I placed an order with a total of €[redacted] including postage on January 26th from Seller mediacharo in Spain. The order number is [redacted]82. Unfortunately, the Seller canceled the order the next day, presumably because of a size issue. However, I have not received the refund as it seems to have disappeared. I have checked my bank, Paypal, and Ebay accounts, but there is no record of the refund. Ebay seems confused about who canceled the order. The Seller is investigating the issue over the weekend. I have attempted to reach out to Ebay, but I have only been able to communicate with unhelpful automated responses. I am eagerly awaiting the completion of my refund.

I have two case numbers - [redacted] and [redacted]. I sent back items with delivery confirmation, but the seller has not refunded me. I had to involve eBay. The car stereo system from the second case is faulty, but the seller won't provide a return label. eBay had to step in again. Sellers should not be allowed to get away with this. I just want to return the car stereo and get a refund totaling £[redacted].99. Waiting so long for a resolution is frustrating.

Hello, I encountered an issue with a recent purchase from a seller and decided to return the item. I proceeded to request the return on eBay and received a return label via email. I printed the label, attached it to the box, and brought it to the nearest Royal Mail Post Office on the 5th of February. However, since then, I have not received any updates from Royal Mail regarding the parcel's whereabouts. The seller has contacted me, inquiring about the return, as they have not received it yet. When I contacted Royal Mail, they mentioned that the 'sender' should make the claims. There seems to be confusion, as technically, I am the sender, but Royal Mail personnel stated that the claimant should be the one paying for the postage, which in this case is the seller since they provided the return label. Despite explaining this to the seller, they insist that I should resolve the issue. I believe it is now necessary for eBay to intervene and assist in resolving this matter with the seller and Royal Mail. Your prompt attention to this matter is much appreciated. Thank you, H. Berona

I recently purchased an eBay item for 10.35 pounds and chose to collect it from Argos. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to leave the country for a few weeks. Upon returning, I discovered that Argos had sent the parcel back to the seller after 7-10 days, as per their policy. I expected a refund from the seller once they received the item back, however, they are refusing to do so. I am unable to open a case on eBay as the product still shows as ready for collection. I visited Argos and asked them to update their system to reflect that the parcel was returned, but they advised me to contact eBay instead. I am struggling to get my refund as the product status is not updated accurately. The item number is [redacted]42.

I purchased a keyboard sustain foot pedal from an eBay seller last November, and unfortunately, the first package got lost in the mail. Despite the seller promising a replacement that never arrived, I've attempted to request a refund about five or six times without success. eBay stated that my purchase isn't covered by their Money Back Guarantee. I've contacted the seller through eBay Customer Service, but they oddly provided me with the tracking number of the lost parcel from November [redacted] and now claim they will send a new pedal. It's been almost 4 months, I've already bought a replacement, and all I want now is my £8.50 refunded. The situation seems incredibly frustrating. Thank you. Item number: [redacted]68, Seller ID: boyoth

I would like to review my complete purchase history as it seems there are unauthorized transactions on my account. I need to address this issue promptly. I am concerned about Ebay's reputation and I have shared some legal concerns related to contract law differences between Scotland and England with the line manager. Despite being informed that Ebay is solely a selling platform, I believe it operates like a selling pyramid, but I won't delve into the complexities of the law here. I choose not to use Amazon due to my personal objections to their treatment of employees. As a loyal customer, I have always relied on Ebay, but recent selling changes have been disappointing. I urge you not to overlook this matter, as I may have to escalate my concerns publicly, affecting trust in Ebay.

I recently received a refund of £59.99, even though I was initially told I wasn't eligible. Thank you for sorting this out. However, I noticed that I was refunded twice. Please take back the extra £59.99 from my PayPal account. I'm giving you 30 days to address this issue. After the 30 days, the money legally belongs to me. I might consider extending the deadline, as you did for my initial refund, but I'll need a detailed explanation via email. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I purchased an item with ID [redacted]51 from eBay on 11/2/[redacted]. After receiving the item, I wanted to return it as it didn't meet my expectations (ID number [redacted]). I contacted eBay/seller regarding the return and received several emails offering me small amounts to keep the item, which I declined. I requested a full refund but have not heard back since 23/02/18. Additionally, my purchase history and return/cancellation details have disappeared from my eBay page, making it difficult to seek eBay resolution assistance. I would appreciate returning the item and receiving a prompt full refund. Thank you.

I purchased the Combo Van from Ebay seller Dunfree (item [redacted]26) with cash on collection. After finding undisclosed issues with the van such as the reverse sensor and alarm not working, and falsified service history, I requested a refund following the seller's original 30-day return policy. The seller agreed to cancel the sale, but did not collect the vehicle as promised, and has been unresponsive to my attempts to contact him. I have involved Trading Standards in this matter. I have also notified Ebay that the item was paid for in full (£[redacted]) via direct bank transfer, despite their records still showing it as unpaid. For the seriousness of this situation, I urge Ebay to reach out to me regarding the unresolved transaction. Nigel S.

eBay keeps pushing me to lower my prices and accept lower offers on my handknitted woollen hats. However, as a seasonal seller, I sell less in the Spring and Summer, and my hats are already priced reasonably. If I decrease the prices further, it will impact my profits. Please refrain from pressuring me to discount, or I may consider moving my listings to Etsy until the next winter season. I value the five years I have spent selling on eBay and would prefer not to take this step. Sincerely, Helen.

I recently received a dress that I ordered from what I believed was a UK address, but unfortunately, it arrived with a hole in it and does not match the size I expected. Additionally, there is a poorly placed zipper that renders the dress unwearable. I contacted the seller, sent photos, and explained the issues, requesting a full refund including return shipping. After multiple exchanges with someone whose writing suggests they are not a native English speaker, I have only been offered £3 or a partial refund. The dress cost £19.52, and these offers are unacceptable given the circumstances. Despite my insistence on returning the faulty item and receiving a full refund, the seller is not cooperating and keeps offering inadequate solutions. They claim only their manager can issue the refund, but attempts to contact the manager have been ignored. I have saved all communication and photos as evidence. At this point, I am frustrated with the seller's unhelpful responses and requests to handle this situation. I paid for the item through PayPal and can be reached at [redacted]

I have encountered an issue with an item I received back in October [redacted]. After contacting the seller several times, they agreed to send a replacement, yet I have not received it as of March 13, [redacted]. Despite my recent attempts to reach out, my messages seem to have been ignored. Can anyone offer assistance based on the following message exchange with the seller? Seller: greatshopsaving To: kmars0 Sent: 20-Feb-19 Message: Apologies for the delay in your parcel due to customs. Can you please wait another 9-13 days? Seller: greatshopsaving Message: A new parcel has been arranged for you. Hoping for a safe delivery soon. Seller: greatshopsaving Message: May I resend the item to the same address in the UK? Seller: greatshopsaving Message: Considering sending a new item from Hong Kong. Is that acceptable? I received the initial item in November with slight damage. Despite it reading 12v, it appears to be faulty causing noise interference. Can you assist me with a warranty claim on this matter?

I recently purchased item No. [redacted]76, but unfortunately, when it arrived, it was missing the springs and fittings needed. Despite contacting the seller, I had to use the old parts for my car's MOT as they were slow to respond. The seller later admitted the missing pieces were not part of the listing and made changes to the description and photo. They offered a £5.00 credit with the code CSAD-[redacted]TR, but it didn't work when I tried to redeem it. I just want the £5.00 refunded to my PayPal account instead of a non-functional discount code. The seller keeps changing their stance about the voucher's usability on eBay or their website whenever I reach out for clarification. This post is my only means of reaching out for assistance regarding this unresolved issue.

I have been unfairly suspended from eBay. Some time ago, my account was apparently used to scam a buyer by listing and selling five cameras. However, I never received any payment from the sales. Despite changing my password and expecting an investigation to clear my name, I am still suspended. Tonight, when I tried to make a purchase on eBay, I was surprised to find that my account remains suspended. I am willing to provide bank statements from the period in question to prove my innocence. I have used the username Smiler Cuthbertson (4806metres) for around twenty years on eBay, although I have since changed the password from "receiver." I hope to hear back soon regarding this matter.

I have two items in my basket, including an M&S Embellished Cushion in Soft Green, brand new. However, when I try to pay, it won't allow shipping to Andalucia, Spain, where I reside and typically receive my purchases. The seller is unable to resolve this issue and suggested I reach out to you for assistance. Please help me with this promptly. Thanks, Monty.

I wanted to update you on the outcome of the appeal you raised regarding the item you purchased from eBay seller 'onlinebull1'. Despite what the customer service representative mentioned previously, I can confirm that the 'Galvanised Chicken Wire Netting...' was delivered on 5th March, even though it arrived on 9th March. I acknowledge that the delivery was late and not as expected. Rest assured, you are covered by eBay's money-back guarantee, and you are eligible to return the item for a refund. To proceed with the return, I recommend opening a return case using the following link. I understand your frustration with the situation, and I apologize for any confusion caused by the information provided by the previous agent. eBay strives to provide excellent customer service, and I hope we can resolve this matter satisfactorily for you.

I encountered a scam while selling an item on eBay. The item was paid for, but the bidder asked me to send it to a different address, which I did. The purchase was made on March 25, [redacted], with 3-5 day postage. Less than 24 hours later, the bidder filed a dispute for non-delivery, which seems suspicious. It appears to be a scam with either one person using multiple accounts or two people colluding. PayPal now claims I need to refund the payment. I haven't shipped the item yet, it's still at the myHermes drop-off point. I'm willing to cancel the delivery and refund the scammers once the item is returned. Thank you, Adrian.

I listed my campervan on eBay for sale 2 days ago. It has only started functioning properly now, so I feel like I've missed out on 2 days of the 10-day listing. When I filled out the selling form, I encountered an issue where it wouldn't accept the numbers I entered, such as the mileage and horsepower, labeling them as invalid. As a result, I had to leave them out, which means potential buyers can't see these details quickly. Could someone please explain how I can go back and edit the listing to fix this problem? I'm disappointed that I'm not getting the service I paid for and would appreciate any assistance.

I recently received an email from eBay's resolution center regarding item # [redacted], which I sold. The decision has been made to issue a refund to the buyer. I am dissatisfied with this as I believe I provided the buyer with a fully functional item. The buyer, who claims to be a trade buyer, has reported the item as faulty after a week of receiving it. I did not offer a return option and am concerned that the buyer may have tampered with the item. I have a history of purchasing games for my children on eBay, and this situation is unfair to me. I am currently away from the UK and plan to contact customer service upon my return on April 20, [redacted].
