When I try to log into my eBay account, after entering my password, it says that a verification code will be sent to my mobile phone for 2-step verification. However, I never actually receive the code from eBay. Consequently, I am unable to access my eBay account. I managed to sign in successfully yesterday, but today I am unable to do so due to this issue. I attempted to seek assistance from customer support, but they currently do not offer phone support. When I click on "Contact eBay," it prompts me to sign in, which I cannot do as the verification code is not coming through to my phone. My phone is functioning properly as I successfully received a verification code from PayPal. I kindly request help to resolve this matter so I can access my eBay account. Thank you.

Hello, I recently purchased an item from an eBay seller. I work as a live-in carer and had the item delivered to my work address. Upon receiving the item, I noticed the packaging looked old, the bottle had no seal, made a cracking sound when opened, and had an unusual odor. I contacted the seller to inquire if the item contained steroids, highlighted the discrepancies from the listing, and expressed my concerns about the lack of a seal and the item's condition. The seller questioned why I wanted to return it weeks after the purchase. I explained my live-in care job as the reason for the delay and my hesitance due to the questionable packaging. I have decided to return the item for a refund as I do not feel comfortable keeping it. I kindly request a refund for the purchase.

I bought an iPad to upgrade but couldn't return it since the seller doesn't offer refunds. However, I can't use the iPad because it still has the seller's Apple ID and private information. I've asked them to remove it remotely, but they can't remember the password and keep making excuses. I'm sending the iPad back, but worried about not getting my money back. Any advice on what to do next?

I received an email from eBay regarding the March invoice for £12, and I need to address this issue as I believe I have been double charged. Firstly, £6 was deducted on February 15th, but I have not had any recent sales to warrant this charge. Additionally, a customer purchased a bag for £[redacted] but did not make any payment even after my attempts to contact them, resulting in the item being relisted; however, I was still charged for the sale. This is inaccurate. Lastly, I reported a missing item that was returned by a customer and was given a reference number to contact Royal Mail. Royal Mail stated that the driver confirmed delivery, but I am unable to locate the item at either my address or my neighbor's address.

I am disappointed that eBay sided with a buyer who claimed the Wahl senior cordless clipper I sold was faulty. The item was accurately described and in perfect working condition. eBay directed the buyer to return the clipper, but I have not received it back yet. This situation has occurred previously with a different item, Vivienne Westwood shoes. The buyer alleged they were defective, but they were practically new. I suspect she swapped them with an old pair for the return. Now, it seems like history is repeating itself with the clippers. My feedback reflects my integrity, and I feel frustrated facing financial losses and losing the item without its return. I urge eBay not to deduct any money from me as I fear being cheated again. It is disheartening that not everyone values honesty, and some manipulate the system to receive items for free.

I recently sold a Wahl cordless clipper that was accurately described and in good condition. Unfortunately, the buyer claimed it was not as described and eBay sided with them. This has happened to me before with a pair of Vivienne Westwood shoes that were also misrepresented by the buyer. Despite providing a refund for the shoes that were not returned to me, eBay is now threatening to deduct the cost of the clippers from my account. It is frustrating that buyers are able to keep both the refunded amount and the items. This is unfair, especially considering that both transactions amount to a significant sum of £[redacted]. My feedback on eBay reflects my honesty and integrity as a seller and buyer.

Hi there, I want to bring up an issue I've noticed with a seller on Ebay named emyles55. This seller seems to be downloading low-quality trawler photographs from the internet and selling them. I've been a collector of trawler photographs for nearly 50 years, and it's disappointing to see someone selling images that are cropped poorly and sometimes even removing credits from the original photographers. I've identified two photos, one of the ROBERT HEWETT and another of the vessel CAPTAIN RIOU, which are particularly concerning. I personally own the negative of the photo of the ROBERT HEWETT, and the CAPTAIN RIOU picture was taken by my friend, Eddy Hamill, in [redacted]. It's upsetting to see someone selling these images without proper credit or authorization. It's truly unacceptable, and I hope this issue can be addressed. Regards, David S.

I purchased a wooden shelf from Ecowood on 2/3/20 for £28.85, but it arrived with a 5" split in the wood. Despite sending pictures as requested, the company refused a refund, only offering a replacement after lockdown. This resolution was not acceptable. Although promised pick-ups failed to materialize, eBay provided a label, but the post office deemed it oversized. Despite reassurances from the company, no courier was ever arranged. Multiple unanswered emails have left me frustrated. Unable to contact eBay directly, I seek a full refund from the unresponsive company.

I recently purchased a Glass Glamour LED Light Dressing Table Vanity Makeup Tri-Mirror from Smak_products on eBay. The mirror arrived damaged, so I initiated a refund. Due to login issues with my original account, I changed my password and ended up with a new username, jewestm_69, instead of jewestm52. As both accounts are linked to the same email address, I'm unable to access the jewestm52 account where I made the purchase. Despite contacting the seller from the new account, they insist any refund must come from the original buying account. eBay's call centers are currently inaccessible, preventing me from resolving the matter through customer service. Thank you for any assistance.

I am having issues with my recent purchase from Seller ID: yinghuacao, who has not been responsive to my emails. I received only a small box (24x18) out of the whole TV unit cabinet I ordered. When I asked the delivery driver if there were more boxes, he confirmed there was not. After trying to resolve the issue with the seller to no avail, I took the matter to the platform. Now the seller is asking me to pay for the return shipping of the incomplete item, which I find unreasonable since they failed to deliver as promised. I have requested a refund, but the seller is withholding it until I send back the partial item. I am frustrated because I canceled the order due to missing pieces, and I believe the return shipping and refund should be the seller's responsibility.

I purchased a product weeks ago, and despite the tracking information showing it was delivered, I have not received it. The seller keeps insisting that I check with others who might have received it, even though I live alone and nobody has it. I have repeatedly explained the situation, but the seller refuses to provide a refund and instead offers to send another product, which I do not want. I have reported the issue to eBay, but it has not been resolved. I simply want my money refunded as the seller seems unwilling to do so, making excuse after excuse.

I recently bought a bed as a gift for my in-laws' new room, but unfortunately it turned out to be too big, bulky, and of poor quality for the space. I contacted the seller to arrange a return and refund, but it seems like there are delays with the process, causing inconvenience as we currently don't have a bed to sleep on. I tried to request a refund through eBay, but the seller closed the request without any explanation after agreeing to the return initially. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly so we can order the correct bed. The details are as follows: Seller: stylisticbedltd, Order no: 09-04[redacted]8, Item: #[redacted]26. I hope to hear from you soon. Thanks. Regards, M.

I have encountered issues with my dry yeast order and have been communicating with the seller regarding the problem. Despite the seller's request to close the case and wait for Covid-19 to pass before reshipping, I am concerned about not receiving my food item. I have ordered dry yeast before, and I am willing to help the seller, but I need proof of shipment for my current orders. I am requesting a full refund of £45.40 for the two orders as a precaution due to the uncertainty of when Covid-19 will resolve. I believe transparency in providing shipment receipts or photos is crucial for maintaining trust with customers. My main focus is on receiving my order, and once that is resolved, I am willing to close the case accordingly.

I am disappointed with the profiteering behavior of Ebay sellers during this time of crisis. I recently purchased my 4th container of 5LT isopropyl 99-9% sanitiser, a product I have been trying to buy since April 4th. It is unfair that sellers are charging between £54 to £80 for a product that normally costs £5 to £6. I have reported this issue to Ebay, but sellers continue to cancel confirmed orders to sell at inflated prices. This is unethical, especially for essential items like sanitiser needed during this crucial period. My account is twins2pairs, email [redacted] As an elderly pensioner classified as extremely vulnerable, I need answers as to why this is allowed to happen. I hope Ebay addresses this matter promptly. Thank you.

I purchased a refurbished Toshiba laptop on eBay to assist my grandkids with home schooling. Due to strict lockdown measures in France, I had the laptop delivered to my son, a doctor working in a busy city clinic. The delivery address was his clinic's dedicated reception, which regularly receives parcels without issue. Initially, the tracking information was unavailable, and the delivery was delayed. Considering the current circumstances, I understood the delay. However, problems arose when the tracking indicated a failed delivery due to an inability to find the address. On 27/4, the tracking status showed delivery, but the clinic's reception had no record of receiving the item. I have requested a refund from PayPal, but I am unable to reach eBay UK to escalate the issue.

I have been an eBay seller for quite some time now and have consistently received positive reviews. However, PayPal keeps placing my funds on hold for 21 days, even though I am an experienced and active seller. This situation is challenging because it hinders my ability to cover shipping costs promptly. I am perplexed by this issue since I receive immediate payments through other platforms like Depop, using the same PayPal account. None of my friends who sell on eBay encounter this problem. I would appreciate any insights on how to prevent this continual hold on my funds.

Hello, I hope you are well. I am contacting you regarding my store "mohanas99" located in Tel Aviv, Israel with zip code [redacted]. My name is Mohammed Nassar and you can reach me at [redacted] Previously, my store focused on pet supplies and supplements from an American supplier. Due to COVID-19, I stopped working with my Chinese toy supplier to ensure customer safety. I ship using UPS, USPS, and FedEx with a 3-day handling time. I run a store in my country and work with an American supplier. I admire your platform and want to expand my business. After reviewing your policies for three months, I decided to work with you as both a seller and buyer. However, my account was unexpectedly suspended after several months, despite maintaining a good reputation with customers and no complaints. I am happy to provide any requested information. I hope to hear from you soon as I am eager to expand my business on your platform. Thank you.

I am having trouble receiving my payment from eBay. Both items I sold have been successfully delivered, with tracking numbers WM[redacted]66GB and WM[redacted]85GB confirming delivery dates. Despite this, eBay keeps changing the expected payment availability dates, extending them to May 17th and 18th. I am unable to reach eBay for assistance as their phone service seems to be unavailable during COVID, and I am unable to locate an email address to contact them. My account has no outstanding fees and I have received positive feedback from both buyers. It is frustrating to see that eBay is still showing the items as not delivered in the sold section despite the clear evidence of delivery and positive feedback I have received.

I ordered 6 bottles of Calgon from seller GTXBOX, but the parcel didn't arrive. Parcel Force informed me it was delivered to the wrong address due to an error in the address provided by the seller. Despite reaching out to the seller, they claim the correct address was on the parcel and that it was delivered. eBay closed the case in their favor, stating it was delivered and signed for, which is not true as I have CCTV footage showing no delivery took place. I've consulted a solicitor who advised me I should receive a refund if the seller fails to resolve this issue in accordance with the money-back guarantee.

I submitted a return request on the morning of April 21st and was informed later that same day that my return had been closed. I checked the order details and nowhere during the purchase confirmation or shipping information was there any mention of a closing date for returns. This policy should have been clearly stated at the time of purchase or upon delivery. Additionally, the item I received, listed as "NEW," shows clear signs of wear with damage to the inside lining and fur fluff on the arm and collar. The seller misrepresented the condition of the item, not meeting the description of "NEW." I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
