Hi,**I sold an item to a buyer, due to the pandemic i was unable to post item and contacted buyer to check if they wanted a refund or will prefer to wait for postage. Whilst waiting for buyers response ,they contacted me asking if i can send items to a different location- i double checked online and realised I wasn't covered to send to another location not registered on paypay *ebay. I went ahead and sent to orginal address listed and provided a tracking number. Shortly after , buyer raises a case stating item was not recieved. From the tracking details received it states item was signed for & received by the ebayers account . I need ebay to intervene on this matter as I can't seem to come to a resolution with the buyer. I provided proof of postage but buyer states they don't live at the address anymore .
GetHuman-teelove_ did not yet indicate what eBay (UK) should do to make this right.
