Since I never received item I wanted my money back plus the additional $* that I paid for the item to have it recipt in the gentleman never sent it out again ... I'm being told that I refused an item when it clearly states on the United States Postal Service website that it was addressed wrong and that's why it was returned. This issue has been going on since March **th **** I have spent an hour and a half on the phone with customer service overseas they laugh and giggle and think it's a joke refused to give me my money back only want to give me a credit a coupon even after the customer got the item back he agreed to send it out again if I would pay $* through PayPal which I did and the seller still refuse to send the item I have contacted eBay about this and they refused to return the money the seller has kept the money for the item and the $* that I paid for him to ship it out again and he refuses to do anything , as if I am in The Fault the gentleman agreed to send it out again if I gave him two more dollars he never did so so I am out the cost of the item and my two dollars and I do not want to coupon I have ordered another item from another individual
It's what they don't realize is that we made it agreement for him to send it back out and he never did so so he kept my $* and the item and never sent it back out Ebay is allowing the cellar to steal my money for the item and for the additional $* to ship it back out
I want my $*.** back that I paid for the item and I want my $* back that I paid for the seller to ship it out again and I think something should be done in regards to eBay overlooking the situation and taking the side of the seller when clearly he is wrong and eBay is wrong I think they both should be rectified and straighten the situation out without further ado. I really think I should be compensated for the five hours in the time I put in dealing with this I'm not being paid for * hours of my time of $** an hour to deal with this situation when eBay should have dealt with it the correct way instead of going by the automated generated system without properly investigating the situation and they would clearly see that the seller was supposed to send the item back out again and never did whether I refused it or not he agreed to send it back out if I paid an additional $* he never even followed through with that which I did not refuse it because of United States Postal Service clearly states it was not refused their last comment on their website was the package was undeliverable because of address issue
Never had a problem with this at all with eBay nothing like this I've been a customer with eBay for ** years I have contacted PayPal and regards in my $* they opened up a case eBay opened up the case and then turn around and closed it because they said that I refused it but clearly if you look at the United States Postal Service I'm going to provide the tracking number you will see that the last notation for the United States Postal Office states that it was returned due to the fact it was the wrong address or something with the mailing address tracking number United States Postal Service **********************
I have done everything that I could possibly do I contacted the seller I've contacted eBay at least five times I've opened up a case eBay closed it I've contacted PayPal they just do not read and they do not pay attention to the cases they lack in their communication especially overseas calls they do not understand English grammar nor do they know how to apply it in the proper manner they are poorly educated when it comes to dealing with situations in regards to any other language then their own
