Hello, I placed a bid on a Michael Kors handbag and won the auction. When trying to pay, eBay prompted me to reach out to the seller because they had not provided shipping information for my location. After contacting the seller, they initially accused me of trying to avoid payment. I explained that I genuinely thought the shipping cost was included because it was not specified. Eventually, they acknowledged their oversight on international shipping and quoted me $75, which is more than the bag's cost. Being new to eBay, I did not realize shipping details needed to be specified. Unfortunately, I cannot afford the additional shipping fee. Is it possible to cancel this transaction? Hello, I bought item [redacted]01, a Reiss leather jacket, from dovilelukos on eBay on October 6. I paid immediately and received the jacket on October 9. Initially, everything seemed fine, and I wore the jacket a few times. However, on November 7, while at a Reiss shop, I noticed similar jackets on display. Upon inspection, I realized the jacket I bought was different in lining, leather quality, and zips, leading me to believe it was not genuine. I raised a return request on November 8, but the seller closed it, advising me to get a second opinion from Reiss. On November 10, Reiss confirmed it was a copy, not their product. Despite my efforts for a refund, the seller insisted it was authentic and refused. I fear the seller may be listing other fake designer items. Communication was through eBay. My account, re_1667, associated with the email address [redacted], has scammed me. We were exchanging messages, and I sent money over, but he has not replied to anything, and all contact has stopped. He has not sent the item, despite my many email inquiries. I have reported this to the eBay fraud team, and they are investigating. I know there is a number ending in 96 on this account, and I believe you have the address linked to this person. What they have done is highly illegal, and I want to involve the police to resolve this matter. I am appalled by this situation and want to uncover the full mobile number and address associated with this account. I know the seller is supposedly in Canterbury, as indicated for the shipment. I intend to provide all relevant information to the police and take this matter seriously. People like this should face consequences for their actions. I appreciate any help you can provide. I am informing you that the return process for my order was finalized on November 26, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the seller declined the return request stating that I had ordered the item by mistake. I am unable to take the cracked screen for repairs due to my old age and disability. The item has been delivered to the collection point at LOUGHTON Sainsbury this afternoon. I kindly request that the return be arranged at the same location since I am unable to collect the item myself. I mistakenly clicked on Buy It Now for an item that I neither want nor can afford. I have no way of picking it up as it is hundreds of miles away, nor do I have a place to store it. This item does not show up in my purchase list because I couldn't finalize the purchase due to affordability issues. It was in my basket last night but has disappeared today. I have reached out to the seller to explain the situation and apologize, but I haven't received a response yet. What steps should I take next?

Hello, I purchased a faux fur teddy bear coat from a seller, but unfortunately, when I received it, the coat did not match the description. The quality was poor, it didn't have a hoodie as advertised, it was supposed to be white but I received an ivory one, and it was not oversized as expected. The sleeves were too short as well. I returned the coat to the seller, but now they are delaying the refund process by asking for different information every day, such as the tracking number and the courier details. I shipped the coat on 28/11/[redacted] with tracking number NX[redacted]24GB, and it was signed for upon delivery. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in this matter.

I recently received a generous gift of two high-quality bottles of wine. I attempted to list the first bottle and was surprised to learn it has an average selling price of £[redacted]. I was advised that I need a license to sell wine, so I'm hoping for temporary permission to sell my bottles. I have communicated with the seller that the item fits me, but the zipper is stiff. However, she keeps insisting that I claimed it does not fit. I never said that as the item fits me well, and I have purchased other items from the same collection that also fit me. Despite accepting my refund request, the seller is refusing to provide a return label. I am within the 14-day return window as the refund was accepted on Monday. The seller is pressuring me to post the item back immediately, even though I am following eBay's rules.

In October, my eBay balance was only £2 despite not making any sales. In November, my balance was £96.59 with sales totaling £[redacted].55. However, I do not have a professional account, just a private one. I received payment for only 4 items. I noticed that for every ad I posted, I was charged £0.35, even though it's supposed to be free until I make a sale. I find it unfair that my fees added up to £96.59 for selling products worth £[redacted].55. I believe I've been overcharged. It's important to me that fees are fair and transparent, especially for private accounts like mine.

Hello, I recently sold an iPhone (for parts) on eBay using the provided email address. I used Hermes by eBay to ship the item, purchasing the parcel tag on eBay's site. Although it has been 10 days since the shipment, the package has not reached the buyer's address yet. I received an item that was not as described by the seller. After returning it via Parcelforce and eBay later informing me that the seller requested to cancel the transaction, I assumed the item had been returned successfully. eBay instructed me to request a refund if the seller failed to send it. When attempting to follow the link, I was directed to the German site. I contacted the seller through the original item page regarding the refund. Despite providing the proof of postage number as requested and sending daily messages, they have not refunded my money. Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Steve.

Hello, I experienced a delay in payment due to my bank's security measures. Despite canceling my order, my bank proceeded with the payment to the seller for a DVD player via eBay. The transaction is confirmed on my bank statement. The eBay item number is [redacted]73. Although eBay notified the seller of the cancellation, I have yet to receive a refund in my PayPal account.

Regarding order no. 02-04[redacted]3, I purchased 1 roll of 50mmx33m Black/Yellow floor tape from theleanwarehouse. However, I received 5 rolls of Blue floor tape instead. I attempted to return the items using the provided label, but the Post Office rejected it as it was only suitable for packages up to 2kg, while my return package weighs 2.5kg. It appears that this issue lies with Ebay rather than the seller, exacerbated by the challenge of contacting Ebay for support beyond their limited FAQs.

I recently purchased an item from a Chinese seller who claimed it was already in the UK. However, upon checking Royal mail tracking, I discovered that the item is actually in Shenzhen and hasn't moved in six days. This isn't the first time I've been misled by a Chinese seller regarding the location of an item, leading to unattainable delivery dates. I have reached out to the seller for clarification as I am disappointed by the lack of transparency. I believe that eBay should share negative experiences with sellers even after refunds are issued. Sellers who fail to adhere to promised delivery dates should face consequences to ensure accountability.

I received the following message from eBay stating that my account is temporarily blocked for security reasons. They require additional verification from me to lift the block. However, when eBay attempted to call me to provide a PIN for verification, they hung up each time without giving me the necessary information. Now I am unable to access my account due to the locked status. If anyone else is experiencing similar issues, please let me know.

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with my eBay account. Despite changing my password multiple times, I still face login rejections. Additionally, upon changing it, my account is inexplicably classified as American, restricting my access to feedback without a direct link available. Despite having a UK email address, eBay's system flawlessly categorizes my account as American. Communication with eBay is challenging as attempts to report the issue via email have proved futile. I am only offered an American helpline which is inaccessible from the UK. Moreover, I repeatedly encounter the error message "Something went wrong on our end. We’ll get things up and running again shortly." My email is [redacted], and my account is named Wheeliebunny.

I purchased a 15-inch MacBook Pro [redacted] screen but received a 13-inch screen instead. I requested a refund, which was approved, and they provided a free postage label. The issue is I reside on the Isle of Man where no post offices accept Royal Mail labels. This makes it impossible for me to return the item without incurring additional costs for a new label. To resolve this, I would appreciate it if eBay could either cover the cost of a suitable label for me to return the item or provide a full refund without requiring me to send back the incorrect screen.
