However, I have not sent a receipt of posting the item to eBay since this requirement was written in a bit confusing way and I did not know I should have had done this. Then Ebay automatically closed the claim and I have never received a reimbursement of £**.** even despite sending a seller a proper notice. I need to contact eBay to find out if and how I can get my money back.
