Hi, I rang you guys last week and your colleague agreed that I am entitled to and will receive my £**.** purchase for the bike wheels despite the cheeky seller complaining over something that they’re completely at fault with! The seller “Scott*anthony*” sold me * wheels. They didn’t fit despite me asking questions of which he assured me that they would. I started a return to which the seller emailed to not send any returns as the site is shut due to Covid and they would contact me as soon as it’s open. Understood completely. However despite me contacting him * or * times more chasing it up so I could return the item he once more told me they were still closed then began completely ignoring me??? THE.N to my absolute amazement approached EBay because they hadn’t receive the item within ** days?! I was and still am fuming over this!! Even more fuming that EBay approved their complaint and told me my case was closed for a refund and would not be getting one?!?! However after the phone all to your colleague she apologised profusely and said she can see clearly I was not in the wrong and that I must return the item record delivery and inform you once this is done and I will get my £** back. I can confirm that I have record delivered the wheels back in secure boxes packaging.**Tracking number NWPR*******GB**Please can you confirm how and when I will receive my refund? Thank you.
