shows it was working at the start. So the fact it isn’t working correctly now is beyond my control!! Where do I go from here??
