Hi I have received an email from eBay resolutions centre in regard for the item * ********** I sold and decision it’s been made to refund the buyer which I’m not happy at all , I have send him very good working item and after one week he’s making excuses of faulty item which is not true and he said he a trade buyer so he should have tested the item straight away and I didn’t put an option for return which clearly shows that , so how Ebay expect me to accept an faulty item from a trade buyer*seller how to be sure that’s my original item?! As I don’t know if he changed or damage the item after receiving it, it’s not fair and it’s my children games and if you check my Ebay you will see I bought other games for my children. I’m not happy with this decision and that person should have checked the game as he got it and I would have been more than happy to refund him but not after that time been with him. I’m not in uk now I will back home on ********** and I will contact customer service on my return.
