Hello, I purchased a Zara jacket in August but have yet to receive it. After requesting a refund, the seller sent a low-cost dressing gown instead and provided a tracking number. The seller requested I return the gown at my expense for a full refund, including postage. Despite closing the case after being told I would receive a refund that day, I have not received anything. I am now unable to contact the seller and suspect fraudulent activity. Upon reading her reviews, it seems others have had similar experiences. Thank you, Marshall1505

I recently received an invoice for £61.92, and I am uncertain about the charges. This year, I listed only one item for sale, a car, due to concerns about individuals trying to obtain my banking details. After initially listing it and later removing the post, eBay automatically relisted the item. Consequently, I reduced the selling period to 3 days and did not make a sale. I find it hard to believe that the fee for listing one item could be as high as £61.92. I would appreciate clarification on the charges before any payment is made. Regards, F. Bradley

On the 23rd of November, I sold item number [redacted]23 to buyer Katiemoore1. The buyer claimed not to have received the item by the 5th of December. I promptly refunded the buyer once I returned home and confirmed that the item was indeed sent on the 30th, as evidenced by my proof of posting for 2nd class mail. I later found out that the buyer had misread the listing, which clearly stated that one handmade bath bomb with a Ryan's World GOBSMAX toy inside was being purchased. Even after providing the buyer with photos of my proof of posting and listing, they insist on keeping the item despite opening a case for non-receipt and receiving a refund. I have tried to communicate with the buyer to no avail. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter as I believe the refund should be returned to me since the buyer did receive the item, despite their initial claim of non-receipt. Hello, I recently updated my email on eBay because I was not receiving payments through PayPal as my email was incorrect. Buyers have paid for items they won in auctions, but on my eBay account, it still shows as "waiting for payment." I missed the confirmation emails of the payments due to the wrong email. After reaching out to PayPal customer service, they confirmed that the buyers have indeed paid for the items. I have now corrected my email on eBay. I am facing an issue with my eBay account being suspended after receiving a negative feedback. Although most items have been delivered, there are some missing ones. I reported a seller for failing to deliver an item on time for a birthday present tomorrow, but now my account is suspended. I purchased a face mask ([redacted]0) from Seller Skykongda, advertised as anti-fog. After raising a complaint about its lack of anti-fog properties, the seller offered me a 20% discount. Despite the discount, the mask still fogs up immediately when worn. This situation seems to be a clear violation of the Trade Descriptions Act, as the mask is definitely not anti-fog as claimed.

Hello, I recently sold an item on eBay, item no: [redacted]98, on November 14, [redacted]. The buyer reported an issue with the camera lens, which I disputed as the item was fine when shipped. Despite this, I agreed to the return request, giving the buyer until December 7 to return it for a refund. There seems to be an issue with the funds held in my PayPal account, preventing me from receiving my payment. I have already reminded the buyer to return the item if they want a refund. If the buyer does not return the item, I expect a refund of the payment. Thank you.

I'm looking to raise my selling limit. I've sold a few items with [redacted]% positive feedback. Unfortunately, a customer caused an issue this month by asking to cancel an item they won at auction. This situation has impacted my limit, preventing me from listing anything this week. I'm now left waiting until next month to proceed. Hello, I recently received an email from my provider stating that my account has been indefinitely suspended. I'm uncertain about the reason for this action. Previously, I was asked to complete a payment of £21.47 to eBay, but I hesitated because I was unsure if the request was genuine. Similarly, I have received multiple payment requests from Facebook for an application I do not use, which made me cautious. After researching, I discovered the eBay payment was legitimate and tried to proceed with it, but the transaction failed. I believe this payment issue might be linked to my account suspension. I am having trouble using the print returns label function to connect with my printer. I have made multiple attempts to download the returns label before it expires but it does not recognize the eBay print label I received twice now. This issue has caused me to waste time and fuel trying to resolve it. My wife, Mrs. Karen K., who owns the account Kazhe17, has also been unsuccessful in resolving this. I have provided all the necessary details for the item in question, including the order number and seller information. Despite contacting the courier, we were told the problem lies with eBay's supply of the postage label. We have tried emailing but have not received a solution. We would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

Regarding item [redacted]24, I purchased a Sunderland lustre jug. Upon receiving it, I noticed a plasticky film covering it. Not only was this undesirable, but it seemed out of place on an old jug. I contacted the seller and returned it as advised. However, the seller contacted eBay stating I didn't have a valid case, which led to the return being closed and sent back to me. The plastic issue reoccurred upon its return. Despite reaching out to the seller again, I was instructed to resolve the matter through eBay. Dealing with this has been frustrating and inconvenient, particularly considering the £85 cost.

I bought an iPhone 8 from Home Furnishings on September 16th, which came with a 12-month warranty. Unfortunately, the phone is not functioning properly, so I attempted to reach out to the seller. I purchased a counterfeit PS5 on eBay for £[redacted], and quickly reported the seller to eBay for a refund. I received an email from eBay today informing me that the seller's page was removed due to consumer demand. The email instructed me to follow a link for a refund. Unfortunately, when I tried to request a refund, I was told that I was no longer covered by eBay's money-back guarantee since the page was just taken down, despite buying the item less than 13 hours ago. I really need a refund!

Order Number: 09-06[redacted]9 Return ID: [redacted] I placed an order on 26/11/[redacted] and received it on 02/12/[redacted]. Instead of receiving two color photos as advertised, I only got one black and white photo of very poor quality printed on a cheap printer. I tried to return it, but the seller declined and closed the case, which I disagree with. I am seeking a refund for the item that does not match the description. I believe eBay should investigate this matter as it appears to be a fraudulent transaction. I came across information on eBay's customer service help page concerning unfair contract terms. The Consumer Rights Act [redacted] protects customers from unfair terms in contracts. Sellers should not use statements like "No refunds" or "No exchanges without a receipt" as they can be deemed unfair to consumers. I request eBay to reach out to me to discuss my unsatisfactory experience further. I intended to purchase a Christmas present for my child, but instead encountered sellers trying to profit unfairly during the holiday season. Hello, good morning! I am hoping for some assistance with a recent purchase issue. On December 2nd, I bought what I thought was a Ps5 for nearly [redacted]£. To my dismay, all I received was a picture of the product. Upon realizing the discrepancy in the description, I contacted the seller immediately but received no response. Even after waiting a few more hours, I heard nothing back. I urgently requested to cancel the order, but the seller only responded the next day to say the item had already been shipped. I find this behavior unprofessional as the seller could have acknowledged my messages earlier. When I suggested a return, the seller flat out refused. I feel scammed as I essentially received a printed picture of the Ps5 box. I have evidence of this if necessary. My main objective now is to get a refund. Thank you for your help.

The website indicated a wait time of 1 minute for the chat, but I've been waiting for over half an hour now. I am struggling with a seller issue that has been prolonged due to my patience, Covid restrictions preventing me from leaving my house, delays from shipping companies and the seller themselves. I purchased a Pre-Lit Christmas Tree from seller mishi206 for £35. The description did not mention any potential impact on individuals with photosensitive epilepsy, which I only found out by reading the instructions. After contacting eBay due to the seller not responding to my emails, they agreed for me to return it and sent a prepaid return label. However, the label was for a 2 kg weight, and the parcel weighs 3 kg, causing the post office to refuse it. Now, the seller is requesting that I cover the return shipping since they claim the item is not faulty. Could a 3 kg label be provided for the return, please?

I made two purchases on eBay UK using PayPal and had my orders confirmed. However, the next morning, I was shocked to discover that my account was suspended without any explanation.
