Seller didn't want to send me prepaid return postage slip for quiet a long time and I asked ebay to step in.* But finaly me and seller agreed on item return and I opened a return case.* Seller sent me return postage slip but the post office couldn't scan that for unknown reason.* I wrote about the to the seller and he offered me £*.** through PayPal for postage fee and I closed case by accidentally taping "close case" button.* Sent an Item using tracked postage and seller received that.* But seller wrote me: "Please note we can only issue a refund through a return case in ebay, if we issue a manual refund, we won't get our fees refunded**It seems you closed the case, you will need to reopen it".* Please help me to re-open return case and get my £*** back to my bank account.
