Good morning, in December I purchased a blender... Two months later it broke, and after contacting the company, they sent me a replacement blender. Unfortunately, the second blender arrived damaged as well. At this point, I requested a refund, but I had to return the original blender. I sent it back, but was charged £17 for the return. Now, I am left without a blender, the refund for the return, or the original purchase. I've been trying to reach out to them without success. Can someone help me here since I bought the blender on eBay?

I have concerns about seller comleypersicn ([redacted]), suspecting they may be engaging in fraudulent activity. Recently, I made a purchase for a Philips universal 15v power supply plug charger with a delivery date of May 7th. To my disappointment, the item has not yet arrived. Upon inspecting the seller's feedback, I noticed a lack of recent reviews, all dated back to April 1st. This raises suspicions of fake feedback and possible scamming behavior by the seller. I believe there should be measures in place to prevent such activities on eBay. I kindly request the cancellation of this transaction and for PayPal to withhold the payment of £4.65, scheduled for deduction from my account on May 17th. Best regards, D Ward-Simpson.

I am experiencing an issue with Royal Mail being unable to deliver an item to the buyer. Despite leaving details for the tracked and signed for service, the buyer has not contacted Royal Mail to rearrange delivery or collect the item. It has been over 6 days, and the buyer is not responding to my emails. Ebay is holding the payment until the item is delivered, causing me to be over £50 out of pocket from fees and postage costs. I suspect the buyer may no longer want the item as they have purchased a similar one from another seller on eBay. What steps should I take next?

A few months ago, I purchased a Streetwize 1500W/3000W Peak Power Inverter for my caravan from ishop247-net. Unfortunately, the inverter was faulty upon arrival. After returning it for inspection, ishop247-net confirmed the fault and sent a replacement via DX with tracking number [redacted] to the Global Shipping Centre on 4.4.19. However, I have not received any updates on the whereabouts of the parcel since then. Despite contacting the seller, I was informed that it was no longer their concern. I am now left without the inverter and unsure of its location. I have tried reaching out to customer service without success and the only other contact number I found seems to be for non-European customers. I would appreciate prompt assistance in locating the parcel and expediting delivery or a full refund, which should also include the €25 I spent to return the faulty inverter to the UK. I hope to receive a response soon. Thank you. Regards, M. Gromadzki

I purchased a controller on eBay advertised as a genuine Sony PS4 controller. Upon receiving it, I discovered it was not authentic. I initiated a return with the seller, and after mailing it back and confirming delivery on 08/05/19, I expected a refund within 2 business days as advised by eBay. However, after waiting until Friday, I had not received the refund. I reached out to the seller, but their response did not address the refund delay, only inquiring about the tracking number. I provided detailed tracking information to show delivery, but have not received any further communication. I am requesting a full refund from the seller, cheap_uk_wholesale, to resolve this matter promptly.

I recently sold a bundle of Yu-Gi-Oh cards with various playing conditions, clearly stated in the description. I shipped the item promptly after payment was received. However, the buyer, unfortunately, claimed non-delivery about eight days later, which surprised me given the careful packaging and 1st class postage. I refunded the payment without hesitation. Concerned, I began to suspect the buyer, mattpanda12, who resells Yu-Gi-Oh cards. I started following his account and noticed some of the cards I sold him are now in his store listings. I am worried if these items are being resold as stolen goods. Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated. Best regards, Dirtymagic000.

I recently made a purchase from Inalliance0009 on eBay. Despite updating my address, my order was still shipped to the old one. I have reached out to the seller for assistance, but they have been unhelpful. Communication has now halted, and eBay is marking my inquiries as outdated, despite the order being placed recently on May 13. I am trying to cancel my order and get a refund, but I am facing difficulties as my eBay account is not showing any previous orders. I simply want to cancel the order and receive a refund. Resolving this issue has been quite challenging, making me reconsider using eBay in the future.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding item number [redacted]56. Approximately a month ago, I purchased an Xbox headset which unfortunately turned out to be faulty. After sending it back as per the instructions from the seller (username: gam934), I was assured of a full refund upon the item's return. Despite sending the headset back, I have not yet received the refund. Due to a recent hack on my card, I had to cancel it. I have contacted the seller twice via email to request a bank transfer instead for my refund but have not received any response. I possess all the email correspondence from eBay as evidence of our arrangement. I am concerned that my money has been taken, totaling £89.50. Your prompt assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. I have explored the suggestion to seek a refund via PayPal, but since I did not use PayPal for the purchase, I am unable to dispute the transaction. I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter and hope for a swift resolution. Thank you for your help. - Jeff

I purchased a bag from a seller on eBay, item number [redacted]02. After using it for just two days, the straps broke due to stitching coming undone at the top. When I contacted the seller, they offered a 50% refund in exchange for removing my negative review. However, I declined as I believe I am entitled to a full refund for a faulty purchase. I sent back the bag on 20.05.[redacted] after providing photos of the damage. The seller mentioned sending a refund to my original payment method, but I have not received it yet. I did not pay through PayPal, and there is no refund in my bank account either. I am still waiting for my £11.99 refund.

I bought some chairs online, but one was damaged and the others were not suitable. When I contacted the seller, they offered a partial refund which I declined, as I am entitled to a cooling-off period under UK law for online purchases made less than 7 days ago. Ebay is aware of the return, which has been tracked and signed for by the company. However, Paypal closed the case and directed me to Ebay Resolution, claiming I did not provide tracking confirmation, which I did. I am requesting Ebay to handle this case and ensure the refund promised is issued promptly. Also, I am unable to find this transaction in my purchase history on Ebay and would like assistance in locating it.

I sold a NOCO GB40 that was labeled as New (Other), with a damaged box and a missing car charger part, for £75. The buyer reported it as faulty a week later and requested a return through eBay, which was automatically approved. I suggested that the buyer contact NOCO directly since the item is still under manufacturer warranty. After a few weeks, the buyer informed me that NOCO would send them a brand new unit. The buyer then asked for a refund due to the inconvenience. I offered £5 off initially, which was declined. I then offered £10 off, but the buyer requested £30 off, threatening to escalate the issue on eBay. I explained that the buyer was receiving a new unit from NOCO and that the warranty for the product had been used by them, making it impossible for me to claim it. Despite this, the buyer received a £75 refund from eBay, and my attempts to appeal the decision have been unsuccessful.

I received a product from Ebay that I didn't order. After contacting the supplier, I was informed that Ebay should issue the return address document. However, when I tried to access the page on Ebay to obtain the address, it was blank. The supplier directed me back to Ebay, but I found myself in a frustrating loop leading to the blank label page. I've spent a significant amount of time trying to contact Ebay to report the issue with their address label, which I believe is the supplier's responsibility to handle. This situation has made me hesitant to use Ebay again as I struggle with navigating online platforms.

Hello, my name is Maria K. from Uganda. Recently, I came across a post on Facebook regarding an individual in the UK who claims to be affiliated with eBay. This person promised to help buy goods from eBay and ship them to Uganda due to eBay's services not reaching here. I decided to order an iPhone and a bed through him, believing he could get them at a good price from eBay. It turned out he was a scam, and I lost the little money I had. This experience has shattered my trust in people. Although this incident may not directly relate to you, I wanted to inform you that a person using the Facebook page "UK Affiliate" is deceiving others by using your connection. I have a phone number and a page associated with this individual. I hope you can take some action against this scammer. I find myself starting over due to the actions of one person.

I recently sold a gents aftershave to a woman who claims she hasn't received it. I have proof of postage that shows part of the address she requested. The package was signed for by someone she doesn't recognize. Despite sending it to an Argos store as she requested, she now demands a refund and is being verbally abusive. I possess the post office receipt, but it only displays unit 15 and the postcode, not her name or full address. My other receipts for recent shipments show the same limited information. I am hesitant to refund her because I believe I followed her instructions by sending it in her name to the specified address. Shouldn't the fact that she wanted it sent to an Argos store (where she doesn't work) absolve me of responsibility if it went missing? I am seeking assistance as the abuse I am enduring is excessive.

My account got blocked due to a VAT problem. I'm based in the UK, sell goods only locally, and my sales are well below the threshold for VAT payment according to HMRC. It seems like many eBay users face similar issues. I need assistance to restore my account online as I've just listed items for sale but am unable to proceed. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

On the 23rd of May, I paid £25.79 to the seller "Adamxclusive" for a PS4 controller. After 3 days passed without the item being dispatched, I contacted the seller. Instead of shipping the item, he mentioned cancelling the order. I accepted the cancellation, but as of the 1st of June, I'm still waiting for the refund. Despite checking my PayPal and bank account, no refund has been received. Unfortunately, resolving this through the eBay resolution centre has been unsuccessful. The cancellation remains pending with no sign of the item or refund. Regrettably, the seller has stopped responding to my messages. At this point, I am uncertain about the next steps. I believe eBay should intervene and refund me the full amount paid for the item.

I sold item [redacted]85 on Saturday, January 6, [redacted]. eBay informed me that I had been paid for the item, so I promptly shipped it to the buyer. However, the buyer later messaged me saying they were unable to pay for the item. I am now unable to contact the buyer as communication has been blocked. I have not received the payment of £38.38 plus £4.50 for postage. Can you please assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you.

Case ID [redacted]: I purchased a Rolex Watch, took it to an authorized Rolex repairer, and discovered it has a counterfeit movement. Genuine Rolex watches have Rolex movements. The repairer also noted other issues like a large winder that did not function correctly, a small Rolex crown on the strap, poorly flush pins on the strap, and blurry engraving on the rehaut. I requested a refund but received no response from the seller. I opened a dispute on eBay on March 24th, but there have been no updates, despite the website indicating resolutions typically take 2 days. I would appreciate an update if possible.

I am having a challenge with the seller italianfashion2016. They have mistakenly sent me the wrong item, and despite agreeing to a refund, they have not refunded me yet. Initially, the item was late but arrived after I opened a case. Upon receiving it, I discovered it was the incorrect color. Since I made the purchase as a guest and already have an existing account, I couldn't use my email to address the issue. After opening another case with the seller, they agreed to refund the item's cost and the return postage, which I have sent back. However, I am now unable to reach the seller through the original communication method. After accessing my account and messaging the seller with past details, they claim not to have received any previous messages and are withholding my refund of £9.89 for the item and £1.97 for the return postage. Due to difficulties in contacting them through the usual means, I find myself in a challenging situation as the seller has both the trousers and my money.

I want to report my experience with an eBay seller called Lovedose_0 regarding the purchase of a Smok S-Priv Kit. I placed the order on June 1st with an estimated delivery of June 4th-5th. After trying to track the item with the provided courier and tracking number 11015A5BA56, the Royal Mail has no record of it. The seller claimed proof of delivery but has not provided it despite my requests. I have also asked for a refund, which has been ignored. This situation seems fraudulent, as other buyers have reported similar issues. I am seeking a refund of £42.99 via PayPal. The seller's suggestion to check with neighbors or the letterbox is not applicable since no delivery note was left.
