Hello, I received my ordered item yesterday, which I unfortunately need to return. I've been in touch with the seller, who approved the return. I tried to use the eBay return online system and printed the label, but the post office said Royal Mail does not accept items over 20 kg. They advised me to use Parcelforce instead. Can you please cancel the initial return request and generate a new one? I appreciate your help. Thank you.

I recently accepted a return for a SONOS PLAY3 Smart Wireless Speaker in excellent condition (item number: [redacted]25). Unfortunately, I forgot to send the buyer a return label, and now they are requesting a full refund without returning the item. I have repeatedly tried to contact the buyer to resolve this issue by asking them to send another return request so I can provide a label. However, I have not received any response from the buyer. On December 17th, I was informed that my return was accepted, and it was dispatched on the 18th. However, I received a message on the 31st stating that if the seller hadn't refunded me, I should open a case. Today, when I did so, the case was closed without a refund, leaving me very disappointed. The item I bought, number [redacted]00, was not as described. After initiating the return process and shipping it on the 18th, I received confirmation of its delivery on December 24th. Despite eBay's instruction for the seller to issue a refund within 2 days, it didn't happen. After allowing more time and contacting eBay for assistance, I was informed the case was closed, citing that the item wasn't returned to the seller on time. I don't have control over the delivery process, but I have evidence that I returned the item promptly following your acceptance of the return. Please review the relevant details on eBay.

I opened a business account on eBay in February [redacted] to sell books. In September, my account was mistakenly suspended but later reopened. In December, I achieved Top Seller status. Suddenly on January 4th, [redacted], my account was closed without warning. I am struggling to understand why. eBay is withholding my funds, and I am unsure how to recover them. I feel this is unfair and possibly illegal. The chat with customer service provided little clarity, stating the decision to suspend my account stands without the option to appeal. They did not offer a specific reason for the suspension, citing risk assessment reasons. Despite my inquiries, I have been unable to obtain a clear explanation.

I received a message stating, "This Return is closed, please contact your payment provider." I need to discuss a seller issue with you regarding a recent purchase of 2 pairs of leggings. Despite knowing that my friends and I have had issues receiving incorrect items in the past, we are continuously sent the wrong leggings. We've asked for a return slip, and have had to cover return shipping expenses multiple times. The seller now owes me 3 pairs and my friends a total of 21 pairs. The recent incorrect items are Item [redacted]34 with Order Number 19-06[redacted]5 from angiesfashionworld. I am seeking your help in resolving this matter rather than going through Paypal. I have a long history as a loyal buyer and seller with your platform, but this ongoing situation is unacceptable. Kindly look into my account history, as well as my friends', to see the outstanding orders. It's frustrating to repeatedly send back items and not receive the correct ones. My eBay account has been suspended and the email I received lacks a detailed explanation for the suspension. The only information provided in the email is as follows: MC113 Your eBay account has been suspended Hello Dat.[redacted], We have reviewed the activity associated with your account and have decided to suspend it as we believe this activity poses a risk to the eBay community. Creating a safe marketplace is our top priority, and this decision is not made lightly. The suspension is permanent, restricting your ability to buy or sell on eBay. Any other linked accounts will also be suspended. We understand the inconvenience this may cause you, but there is no option to appeal this decision. Please advise on the specific policy violation and steps to reinstate my selling account. Thank you for your guidance.

I ordered a vada maker through eBay and I received an email from Aramax company regarding customs charges. The email stated that my order has been shipped under airwaybill number [redacted]2. Import charges of GBP 9.91 were incurred, broken down as VAT: GBP 5.66, Duties: GBP 0, Admin fees: GBP 4.25. I paid £10 to Aramax delivery limited but have not yet received the package. The email instructed me to click a button to fulfill the charges. I am concerned about not receiving the package after making the payment.

I posted a perfume to an eBay buyer via special delivery, but they missed the delivery and the parcel is now stuck at the national returns center. The Royal Mail considers it "prohibited goods." I issued a refund on PayPal, but it can take up to 7 days for the buyer to receive it. Despite informing the buyer and asking them to close the case, they have opened a case on eBay. I am struggling to contact eBay, and the situation is causing me stress. I hope eBay can understand that I have already refunded the buyer and close the case, as I shouldn't be expected to refund twice.

Despite being told that I can list within certain limits, I am unable to relist the removed items or add new ones within the given selling limit. I recently purchased items dispatched from Manchester, but they were not suitable. I requested a return the same day and received a return address written in Chinese characters, making it inaccessible for me and the courier. eBay policy states that the return address should match the original item location (Manchester). The seller has not provided a UK return address or covered the additional postage costs for an international return. I have tried to resolve this with the seller to no avail. I am having an issue with an eBay order. The order number is 22-06[redacted]0. The seller provided a pre-paid Royal Mail return label for a 2kg parcel, but the actual weight of the item I need to return is 20kg. I tried to arrange for the seller's courier to collect the package, but they refused and won't issue a refund because the bag was opened. I explained that I had to open it to assess the product. I am writing regarding the purchase of item # [redacted]02 on 22nd November [redacted], which was delivered on 5th December [redacted]. The item in question has a sliding cover over a compartment approximately 20cm long, but unfortunately, the cover only opens 4cm. I promptly reported this issue to the seller and provided photos as requested. After some time, they offered a refund but failed to follow through with the payment. Following my complaint, they requested the item to be returned, prompting me to ask for a return label. The seller claimed they were unable to provide one, leading me to discover that the cost of return postage with Royal Mail would be £11.60. I made a purchase on eBay on December 21st for this item: Loveramics Pro Tea Teapot With Infuser Cream. Here is the item number: [redacted]17. After checking the tracking information, it shows that the item was delivered to Argos, Holloway Rd, London, for collection and was then picked up. However, the item was not received by the Holloway Rd Argos Store, according to the manager who mentioned they have no record of the delivery or collection. I have reached out to the seller, but they claim they are unable to assist and advised me to contact eBay directly to investigate further. Since the item was meant to be an Xmas present and I have already bought a replacement, I no longer require this item and am requesting a refund for the purchase amount. The case, #[redacted], has been closed. I am frustrated because I clearly communicated to the seller that the item needed to arrive by the 19th for my convenience. Additionally, I was not informed that the item was being shipped from Europe. Upon my return from Slovakia, the item was not delivered, nor was it left with my neighbor. Despite providing the seller with the case number issued by DPD confirming the item was not with them, the seller has not taken any action to address the issue. I had to purchase another unit and now require a refund. I have attempted to cancel the order multiple times via email and even offered my phone number for a resolution, but the seller has not responded. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have to contact PayPal for assistance.

I am experiencing difficulties returning the incorrect goods I purchased from eBay UK Ltd. I ordered a solid pine antique WAXED rustic dining table and chairs from the seller Nolimiteduk on eBay. Upon opening the package, I realized that the items were not WAXED as I had specifically requested. I reached out to eBay UK to initiate the return process and was provided with a shipping label, but unfortunately, the label does not match the weight of the item, which is 28kg. I have been in communication with Nolimiteduk regarding the incorrect items sent and the incomplete fitting instructions. They requested photos, which I promptly provided. However, their response focused on offering me a 10% discount and asking me to seek help to assemble the furniture, rather than acknowledging the mistake. Due to the weight of the parcel and health concerns related to COVID-19 as I am over 70, I am unable to transport the package to the post office. I am seeking a full refund and requesting a pick-up of the parcel from my residence. I find it alarming that the seller is not addressing the issue appropriately. My eBay account has been blocked by eBay without reason. I have been a loyal buyer and seller for over 8 years, abiding by eBay's policies. If I receive items not as described, I should be allowed to return them as per eBay's guidelines. As a paying customer, I find it unfair to be treated this way. I always pay my fees on time and believe I deserve better treatment. I request eBay to reconsider their decision and unblock my account. I trust eBay will address this matter appropriately.
