I sold a pair of Shimano pedals on your platform. I purchased a prepaid Royal Mail label for £3.58 to post the item to the buyer. However, I couldn't print the label and had to manually write one out, costing me £4.70 at the Post Office. I seek a refund of £3.58 for the unused label. I have contacted Royal Mail three times, but they advised that you are responsible for the refund. In addition, I have not received the £44.70 payment for the sold goods, even though the buyer has received them. If these issues are not resolved by the weekend, I will proceed with legal action.

I recently started using my account. I listed two items and was in the middle of listing a third when I received a message stating my account was suspended due to security issues. After I inquired about it, I received an email saying my account posed a risk to eBay and its community. I am completely shocked and confused. I do not understand why this happened. Was it related to my two listings - a bracelet and a wallet - or was my account hacked? Now, I keep receiving the same automated response that explains the suspension and concludes with "We have determined that it is in our mutual best interest to part ways." I am at a loss for what occurred and why there seems to be no way to resolve this.

I am Deepal Perera (lrdeepal) from Sri Lanka. I placed a bid on the A900 Kenwood Chef slicer/shredder attachment (Item No. [redacted]54) and won the auction. The seller requested to cancel the transaction because of my location. I used the eBay Resolution Center to propose shipping the item to a UK address, to which the seller agreed. Subsequently, I made the payment. Unexpectedly, the seller canceled the order and refunded the money without providing a valid reason. This action goes against eBay's rules and regulations. Unfortunately, the Resolution Center resolved the issue without considering the mutual agreement between the two parties. As a loyal eBay customer, I am disappointed by this unjust decision. It has shaken my trust in eBay for future transactions. I hope my concerns will be addressed fairly. Thank you. Deepal Perera (lrdeepal)

Hello, I am dealing with a situation where the buyer is disputing not receiving an item I sent out 41 days ago. The item in question is a signed Julie Andrews photo that was purchased and shipped on April 27. After reaching out to multiple buyers for feedback, I received a message from E-Bay yesterday, and today, this buyer is stating the item was never received after nearly six weeks, which seems quite unusual considering most people would mention non-delivery within a week, not six. I suspect the buyer did receive the item but might be displeased because I requested feedback recently. Despite clearly stating on the listing that no refunds or returns are accepted, they are now claiming non-receipt. I always verify the shipping address carefully before sending. I believe they are attempting to deceive me.

Dear eBay Customer Service, I would like to report an issue with a seller named "CONCRETE SOLID BLOCKS" based in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, England, UK. I placed an order for 12 blocks on Jun 2, [redacted], with Order number 04-05[redacted]4, expecting delivery, but was told afterward that I needed to pick up the items myself. I reached out to the seller multiple times requesting a refund due to this discrepancy, but have not received a response. When I tried to clarify through text, the seller threatened me with police involvement. I am considering legal action against the seller and potentially involving eBay in this matter. Sincerely, Rockson Wilson

Hello, I am Martin Roberts. I placed an order for a coat on 23/5/20 at 14:59 from Brandjunkie.com. The delivery was expected to be on 28th to 29/5/20, which has passed. Despite several email exchanges with a person named Liam assuring me that the item was on its way, I have not received it. This situation is particularly frustrating as I have been a loyal eBay customer with no previous scam encounters. However, my recent experience has left me apprehensive. I have reached out again via email, stating that if I do not receive the item by 12/6/20, I would like a refund. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from Liam or the company. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I would like to inquire about the reason for my account restriction, which mentions price gouging. I did not increase the prices; I only factored in eBay and Facebook fees along with an additional 35p for the second category. Could you please clarify the restriction? While I listed face masks, many others did too, and my intent was genuine. I did not raise the price for profit; I simply was unaware that it was against the rules. My account is registered under yorkieg37.

I bought garden furniture on eBay for £32.99, but the transaction was flagged as suspicious. Although eBay removed the listing, I'm having trouble filing a claim because it shows the item wasn't paid for. I can confirm the payment went through in my bank and PayPal. Even so, the system won't let me open a complaint.

I purchased a 50-liter bag of Westland multi-purpose with added John Innes, hoping to start gardening. The seller charged me £25, but I later found out that the same product is available at B&Q for £5.97, Trago for £5.97, Wickes for £5.50, and Homebase for £4.99. Feeling ripped off, I contacted the seller, which resulted in an argument. Now, he is ignoring my messages. I am appalled that eBay allows such exploitation of customers. Especially now, during tough times where every penny counts, it is unacceptable. I requested a refund from the seller with no success, and I find this situation absolutely disgraceful.

Dear eBay, I have attempted to contact the seller multiple times about the face shield issue with no response. I have also tried reaching out to eBay without success. Therefore, I am bringing my complaint here. The face shield I received is not satisfactory as it has deep scratches and dents which make it hard to see through. I am requesting either a replacement shield or a full refund since the seller has been unresponsive. Thank you for your assistance. Regards, Nasreen (MidnightMoon)

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my suspended account dencos-6. I seek clarification on the risks eBay customers might face with accurate product descriptions. I am struggling to grasp the core issue. Moreover, the buyers of my items cannot track their purchases, possibly leading to cancellations. eBay holds £[redacted] of invoice money. The block on my account affects orders already dispatched. I am eager to resolve this swiftly, preserving my credibility and funds tied to this situation. Thank you. Reach me at [redacted]

I am experiencing an issue with the automatic invoice system on eBay. The calculation of postage for a recent sale was incorrect, resulting in an overcharge of £18.46. My postage charges are £1.05 for the first item and £0.12 for each additional item in the order of 22 items. I am concerned about the extra fees eBay will charge me if I refund the excess postage to the buyer. Approximately 6 weeks ago, I encountered a payment issue with a buyer from Australia, which eBay helped resolve. However, similar problems have persisted since then. I reached out to Customer Service on June 10, [redacted], but despite being promised assistance, I have not received any follow-up. Today, I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to contact customer support.

I have been a happy eBay user for many years, but I've noticed a decline in their oversight of sellers. Here are a few examples to illustrate my point: A ladies' top listed at £5.99 where the price only applies to one specific color, and a wall-mounted clock advertised at £0.99 where the cost only covers the brackets. In one case, I bought "Solar" lights for £3.99, but they weren't solar-powered. The seller, yzl_pray, only offered a £1.50 refund after my complaint. Another disappointing purchase was a drill sharpener from bananatalent for £1.99, which was missing several essential parts. These incidents may not all be reported, leading to a decline in eBay's credibility. - Jim.

I noticed a charge on my bank statement for a PayPal transaction with a Chinese seller on eBay. I bought an item in March and was supposed to receive it by May, but it never arrived. When I asked for a refund, the seller refused and only offered a replacement with a long wait time. I decided against it. I wanted to leave feedback to warn others, but I can't find the option to do so on my eBay app or desktop. Strangely, the payment is also missing from my PayPal transactions. Why can't I see the payment in PayPal, and why are my usual options unavailable on eBay?

Item Number: [redacted]26 Order Number: 09-05[redacted]3. Women's Orthopedic Sandals in Red, Size 40 for £13. Ordered on 7/06/20 from seller xiaoyu-tian. I initiated the return on 12/06/20, and the item was received around 11/06/20. I have been struggling to communicate with the seller regarding the return. I have requested a Returns Label and Packing slip via email to return the item promptly. The seller is now asking for photos of the sandals, which I don't mind providing, although I find it unnecessary since the issue is the fit, not a defect. I am escalating the matter to eBay for resolution as the seller's emails are confusing and time-consuming. I appreciate your assistance in this matter. Thank you, A. Hughes [Mrs].

Hello, I observed this morning that my feedback percentage was not [redacted]%. Upon investigation, I discovered negative feedback for selling antique ornate planters on May 4th (item number: [redacted]96). The buyer disputed their antiquity. I have reached out to the buyer twice this morning. I acquired these planters two decades ago from an antique fair and sold them in good faith as antiques. Had the buyer expressed dissatisfaction upon receipt, I would have gladly accepted a return to ensure their satisfaction. Regrettably, the buyer left very negative feedback without allowing me the chance to address the issue. Maintaining a positive reputation is important to me as a fair and honest seller and buyer. I believe the feedback was unjust as I still consider the planters to be antique given that they are at least 40 years old based on when I purchased them and the images in my listing clearly depicted their condition. Despite my attempts to contact the buyer, I have not received a response regarding amending the feedback. I kindly request eBay's assistance in this matter. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, J.

I purchased an item on eBay that was later cancelled by the seller due to them not being verified. I reached out to PayPal for a refund, but they directed me to eBay Resolution Centre. However, eBay won't assist me since I already contacted PayPal. I'm stuck in a loop trying to resolve this issue with no success. I even attempted to call the provided number but could only reach a recording. I believe eBay should refund me for the cancelled transaction since it was not initiated by me. Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated.

I bought a refurbished laptop from eBay Seller: rectech_notebooks. The order number is 21-05[redacted]6, and the item number is [redacted]02. The laptop started showing strange signs, like overheating and not booting up correctly. Unfortunately, the seller refused to take responsibility since it's a few days past the 30-day warranty. I received it on the 13th of May. I believe the seller is not being fair, especially since I left positive feedback before discovering these issues. I reached out to the seller via email, and he asked me to run diagnostics. Even after following his instructions, we concluded it's a faulty hard drive. Despite this, the seller insisted I'm out of warranty and needs to bear the cost. I believe I am protected under the consumers act. I would appreciate advice on how to resolve this matter as I feel mistreated. I am seeking a repair or a refund for the item.

On May 16, [redacted], I sold a phone on eBay for £[redacted]. Due to a technical issue, I couldn't change the price, so the buyer agreed to pay £[redacted], with the understanding that I would refund £20 afterward, which I did. I had clearly listed the phone's defects on the eBay listing, and the buyer was happy with the condition. However, on May 22, [redacted], the buyer opened a case on PayPal claiming that the item was not as described, and now wants a refund of £[redacted]. I have responded to the PayPal case but have not received any updates. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue by offering a full refund of £[redacted], the buyer is unresponsive and seems intent on keeping both the phone and the money. I have proof of the phone's condition through pictures and have been transparent in my listing. I have also tried contacting PayPal without success. It's important to note that there is no case against me on eBay, only on PayPal. I would appreciate any assistance as I am feeling taken advantage of by the buyer.

I initiated a return process for an item with eBay return ID [redacted]. I obtained a return slip and intended to ship the item yesterday with eBay item number [redacted]63. The seller, Simon Russell with eBay username simonrussell4, informed me that the address on his account is outdated. Upon my request for an update, he provided a new address at 87 Kershaw Street, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD3 8NR, for me to send the item. However, I am hesitant about proceeding as I want to ensure a smooth return process without any unnecessary delays. I seek urgent guidance on the best course of action in this situation.
