I purchased two coffee percolators from an eBay seller, and they were delivered to my house while I was out. There are photographs from the courier confirming the delivery, but the items were left on my front door step without my permission. I contacted the seller, who sent me the photos showing the delivery on my front door step. I did not find the items when I returned, and the seller refused to refund me. eBay sided with the seller, stating the item was shipped and delivered. I am now out of the items and £25. eBay advised me to contact the delivery company for a refund. I paid through PayPal, so I am frustrated as eBay claims this is not their responsibility. After 17 years as a member, I am disappointed with eBay's lack of support. Can someone provide any guidance on what further steps I can take? Thank you.

Hello, I recently sold a rotavator on eBay with buy it now. I have completed all necessary steps. However, there seems to be an issue with my account details with the last four numbers entered incorrectly. My payment of £43.43 has not been received due to this error. I have contacted my bank but have been unsuccessful in resolving the problem with the incorrect account details. I was supposed to receive the payment between 24/25/11/21. I'm interested in purchasing a telescopic baton advertised on eBay by multiple sellers. Unfortunately, these sellers are overseas, and when attempting to have the baton delivered to my country, they are intercepted at the border due to being categorized as illegal weapons. I am puzzled as to why eBay permits these items to be advertised. Despite the transaction taking place and the payment being made, it ultimately falls upon the seller to decide whether to issue a refund.

Last night at home, my eBay account was working fine, but when I connected to my friend's wifi, it got suspended. I need to change the email and phone number on my account because I don't have access to them. I'm waiting to recover my old email, "[redacted]" I also need to change the information to be able to log in and print the return label for an item I planned to send today. I'm expecting a delivery today that I can't track without access to my account. I received a few items yesterday, and I can provide transaction screenshots and identification to verify my account. I urgently need access to my account "enochbbb-3" to track my delivery and process the return as today is my day off.

I bought a Victory Mobility Scooter for £[redacted] on November 24th, and it arrived on November 30th. However, it was not as advertised. It had scratches, rust spots, and was dirty. Feeling upset and like I was being ripped off, I didn't know how to return such a large item without spending a lot on courier fees. So, upon delivery, I decided to refuse it. The courier kindly took it back the same day. I reached out to the seller six times for a refund, but they have not responded at all. As a disabled person on benefits, being scammed out of £[redacted] has left me devastated and housebound until I can get a refund to buy a replacement. Unfortunately, PayPal won't assist since I didn't follow the proper return procedure, but I had no other guidance on how to return the scooter. Thank you for any assistance. Sincerely, S. Skehan

A buyer has opened a case claiming non-receipt of item [redacted]. After contacting Hermes, they confirmed delivery but the buyer insists they didn't receive it. Despite forwarding an email from Hermes stating delivery, the buyer disputes it. Hermes mentioned having a photo of the recipient, unable to share it. I reached out to them for further details about the item. I feel unfairly pressured to refund, especially since Hermes won't reimburse due to the confirmed delivery. eBay might step in for a refund if I don't act today. I bought a pair of Chanel earrings for £[redacted]. When I received them, I noticed that the backs looked different from the ones in the listing. They didn't seem authentic and were missing the Chanel stamp. I requested a return, and the seller agreed. I sent back the earrings with tracking and signature confirmation, but even though the seller received them and signed for the package, I have not received a refund.

I sold a diamond necklace that came with a valuation detailing all the information about the diamond including its size and origin. The person I sold it to received the necklace and thought it did not match what was on the letterhead, which is the emblem of the document. Now he no longer wants it even though I made it clear on my eBay listing that there were no returns. He had plenty of pictures to look at before purchasing it.

I purchased a picture frame on November 25th, but haven't received any dispatch notifications. The estimated delivery was November 30th, but nothing arrived. I have sent four messages and only received standard emails promising contact within 24 hours, which never happens. I'm now seeking a full refund as I needed the item and have ordered from Amazon where at least you receive what you pay for. - Julie Conroy

I created a new eBay account to sell items online and declutter my space. Shortly after listing a DVD for sale, my account was unexpectedly suspended by eBay for reasons unknown to me. I received an email stating the suspension was to protect the community, but I am unaware of any violations on my part. I am eager to resolve this issue and regain access to my account so I can continue using the platform as intended.

Good morning! I recently sold my Vauxhall Frontera through your platform. However, I noticed that my listing reappeared shortly after the sale, leading to inquiries from other buyers. While I may have unintentionally relisted it, I was surprised to see duplicate charges on my account - £15.98 on 25/11/21 and £15.48 on 29/11/21. Even considering the relisting, the charges for two weeks seem excessive. As a loyal customer for the past 15 years, I have always trusted your service. I currently have a credit balance of £60.48 in my eBay account that I would like to have transferred to my bank account. I have tried to find a solution through the online resources available and have been unsuccessful in contacting a representative via phone or Live Chat. I briefly received reassurance from a customer service representative at a South African call center who assured me the money would be transferred, but this has not occurred. I simply wish to retrieve my funds, close my eBay account, and move on from this situation. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I bought an item on eBay but need to return it. Despite having proof of purchase emails, I am having trouble contacting the seller. eBay is claiming I haven't made a purchase within the last 90 days, which is inaccurate. Hello, I need some assistance. My account was unexpectedly suspended for security purposes. Just prior to the suspension, a strange occurrence took place. I received ten emails regarding ten different items listed in my purchases, all of which have already been paid for. Some were paid for a month ago, while I have even received some of the items. The emails stated "your bid was cancelled" for each one. However, upon checking, it indicates these items are unpaid, which is incorrect, especially for the ones already received. I am anxious and would greatly appreciate speaking with a customer service representative for help with this issue.

Tonight at 7:51, I received an email from eBay notifying me that a bid was canceled. Later, at 8:01, another email arrived stating that my account had been permanently suspended due to activity deemed risky. Uncertain about the legitimacy of these emails, I logged in through Google search and found that my eBay account is now blocked. Despite only making one order for two knee braces over a week ago, which arrived on Wednesday, I have not engaged in any bidding. I am unable to provide feedback to the seller, and the tracking information does not show the item as delivered. I kindly request clarification on the situation. Thank you.

Hello, I recently logged into my eBay account and discovered that it has been suspended. I have only made purchases and have always paid promptly. I was bombarded with over 30 emails stating that the items I purchased have been canceled, even though I have already received them months ago. I am puzzled by this situation as I have never had any issues with eBay before and have not caused any problems. I am worried that my account may have been compromised. I attempted to contact customer service but only received an automated response stating that my account has been permanently suspended without providing a reason.

I recently received a permanent suspension on my eBay account without a clear explanation. I have been a loyal buyer for many years and haven't engaged in selling activities lately. Just before the suspension, I received emails about bid cancellations, but those items were already purchased through buy it now sales or had one cancellation. I am requesting more specific information about why my account is now suspended indefinitely.

My account got suspended without any clear reason, only mentioned it poses a risk to eBay or the community. I have been a member since [redacted] with positive feedback. The recent items I bought were coronavirus masks, a chair cable, and fondant flowers. I fail to see how these purchases could be a problem for eBay or its community. I am unsure if my account was hacked. It would be appreciated to have a conversation with a real person about this instead of receiving automated emails.

I recently received some unjust feedback. The customer initially claimed the item was broken, so I promptly refunded them. Later, when I offered to collect the item, they stated it was being repaired, despite requesting a refund and then returning the payment. I believe this situation is unfair and should be reversed. I have expressed my concerns in previous messages, but it seems eBay may not have reviewed the full conversation between the buyer and me. I hope this misunderstanding can be resolved promptly.

Hello, I bought a silver starburst Christmas snowflake from Vintage Resourcing 4 weeks ago. Unfortunately, I received the wrong item. After contacting the seller, they provided a returns label, and I returned the incorrect item. However, upon receiving the snowflake, I discovered that 2 wires are snapped. I paid $[redacted] for this item, and I am quite disappointed with the situation. I have made several purchases on eBay and have never encountered such an issue before.
