I purchased a SEAT Ibiza Parcel Shelf listed on eBay. Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged at both hinge ends, rendering it unusable. I reached out to the seller with photos, but they claimed the damage was mentioned in the listing. However, the listing only referenced a rip, which I assumed was a tear in the material covering the base, not broken hinges. I purchased spare parts on eBay and paid £[redacted] through PayPal to qualitymowerspares (Order ID: 3,[redacted]). The supplier did not deliver the items, so I contacted eBay for a refund. The supplier claimed they refunded the amount to eBay due to the dispute and advised me to contact eBay for the refund. When I reached out to eBay, they stated that since I contacted them after 30 days, a refund was not possible. I have argued that since the order was in dispute and the supplier refunded the money, eBay should return the funds. Unfortunately, I have not received any refund despite following up. Seeking advice on how to recover the funds.

I sold order number 22-06[redacted]6 on February 15th and shipped it the same day with next day delivery, tracked and signed. The buyer received the package and the next day listed the item for sale on a Facebook selling site. He paid me £92, covering the cost and shipping. A month later, he claims the item is damaged and is seeking a refund. I am hesitant to issue a refund as he is selling the item for £[redacted], potentially causing the damage himself to profit from the sale. I need guidance on this matter since I have a no-return policy. When the item was sent, it was in good condition, but now, four weeks later, his inability to resell it raises suspicions about the alleged damage. Why didn't he inspect it upon receipt? It has been four weeks since the purchase.

I need help resolving a persistent issue with a payment from eBay. The amount in question is £3.35 for goods I sold, intended to be deposited into my account ending in [redacted]. Due to a PayPal system change, all funds are now directed to this account. Despite attempts to address this through various messages and chats, the problem persists. I received communications in German, though I require assistance in English. eBay alerts me of an issue without specifying it clearly. Dear eBay, I need assistance with returning an item I purchased because the seller deceived me. I ordered a pressure washer as a Guest buyer, as I do not have an account for returns and refunds. I previously had an account, but it was blocked by eBay customer service. The details of the item are as follows: Order Number: [redacted] Item Number: [redacted]82 The pressure washer I received was supposed to have 3200psi/[redacted] bars according to the order, but it only has 2030psi/[redacted] bars, which is a significant difference. I purchased two black bar stools without receiving an invoice or return leaflets. The seller provided a number to notify the warehouse about the returned items. I was asked to include a note in the packaging explaining the return reason along with the receipt, and inform them once sent. However, I didn't receive a refund of £34 for the postage, which should have been returned as there were no invoices in the packaging. This led me to cover the return cost. Even though I was not alone during this process and had assistance, I am struggling to get a response despite sending two emails.

I received an item I did not purchase on eBay. The item is similar to no. [redacted]94. The return address is Ecommerce Transhipment Solutions Ltd, Unit 8B, Derby Street, Manchester M8 8HF. The parcel is all in Chinese, and the company has limited contact information available. This is the third unsolicited item I've received, and it's becoming frustrating. Chinese companies often engage in fraudulent activities, and eBay should address this issue. They often operate under U.K. names, selling poor quality products. I won't pay for or return the item. If they want to send me unsolicited items, it's up to them.

I encountered difficulties trying to make a purchase on eBay UK due to being stuck in a loop while verifying with reCAPTCHA. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't proceed. In frustration, I logged out and back in, but the issue persisted. As a result, I am now locked out of eBay UK but can access eBay.com, though I reside in the UK. This poses a problem as I can't make payments via PayPal. I've been a loyal member of eBay UK for 20 years and don't comprehend why I'm facing this challenge. I received a notification that my package was delivered, but it was left at my front door which is not a secure location. Unfortunately, the package seems to have been stolen because I never received it. I contacted Hermes about the issue, and they advised me to ask the seller to open a case for a refund. However, when I tried to email the seller, eBay notified me that my case was closed due to inactivity, even though I last reached out on the 17th of February. This situation is causing me a lot of stress, and all I want is to get a refund for the missing package. Thank you. Below is the message from Hermes that I attempted to send to the seller: Hi, I apologize for the delivery problems you are experiencing with your parcel. I can imagine how frustrating this must be, and I sympathize with your situation. I kindly request that you reach out to the retailer to start the claims process. This will help prevent similar incidents in the future and ensure that you are compensated for the lost item. Subject: Dispute Regarding 5 Lever Mortice Sash Lock Hello, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent sale and return of the 5 lever mortice sash lock that I sold to the individual with the Ebay ID shashi0369. Upon receiving the returned item, it was evident that the buyer had forcibly dismantled the lock, resulting in it being faulty. I believe that the buyer should take responsibility for this damage and that Ebay should review this case thoroughly. I am disappointed that Ebay appears to support the buyer without considering the evidence of the damaged lock. It is concerning that buyers can mishandle products without facing consequences. I recently requested to return a damaged item to the seller, and the return was accepted. After receiving an email stating that the return labels were ready but not receiving any labels, I was puzzled by another email indicating that the item had been dispatched, along with a tracking number. Despite not having the return label, I was mistakenly told by the concierge and a returns representative that I had printed the non-existent label. I encountered difficulties printing the label that was eventually emailed to me, only to find it in an unprintable format. The lack of clear instructions for returning the item, with just "FEX" provided on the label, further complicated the situation. The customer service experience has been extremely frustrating, and I fear losing £99.99 due to the inability to obtain a proper return form.

I placed an order for a triple door three-drawer wardrobe on 14/03/[redacted] with order number 06-06[redacted]7 costing £[redacted].99. The estimated delivery was on 24th March. When I returned home on 17/03/21, I discovered only a single box left at my door labeled as a wardrobe. I received an email saying my eBay account was suspended due to suspected community safety violations. I don't understand this as I bought two items, received one, but not the other, and can't contact the seller. This situation makes me question the platform's credibility, and I feel scammed as a customer. I listed an item with proof of purchase, trying to build trust with buyers. Despite my efforts, I can't reach their customer service team; they are only available during business hours, and now it's Friday at 11 am. I am deeply disappointed and regret using this platform for my purchases.

Two weeks ago, I offered a seller £[redacted] for his dishwasher on eBay. He was selling it for £[redacted], claiming it was in good condition. He contacted me the day before yesterday, mentioning no one had purchased it, and I agreed to buy it. I collected it the next day, asking about its working condition. The seller assured me it was in working order and showed that the lights turned on when plugged in since it was in the garage without water. Trusting him, I paid the £[redacted]. The next day when I tried to use it, I discovered the power board display was malfunctioning. Despite numerous texts to the seller with no response, I returned to him at 9 pm. He offered £[redacted] as a refund, but I refused and demanded a full refund. After an unsuccessful attempt to transfer money to my account and suggesting I return the next day, he later declined the return and even threatened to involve the police rather than issue a refund. This morning, he informed me not to return, refused the return, and spoke about involving law enforcement. He never apologized for wasting my time, so now I'm planning to return the dishwasher to him.

I am writing to address an issue with my iPod touch (Order no. 14-06[redacted]7), which has been deemed defective by Apple. The seller agreed to exchange the item but needs to provide a return address; however, direct returns to sellers are not permitted, and I prefer to involve eBay in the process. I need to report a customer for fraud. Paypal advised me to contact eBay about this matter. The individual in question received an item from me, which arrived damaged. I sent a replacement item for free, and they also purchased additional items outside of eBay. Despite my efforts to package the items securely, they arrived damaged once again. I then sent a third replacement item that was meticulously wrapped, yet it still arrived shattered. The customer is now requesting a full refund without returning the damaged items, claiming they are irreparable. I suspect this may not be the first time this has happened based on the specific locations of the damages. This situation has resulted in significant financial losses on my end, while the customer seems to be receiving free items.

Hello, I need to share about a concerning incident related to potential fraud. Today at 11:35 a.m., I received an email from eBay indicating unauthorized account activity. Just a minute later at 11:36 a.m., an order was placed and promptly dispatched. Upon noticing this at 11:50 a.m., I immediately changed my account password. It seems likely the seller used my account to place the order swiftly. I reached out to the seller asking to cancel the order and provide a refund, but they insisted on sending a code for download which I did not request. I have several screenshots showing the speed at which they accessed my eBay account, placed the order, and dispatched it, though I cannot attach them here. I have also sent an email to eBay regarding this issue. Should I consider contacting the authorities about this? Thank you, Cristina.

My account has been unexpectedly suspended, possibly due to unauthorized access. I've been unsuccessful in updating my credit card information, wasting 4 hours on this issue. Despite a promised password reset email not being received, I am unable to contact customer service since the password has been changed. Ebay initiated this without attempting to reach out to me, despite having my contact details. Urgently need access to my account restored. Thank you.

I want to report that my order number is 25-06[redacted]0. The item I purchased was displayed with photos and all the specifications of the graphics card, including usage information. However, deep in the description, the seller mentioned in small text that only a photo of the card would be sent, not the actual card. This was highly misleading as the majority of the description suggested otherwise. I noticed the seller kept reposting the item, which may have led others to fall into the same trap. I believe this behavior constitutes fraud and a scam. I have contacted the seller regarding a refund, but they insist that since it was mentioned at the bottom, it shouldn't be an issue.
