I purchased a flexible hose from seller treenew**** on ** June **** (item number ************). The item was faulty and I contacted the seller for a replacement*refund before raising a dispute. The seller asked me to send pictures which I did. The seller agreed to replace the item and sent me a tracking number for Royal Mail (*B**********A********). Ebay closed the dispute. From the day the tracking number was passed until now the number shows that the item is on its way to the RDC - a total of * and a half months). All attempts to contact the seller have been ignored and I suspect that a rogue tracking number has been provided and the item not infact sent. I would like the original cost of the hose and postage to be refunded to me please.**Thank you,**Jeff Hill****** ******
