Hello, My uncle purchased a treadmill on eBay for £[redacted]. The estimated delivery date was supposed to be December 2, [redacted], with a possible delay of up to 5 days. However, it has been over 7 days and the delivery has not arrived. The problem is my uncle accidentally deleted the account through which the treadmill was purchased and can't remember the username or any other details. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

Hello, I wanted to sell an item on our auction site using a buy now or best offer option. I received an offer that I accepted, and I'm currently waiting for payment. However, the buyer has asked me to send a PayPal money request. I'm unsure about this request since typically on eBay, I do not pay for items right away. Hello, I wanted to sell an item on our auction website, so I created an offer for Buy Now or Best Offer. Someone made an offer that I accepted, and now they are asking me to send a money request via PayPal. I'm unsure because when I buy on eBay, I usually pay immediately without sending such requests. Is it safe for me to do this, or should the person pay me through eBay directly? Please explain.

I returned my damaged item via Royal Mail. According to the tracking information from Royal Mail, it was delivered on 5/12/20. Despite providing the tracking number to the seller, they claim they can't locate it. I've informed eBay about the return, and they assured me I would receive a refund once the item was sent back. However, the seller still denies receiving it. I'm unable to reach the resolution center to update eBay about the delivery status, even though I have shared the tracking details with them and the seller. I'm stuck and need assistance resolving this issue.

Hello, I recently won an item on eBay and promptly made the payment. I received the usual messages from eBay confirming my purchase. However, the next day, my payment was listed as pending. I reached out to the seller twice over the course of the following days but did not receive a response. Eventually, I received a message indicating that the shoes had been shipped, but my payment was still pending. I contacted the seller once more to clarify the payment status and was instructed to proceed with payment. After a few days, I received the shoes, but my payment was still pending on eBay. Subsequently, I received a notification from PayPal requesting payment, which I promptly made. However, the payment was not processed through eBay, and as a result, my eBay account still reflects the payment as pending despite my payment for the item being completed.

The seller failed to mention there was an import tax fee. When I contacted them, they insisted it was on their page. The only additional charge I knew about was the £9 for Royal Mail delivery. It was a terrible experience. When I refused to pay the import fee, the seller threatened I would lose the phone and the money I had already paid. This will be my final time using eBay. It's frustrating that reaching customer service is impossible. Despite this, thank you for the service.

I placed an order for men's slippers from benrivers_5 on November 30. I got an email from eBay confirming the order with a delivery date of December 5. The payment was deducted from my account. Following this, I, along with around 50 others, received an email from China where all our email addresses were exposed to each other. The email claimed eBay closed the seller's account but I needed to reply to get my order, which I didn't. Unfortunately, no slippers have been received, and eBay claims the item number [redacted]19 doesn't exist. I am left with no slippers, no refund, and no way to reach eBay.

I recently purchased a foldable electric wheelchair and picked it up today. I am quite disappointed as the item was not as advertised. The listing mentioned a quiet motor that works properly, but in reality, the motor is loud, and the chair needs to be shaken to sit properly. My partner, for whom I bought the chair, is not pleased considering we paid £[redacted] for it. After initiating a refund at the seller's agreement, they mentioned that eBay advised them to decline the refund. Hello, I recently received a faulty mouse for my laptop on 11-12-20. I contacted the seller in Oldham to explain the issue, and they requested a photo. I'm unsure how to capture the red flashing light at the bottom of the mouse. Consequently, I asked them for a return label to send it back. I have also reached out to the main supplier but have not received a response. All I am seeking is a replacement mouse or a refund. Thank you, John P.

I purchased 4 bottles of e-liquid from v-power. I received one bottle last week but have not received the others. After reporting the missing items, the seller said they would send more, I thanked them for this. However, they then accused me of admitting to receiving the full order, which was not the case. I informed them that I only received one bottle out of the four ordered. After not hearing back, I requested a refund. Instead of cooperating, the seller called me a liar and a fraud. I reiterated my situation, and they provided a partial refund but continued to accuse me. I decided not to purchase from them again. This experience was disappointing and does not reflect well on eBay. Dealing with this seller has been a troublesome ordeal, and their behavior is unacceptable.

Royal Mail has confirmed delivery delays, causing many sellers to deal with numerous inquiries. Most are understanding, but a buyer has opened a case against me despite the revised delivery date provided by Royal Mail. I have shared proof of postage and communicated the postal delays in the media. As a seller, I believe I should be given the grace period until the adjusted delivery date passes before issuing a refund. Do buyers always hold all the rights in these situations, or should sellers be given fair consideration as well?

I bought a Bachmann BR Standard Tank Model Loco from ROBINRAESVINTAGE CORNER-2 around Nov 20 listed as brand new, but it arrived missing parts, had extra parts, and didn't work. I returned it via Royal Mail on Nov 26, and it was signed for by Townsend. Once I asked for a refund, the seller claimed they hadn't received it. I purchased "The Water Dancer" book on eBay for £4.95 from a seller named Sean Wallace. I received a message the next day stating that the transaction was cancelled due to issues with the seller's account, but I was assured I wouldn't be charged. Subsequently, I bought the book from another seller for £8.71. Even though I have been charged £4.95 on my Paypal account for the initial order that got cancelled, I haven't received a refund yet.

I recently created a new eBay account, made three purchases, and then got suspended indefinitely due to suspicions of unusual activities. I find it frustrating and need guidance on how to reverse the suspension since eBay indicated there is no possibility for an appeal.
