I bought an internet phone on the *rd of May, I have never had an Internet phone, in the listing it states that buyers are garanteed a ** day refund, it also states that ther would be a basic instruction manual in English, anyway, when i got the phone , i opened the box and only turned the phone on a few times, but i did not have a clue how to use it. so yesterday i asked the seller for a refund and i went through the official ebay refund policy. Then the seller sent me this message below.****bigdreamz*shop (**,*** **Paul to make things Easy*Plz close the Return On ebay first of all*And send from Postal office for only *.** pounds which i will refund You*That’s my Word*As soon as You close the Return i will call ebay and They will revise the feedback as they will see email conversations between us that you were willing to change but couldn’t do it as there is a Return case Opened**Address to send back is**BIG DREAMZ LTd** Hartley Hall Garden *Manchester *M** *LP**this way you will get your money back much Quicker too*Within * Days i promise You*-------------------------------,*Anyway i did what he said and closed the return and posted it back myself, yesterday he also accused me of the phone being damaged and broken etc, which it is not, The problem is that i Cannot re-open ebays official return policy, so basically he can keep the phone i returned and also keep the £*** .** that i paid for it, He is a very devious seller as i looked at his negative feedback for the last * months and a lot of honest peole have had trouble with him like this, . Please can you help me. Kind Regards, Paul. p.s Please read the messages between us both and you can see that he is an expert at playing with words in his conversations. Today he has not replied back to me, now that he is getting the phone back unofficiallly off Ebay and if buyer protection does not step in quickly, he will just say , i broke the phone and *or he will let this situation pass the ** day refund gurantee that is stated in all his listings., Please, Please help me, Paul,
