Hello, I purchased an item approximately 2 months ago, but was not satisfied with the color and quality. I contacted the seller to return the item and receive a refund. They agreed, so I paid £4.10 for postage to ensure the item reached them hassle-free. Although they refunded the postage cost, they have not refunded the full amount. Additionally, the seller is persistently asking me to remove my feedback, despite my refusal. I requested multiple times to cease the emails and messages, but they continue to contact me. I am feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what steps to take next. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am writing to share my unfortunate buying experience on eBay with the seller farsha_36. I purchased three items from this seller in one transaction, and one of the items, a sofa, arrived with a broken leg. Despite my efforts to address the issue, the seller was uncooperative and only offered a partial refund that did not cover the repair cost. The seller continuously changed their promises and eventually claimed to have refunded me via PayPal, but the transaction was unsuccessful. I have tried to resolve this matter within eBay's policy, but the seller's behavior has been deceitful. I have all the relevant communication documented and have also initiated a return for another item I purchased from the same seller. My package hasn't arrived, and the tracking falsely claims it's been delivered. I'm currently at home, the only resident in a single-entry building. My friend Julie was here to collect the delivery as I'm unable to lift items due to my recent hospitalization. The tracking indicates delivery to HP16 O... signed by someone with initials SRI, whom I don't recognize. I'm recovering from a serious surgery and was expecting a knock at the door for the delivery. Since it didn't happen, I'm unsure where my package is and who received it.

In July, we encountered a problem with the Gallery Plus feature on one of our listings. Despite not selecting this option, customer support assisted in resolving the issue promptly and refunded our account. Unfortunately, in September, we faced a similar situation with two items affected by this option. The items in question are as follows: - Item #1: [redacted]72 - Firstbus / First Group New Style Long Sleeve Shirts 17.5 Collar x2 (new) - Item #2: [redacted]80 - Firstbus / First Group New Style Short Sleeve Shirts 17.5 Collar (new) Given the low value of these items, additional promotion does not seem necessary. We seek to have the charge removed as we have never intentionally selected this option and have been vigilant in avoiding it. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Hello, I reached out to the seller to cancel my order, and they agreed to refund me. Even though I initiated a return case, I closed it because the item had not left the seller's possession. The seller informed me that on their end, they cannot close the return through eBay's system, which prevents them from automatically issuing a refund. To resolve this, I suggested that the seller refund me directly via PayPal. The seller is polite and willing to cooperate but is concerned about accidentally double refunding me. I believe the only option now is for the seller to refund me directly through PayPal, without risking a double refund. Could someone please confirm this information to the seller? Hello, I purchased a new, sealed ecig - an INNOKIN ENDURA T22E MOD STARTER KIT with blue color coils from an authentic UK seller. My order number is 13-05[redacted]9SOLD with an order total of £23.49 placed on 09 Sep [redacted]. Upon receiving the package, I tried to charge and use it, but the battery was dead and unresponsive. Despite contacting the seller and opening a refund case due to being ill with an enterocutaneous fistula and unable to return the item within the 30-day deadline, the case was closed without resolution. I have since purchased a working ecig from a different seller. I feel unfairly treated for not being able to meet the return deadline while dealing with my health condition. Dear Sirs, I recently received a message from eBay inquiring if the seller has refunded me for the electronic flea comb. I reached out to the seller stating the item doesn't work. The seller asked me to send it back in a large 2nd class stamped envelope, highlighting not to hand it to the postmaster to avoid extra charges. Despite following these instructions, I have not received a refund yet. Upon contacting the seller for an update, he offered a replacement which I declined as my carers already purchased one elsewhere due to my disability. I politely requested a refund instead. After not hearing back, I followed up today, only to receive a rude reply instructing me to contact the resolutions center. This treatment is incredibly upsetting after complying with the seller's return instructions.

Whenever attempting to log into eBay, I encounter the following message: "Call us at 0[redacted] and reference security code [redacted]3. This is not the same confirmation code used to verify your account." I am perplexed as to why my account has been blocked, as I recently won an item that I now need to pay for. I am concerned that this issue may cause me to lose the bid altogether. Despite numerous unsuccessful attempts, including waiting on hold for over an hour without any assistance, as well as resetting my password to no avail, I am still unable to access my account. I kindly request assistance to resolve this matter promptly. Additionally, the message claiming eBay customer service is available 24/7 seems inaccurate, as I have received messages stating otherwise when trying to contact them. I bought a Rolson Stainless Steel Border Fork and Rolson Stainless Steel Border Spade on 26/9/[redacted] from eBay as a guest. I paid £21.99 for the fork and £2.95 for the spade, totaling £24.94. Despite being notified that they would arrive between 2/10/[redacted] and 3/10/[redacted], I haven't received them as of 4/10/[redacted]. Hermes Couriers informed me on 30/9/[redacted] that they would provide delivery details, but I haven't heard anything. I only received the Rolson Stainless Steel Spade, not the fork I paid for. After reaching out to eBay Customer Support Chatline and consulting my solicitor, I obtained a Claim Number from eBay and lodged a complaint with the seller and Hermes Head Office. eBay advised me to contact Hermes Couriers Head Office before they can refund me. If I don't receive the missing items soon, I will involve my solicitor again. My order number is [redacted] and item number is [redacted]. I will continue following up with eBay Customer Support Chatline and my solicitor.

I purchased a book on eBay for £11, advertised as clean with no highlights or writing, but received it with marks and highlighting. I also ordered another £3 book, which has been posted but not delivered yet. I have contacted your company via email twice and called ten times, without a response. As an A level drama student, it is crucial I have the correct book. I expect a reply within 1-2 hours, or I will escalate this further. I have invested time and money into your company, and if my item doesn't arrive today, I will take this matter to trading standards and publicize my experience. I understand the challenges of Covid-19 but waiting for nearly two weeks without resolution is unacceptable. I urge you to address this promptly.

I recently received only the Rolson Stainless Steel Garden Border Spade when I was expecting to receive a Fork as well. I paid £24.94 for both items. This issue has occurred before, and I have consulted with my solicitor who has advised that Hermes is responsible for the missing item. I have previously contacted EBay Customer Support regarding a similar incident involving Hermes. I purchased a mirror for £71.50, only to discover that the seller had actually bought it from Dunelm for £55 in my name. Since Dunelm offers free delivery and returns, I want to return the mirror for a refund and buy it directly from Dunelm at a cheaper price. The seller agreed to the return but has been uncooperative and rude. I printed a return label from eBay, but it was for the wrong carrier and weight according to Royal Mail. The parcel must be sent via Parcel Force. I have reached out to the seller for the correct label, but I am worried about their lack of assistance given our past interactions.

Regarding the return of the Faux Leather Ottoman Storage Gas Lift Up Bed + Memory Mattress #[redacted]89: On 03/10/20, only a part of the item was received, prompting a request for a return. Despite the request, the seller proceeded to send the missing part. Subsequent communication reiterated the desire to cancel the order, but the seller advised against it, instructing to wait for the complete item before initiating a return. Once the seller convinced the buyer not to return the item due to the missing part, the remaining piece was sent. The seller then informed the buyer that returning the item would incur costs since it was already in transit. The buyer feels this situation is unfair and requests that the seller retrieve the bed without any additional charges. A resolution to this matter is sought promptly. Thank you.

I don't believe I did anything wrong to warrant being suspended. I was simply browsing Xbox [redacted] deals to purchase. As a result of my account suspension, I missed out on my £5 discount. I urge you to review my account thoroughly and rectify any errors that may have occurred. I kindly request the reactivation of my promo code for future use and a £10 discount to compensate for the misunderstanding. It seems that my account status has been misrepresented, which could potentially impact my job prospects. If this issue persists and affects my opportunities, I will hold eBay responsible.
