Hello sir*ma..I received an email from email that my account has been permanently suspended but I am not sure why.I received an email earlier to make payment of £**.** to eBay but I wasn’t sure the money that needs to be paid is truly from eBay so I declined.As I have received several emails of such from Facebook requesting I pay for app I don’t use.I googled and realised the payment was real and decided to pay but it bounced back.Kindly please look into my situation as I think that is why my account has been permanently suspended.Please help as selling on eBay is my only way of feeding my child as am a single mum.Thanks (klc***)
