I am waiting for the £11.17 refund from you. It was sent to PayPal, but I don't have a PayPal account. They are requesting a transaction reference number, even though I provided the seller's email. The refund is for the return postage, which you approved. Please contact PayPal to redirect the refund to you so eBay can transfer the money to my bank account, as originally instructed. You have my bank details since you requested them for the payment. I'm still puzzled about what led to this confusion. Thank you.

In February, I listed an item on eBay with a free listing offer. I received an email confirming that the listing was indeed free. Within 24 hours, I ended the eBay auction because a friend purchased the item directly. eBay then informed me that I had used one of my two allowed auctions. Now, after a month, eBay is pursuing payment for the listing I did not sell on their platform, despite my email confirmation that it was a free listing. eBay is now handling the payment collection through AIC. I am seeking to file a complaint to challenge this unfair charge on my eBay account. I want eBay to rectify this issue as I did not complete the sale on their platform, and the listing that I ended early was under the free promotion.

Hello, I frequently use eBay and have always been satisfied with my orders. However, I recently purchased a matching sofa and chair for my elderly mother. Unfortunately, while the chair is lovely, soft, and comfortable as described, the sofa is extremely hard and uncomfortable. The back and seat cushions are overfilled and rock hard, making it unbearable to sit on. I have reached out to the seller via email to address this issue, but they have not been accommodating. The mismatch in comfort between the sofa and chair is disappointing, especially considering it was meant to be a set. I am distressed by the situation and seeking a resolution. Account Issue with Ebay I have a balance of £0:00 on my account, yet it was suspended for non-payment. This has occurred before in [redacted], with no resolution. Despite trying to pay the owing amount and contacting an eBay representative two weeks ago, I have not received any follow-up communication as promised. Instead, my account remains suspended for the same issue. It seems like a recurring software glitch rather than a company policy, causing unnecessary account blocks. I am equipped with fail-safes to ensure payments are made promptly. If eBay cannot address this issue promptly and transparently, I am prepared to explore other online platforms due to various challenges faced with Chinese sellers on the site. I hope for a resolution soon, otherwise, I may have to bid farewell to eBay and share my experiences online for others to be aware.

Hello. I wanted to bring to your attention that my order #26-07[redacted]8 got canceled by the Seller today. The Seller claimed that I, the buyer, requested the cancellation, which is not true. I did not ask for the order to be canceled, and I am upset that the Seller provided false information to support the cancellation. I am requesting that you take appropriate action against the Seller since they cannot provide any evidence that I requested the cancellation. I suspect they canceled the order because they are unable to provide the item I purchased. I would like you to instruct them to fulfill the order, specifically for the Kent clothes brush I ordered, at the agreed-upon price. I hope this can be resolved promptly so I can determine if the Seller can fulfill the item. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

My eBay account got suspended shortly after setting it up, which was a surprise as I haven't used eBay for a decade. The address listed in the suspension message is incorrect; my correct address is Croft 7 Bunacaimbe Arisaig PH39 4NT Inverness-shire. My phone number is 01[redacted]23. Order number: 05-07[redacted]5 Blood Red Skies Template Set Warlord 2mm Clear I had anticipated a smooth transaction when I made this purchase, but upon receiving the package this morning, I found the 'clear' templates to be dirty, grimy, and marked from the laser. I immediately contacted the seller with photos expressing my disappointment and requesting a replacement as the items were not as described. The seller required me to send the templates back, but did not address reimbursing the return shipping costs. When I raised this concern, the seller responded angrily in all caps. Feeling frustrated, I asked for a refund, to which the seller insisted on the return of the items. I ultimately left negative feedback due to the unfriendly interaction. The seller even threatened to report me for dishonesty, despite me having proof of the poor-quality product and his discourteous communication. We have not received payment for the tea chests, despite the buyer indicating she has paid through eBay and the funds have been transferred. Additionally, I noticed that eBay is still listing the tea chests online. Kindly transfer the buyer's payment, currently held in your account, to us. This situation is becoming challenging, especially since our original ad requested cash upon collection. The buyer is understandably frustrated. This was our first eBay transaction, and if all transactions are like this, we may not use the service again. We specified collection only, and the local buyer agreed to pick up. Please transfer the funds to our bank account so we can release the six tea chests to the buyer. Resolving this is crucial as we cannot hand over the tea chests or funds to the buyer without eBay's intervention.

I placed order 11-07[redacted]6 for a face electric brush on 15.05.[redacted]. It worked well for about 2 weeks, then suddenly stopped. The seller requested a video, which I provided. They decided not to have me return it due to inconvenience and promised to send a replacement. However, now they are asking for GBP 5 for shipping. When I requested a refund instead, they changed their stance and are asking me to return the faulty item at my own expense. I am a seller on eBay under the username joelcole100309. I recently sold a Bose series 2 speaker to a buyer named MOHAMMED midin who claims the item arrived damaged. After he initiated a return and sent photos of the supposed damage, he later showed me a different area of damage. It became clear he was being dishonest, and he eventually admitted the speaker was working fine. However, he hasn't responded to requests to confirm with eBay that a return is unnecessary. I have evidence of the discrepancies between his messages and photos, but I'm struggling to resolve this issue. Hi, I recently sent back the paddock stands to the seller and had to cover additional postage costs of £11.17 as the printed label didn't cover the full expenses. I attached the receipts for your reference. The post office didn't allow me to just pay the £8.00 difference. I recently sold an item to a buyer who seemed satisfied with the item's description and condition. The phone was working perfectly when it was shipped via Royal Mail. However, the buyer later contacted me claiming the phone needed to be unlocked, even though EE had confirmed it was already unlocked. Despite his persistent requests, I declined to reduce the price and only gave a partial refund of £8.99 to stop his harassment. He mentioned making repairs to the phone, such as changing the screen, but now he's alleging to eBay that he never received the item. I have a spotless eBay record and believe the buyer is attempting to swindle money from me. I placed an order and received a tracking number. Upon checking it, the package was delivered to Bristol instead of Norfolk. I contacted Royal Mail, and they confirmed that the tracking number belongs to a different address. I reached out to the seller but haven't received a reply, leading me to suspect a potential scam. Despite the listing showing the item out of stock, the seller continues to accept orders. I am concerned and seek eBay's assistance to investigate the seller's lack of communication and the possibility of a scam. I request a refund if the seller cannot provide the item. I have received a partial refund from eBay for an item they claim I didn't receive. Yet, I have indeed received communication from the seller, PMCusker3, who is based in Ireland and has explained the delay due to illness. The seller sent out three items on Friday, and I have only received one due to the parcel size issue and an unresponsive delivery person. I want to maintain good relations with the seller and avoid any misunderstandings. It would be beneficial for eBay to review communication before issuing refunds to prevent such situations. While unexpected money back is usually welcomed, in this case, it is not justified as the seller has made efforts to send the items.

My eBay account is currently locked, and I am unable to access the reset password link as it is sent to an email address I no longer use. After trying the webchat on Tuesday evening, I was provided with a phone number, 0[redacted]. However, the number only leads to a series of recorded messages that do not offer a solution. Subsequent attempts to use the webchat have also been unsuccessful, as I am now being denied access. I have tried multiple devices to resolve this issue. I have a listed item for sale that I need to check on, but the inability to sign in is hindering me. Each time I attempt to contact eBay through their 'contact us' options, I am redirected to the same page. I am concerned that my account may have been compromised since I had to input my bank details when listing the item for sale. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I am in need of human support.
