I purchased a pre-order game on eBay, paying for it in early August. The seller stated it would be dispatched by August 3rd, even though the game's release isn't until November 9th. I have not received the item and despite multiple messages to the seller requesting a tracking number, I have had no response. eBay informed me that since it has been over 30 days from the calculated dispatch date, I am not eligible for a refund. I find this unjust as the seller indicated the August dispatch date when the game isn't even out until November. After engaging with eBay's live chat, they mentioned a possible refund within 3 business days if the seller does not respond, which they haven't. I feel this situation is unfair, and any advice would be appreciated.

In September and October, I placed two orders - one on September 23 for a bathroom cabinet (order number 21-09[redacted]7, 58.85 lire) from the seller miroslava123-uk, and another on October 13 for a bathroom stand (order number 05-09[redacted]7, 20.83 pounds) from the seller imapiwko. Unfortunately, the seller of the bathroom cabinet sent the wrong product, and when I returned it, they did not refund me or respond to my messages. The seller of the bathroom stand also did not send the product or respond to my messages. I no longer need these items as I bought them elsewhere. I tried to purchase an Xbox for £[redacted] using my Debit card, but it was declined twice due to an incorrect billing address. After authorizing the payment through my bank app, the transaction finally went through on eBay. However, I'm concerned about potential fraud and want to verify if I was charged more than once. My bank account only shows one payment so far. I attempted to contact eBay for confirmation, but the provided number and chat services were automated. Dear Customer Service, I would like to bring to your attention an issue I faced with a recent purchase from seller johar_1976. I bought a chair that was described as 'sold as seen', and after being given directions to pick it up, I was informed upon arrival that the chairs were not ready as they were being cleaned. Despite my attempts to resolve the situation, the seller insisted the chairs wouldn't be available until the next day. I believe the seller was dishonest in not disclosing this information earlier and would like you to investigate the matter. I am confused about the payment process. I assumed the discount would be applied during checkout, but I ended up paying £17.10 more than I intended. The instructions were unclear as they did not specify clicking on a link to receive the discount. Looking back, it would be appreciated if the missed voucher amount of £17.10 could somehow be credited back. I bought a FRG [redacted] communications receiver for £[redacted].99, and the £17.10 discount would have been a significant help.

I have encountered fraudulent sellers, such as "Seller information, joeuk-1xlrpn," on eBay. Despite reporting this, I have found it challenging as eBay only allows reports if a purchase or sale has been made. To address this issue, I am considering reaching out to the media for awareness. These scammers list items well below market value, repeating the same deceitful tactics. They propose using a transport company for the transaction or PayPal's pay after delivery service to facilitate the sale. I have tried to contact eBay via phone, but am consistently directed to their inactive online reporting system. The platform seems unsafe as these scammers continue to operate freely, putting buyers at risk.

On November 1st, [redacted], I purchased a Tripod outdoor fire pit BBQ bowl round garden patio for £55.77 from the seller "p_easy_2008." Unfortunately, I have not yet received the item I paid for, and the seller is unresponsive to my emails. I am uncertain about the status of my purchase and I urgently need the item. I made a purchase and payment for an item on November 21, [redacted], from Seller luk_76. My order number is 27-09[redacted]0, and the item number is [redacted]43. I paid £28.95 via my PayPal account. The item was supposed to arrive between November 23-25, [redacted], but it has not been received. After contacting the Seller, they mentioned it would be dispatched on November 28, [redacted], but it was not. Despite multiple messages to the Seller about the order status and a promised dispatch on November 28, [redacted], there has been no response. Ebay or the Seller canceled my order without my consent. I have reached out to Ebay and PayPal, but there has been no resolution or communication from the Seller. This issue has been ongoing for 12 days with no satisfactory response. I purchased 4 women's perfumes on November 20th, but I received a message stating I could only buy 2. They mentioned a refund, but after speaking with the bank, I haven't received it yet. When I tried to purchase the advised 2 perfumes, they were different from the ones I wanted, so I requested a cancellation. Unsure if the refund went through, I ended up buying the 2 perfumes on November 21st, which was successful. I have reached out multiple times to the seller regarding collection details for the electric cooker I won, but unfortunately, I have not received any responses to my inquiries. I have requested to pay in cash upon collection or through eBay if preferred. However, before making any payment, I require the seller to provide me with the necessary information on where to collect the item. Without this crucial detail, I am hesitant to proceed with the purchase, as I need a new cooker promptly. It is disappointing that the seller is not showing cooperation in this matter.

I recently received a message from my buyer informing me that they have not received their item from 2 months ago on 29/09/[redacted]. I am extremely frustrated by their lack of communication prior to this. I shipped the item the day after on 30/09/[redacted], and I am thankful that I still have the proof of postage which I have provided to them. I am aware that eBay usually only allows claims within a month, and it is concerning that my funds are being held despite this being out of my control. I have been a loyal eBay user for over twenty years, and it is disappointing that I am unable to contact them directly to resolve this issue.

As a customer, I tried to buy a 4-port USB hub from eBay UK on November 27, [redacted]. I haven't received any confirmation or follow-up emails since then. I made a note of the eBay order number at the time of purchase. The seller, L.Happy, is based in Manchester. The delivery date was supposed to be by December 3, [redacted]. I placed an order on eBay on November 4th with an expected delivery between November 8th and 15th. After not receiving anything, I reached out via email on November 18th but only heard back that the item was still in customs. Upon contacting them again on November 22nd for an update and requesting a refund, I was informed that an investigation would be opened. As of November 26th, I have not received any further updates or my product, despite requesting a refund with no response. Reaching out again on December 2nd for my refund has also gone unanswered. Could eBay please step in to help resolve this and issue a refund? My order number is [redacted].

I ordered seven LighterLife products on the 21st of November, but I have not received them. I visited the collection point at Esso garage on Arundle Road, Worthing three times, and they claim not to have any of my items. Suki at the garage mentioned that they do not handle eBay collections. Another seller mentioned that their parcel was refused by Esso, and one item on my order was returned without any explanation. I would appreciate guidance on what steps to take next as I am currently £[redacted].25 out of pocket (after one refund). I urgently require a refund as I do not want to waste any more time, energy, or petrol with a fourth unsuccessful trip to Esso.

I recently purchased a car part from Automotive Spares, a seller with 99% positive feedback. I placed order No 04-09[redacted]8 on 28.11.22 at 2:02 pm. Unfortunately, they did not have the part I needed. When I expressed my disappointment with their customer service, their unhelpful reply mentioned a refund. However, when I tried to respond to their email, I received a message stating that the 90-day period to reply had passed, even though it hasn't. This situation has made me question the integrity of one of eBay's top-rated suppliers. I believe eBay should take responsibility for monitoring these sellers. I have an issue regarding a jacket I sold on 24/11/[redacted]. I shipped it via Royal Mail with reference number [redacted]-4C3C-01A8-A6CB to the buyer with the postcode SA27BY. The buyer claimed they didn't receive it on 05/12/[redacted]. After providing the postage details, I believe there is nothing more I can do. I feel Ebay shouldn't withhold the funds for the first item I sold as I've fulfilled my responsibility. Hence, I haven't sent the second item, an iPhone 8. I kindly ask Ebay to release the funds so I can proceed with sending the second item promptly. It seems unfair to link the funds of one item to another and then hold me responsible for any postal losses.

I bought an Addis Thermopot water heater from Addisfactory back in August. Unfortunately, it stopped working three weeks ago. I reached out to the seller for a refund since they were out of stock.
