The issue in GetHuman645229's own words
I ordered a tablet case (************) from ebay seller "****carseller**" on *-Dec ****. Made first contact with seller was on **Dec**** - They send me an analog audio*video cable instead of the case. Seller responded and asked me to wait **-** days. I responded and also requested a different color case. An agreement was made on **Dec****.**I made contact again on *Feb**** stating that i had not received the case. Seller asked that i wait till **Feb****. I reluctantly accepted. I contacted them again on the **Feb**** again stating that i did not receive the case. They apologized and promised to resend.**I opened an EBay request on **Mar**** (Ref ***********). Seller responded *April**** asking that i wait till **April****....once again i agreed. I contacted seller **April****....by this time i realized that they were replying with the same generic message over and over again. on **April**** I confronted them them with this generic reply and demanded a refund. On **April**** i requested a refund again. On **April**** i requested a refund again.**On *May**** i got an email from Ebay stating the following "Your request was closed because we didn't hear from you. If you have a request open for ** days and we don't hear from you , we'll close the request"**This is unacceptable. I was communicating with the seller and they played me and STOLE my money. They are theafs and I deserve my money back. Because I was being a "nice" customer and because of the ** day rule (which im just finding out about)...I cannot create another request.
