I am facing an issue when trying to relist new items on eBay. I receive a red message stating that my account needs to be enabled for managed payments, interrupting my ability to list new items. It directs me to register at ebay.co.uk/startpayments with a reference number (e.71[redacted]x). As I am based in Cyprus, I do not have a bank account with a UK sort code necessary for managed payments registration. My only bank account is with a local bank operating in Cyprus. Hello. I made purchases on eBay for two exhaust parts for my car from a seller. Despite several attempts over three weeks, the seller keeps canceling my orders after payment. My parts were eventually delivered outside my home, but luckily a friend spotted them and informed me. After paying a garage to install them, it was discovered the parts were not manufactured correctly. I've contacted the seller, who admitted the mistake but refuses to issue a refund for the purchase and fitting costs. Other buyers have also faced issues according to their feedback. I seek assistance to resolve this matter as I've incurred additional expenses due to the ill-fitting parts and the uncooperative seller. Hello, I need assistance with a recent purchase I made at The Pine Centre for a wardrobe. I am experiencing confusion as there seems to be an error with eBay showing two tracking numbers for one item. Only the Bergamo tan brown bag with tracking number 050568DEFF6 has arrived, while the Radley grab bag assigned tracking number NV[redacted]05GB is incorrectly marked as delivered when it has not been received. I have reached out to both sellers for assistance, and they have provided proof of postage. I am unsure how both tracking numbers got linked to one bag and why they are both showing as delivered. I am wondering who should be held accountable for this mix-up, eBay or Royal Mail.

Hello, I am Morgan_0200. Today, I bought a Body Shop lipstick for £9.00 from Kathy Baskerville. The order was placed on 21 Sep, [redacted], with the order number 05-05[redacted]4. I used a £4.00 coupon (Redemption code: L2BTST8MW2LTHNQM) during payment to reduce the price to £5.00. However, upon checking my Paypal payment, I see that I was charged £9.00 instead of £5.00. Even though the coupon was redeemed, the discount was not reflected in the final amount. I only made this purchase today and cannot locate the reward coupon. Can this issue be resolved promptly? Attempting to contact eBay elicited accusations of being a scammer, discouraging further attempts. Our reputable company uses official channels, yet remains blocked. Repeatedly rejected, I seek assistance in rectifying this issue and unlocking the account for legitimate business purposes. I am puzzled by the forceful action taken against our well-established company without prior misconduct. I made a purchase on May 29th with the anticipation of receiving it by June 1st. Unfortunately, I got an email notifying me that my item had been delivered, but I hadn't received it. After contacting the seller on June 1st to express my situation, they advised me to wait another day, which I did, yet nothing arrived. I then requested the seller to investigate with their delivery service, but this only led to a series of unproductive exchanges. At one point, I was told to expect a letter for signature from their delivery service, but upon its arrival, there was nothing to sign. As the back-and-forth continued, the seller has become unresponsive to my attempts to reach out through calls, emails, and text messages. I recently discovered that a duplicate eBay account was created using my email address several months ago. Despite reporting this to eBay multiple times, the issue persisted, causing me to miss out on special selling offers and potentially compromising my email data. While eBay is in the process of closing the duplicate account, I remain concerned about the security of my email address. I have contacted eBay support, but have not received satisfactory assurances regarding the safety of my data or the receipt of current selling fee promotions. I expect eBay to take responsibility for this error by securing my email address and providing me with the missed selling offer immediately.

I have been trying to resolve this issue for the past three days without any progress. Despite multiple promises, I have not yet received the photographic evidence I requested. I have decided to cease communication with her. She now has 24 hours to provide the necessary evidence for my claim. If not, I will involve the police. I am disappointed in eBay for not taking action in this matter. According to Royal Mail, if she received the item damaged, it should have been in an apology bag with an explanation note, which she never received. This situation is preventing me from claiming a refund, while she will still get her money back. I plan to share my experiences on social media with photographic evidence to support my claims. The woman at the post office can verify how I sent the item, contrary to her claims. I find it unacceptable that this situation has dragged on for days without resolution and that eBay has not offered any assistance.

Hello, I recently purchased a bird cage for my budgie based on the caption that mentioned it was suitable for a budgie. However, upon receiving it yesterday, I realized the cage is much smaller than expected. The size is definitely not suitable for any bird, let alone a budgie. I have difficulty understanding measurements, and I solely relied on the description mentioning it was suitable for a budgie, so I bought it. I believe the seller should clarify that this cage is very small rather than just stating it is suitable for a budgie. I am disappointed by this misleading information, especially since I urgently needed a cage for my new budgie. The seller should be more transparent to avoid disappointing other buyers. Hello, I am a seller on Ebay with the username lucampo_dywtp3b. Regarding item number [redacted]10, the item listed as "L K BENNETT LADIES SNAKESKIN LEATHER COURT SHOES UK 4/EU 36" has been marked as delivered on my listing. I received positive feedback for selling it at £15.00 to a buyer named Paul Terry on 8 Sep. The buyer has opened a request claiming the item was not received, but my records show it was delivered and signed for, with positive feedback to confirm. The item was returned to me with a new Hermes sticker showing my address on top of the original posting label. After contacting the buyer, it seems they requested click and collect and now want a refund or for me to resend the item to a different address at their expense. I offered a refund for the item but not the postage, which led to the buyer opening a request stating I am not cooperating. I need advice on how to resolve this issue. I purchased an acrylic display box from seller "onsalezone2012" with order number 26-05[redacted]1. Upon arrival, I received the wrong parts that didn't fit together. I contacted them, provided information they should've known, and sent photos. They offered a partial refund due to the inconvenience and cost of returning it, but I insisted on a full refund. A similar situation occurred with eBay seller "[redacted]" and order number 02-05[redacted]3 regarding another acrylic display box. Despite their initial offer of 30% refund and then 60%, I accepted £10 in frustration. I suspect collaboration between the sellers. Both boxes are unusable, and I request a full refund of £8.50. As a prompt payer, I expected better service from these eBay sellers.
