I'm experiencing issues with my CSR2 game. Despite contacting support for over two weeks and sending screenshots and videos, my game continues to crash. I have updated to the latest versions, have a new modem and router, and enough storage on my iPhone 6. I have a strong Wi-Fi connection, but the game crashes within 10-20 seconds of starting. This problem began before the first American Road trip event, preventing me from participating in various in-game activities. I am missing out on cars, prizes, and other rewards, jeopardizing my position in my crew. I am reaching out for assistance with ID [redacted]4. Thank you, Lyndon Garvoda.

I bought a credit bundle for **,***,***,*** coins on August *, ****. After restarting my Kindle, the coins I purchased didn't show up in the game. Despite contacting Amazon, Synchrony, and other support teams, my issue wasn't resolved. The lack of communication between representatives led to frustration and stress as each department seemed to pass the problem along. Zynga mentioned they would investigate but haven't followed up. I did receive a letter from Synchrony, adding to my frustration. I paid $***.** for the bundle and now request a refund.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with your App on my iPad. My current operating system is iOS 13.6.1, and I have App version 15.10.3, both believed to be up to date as of 8.24.[redacted]. I bought my iPad in July [redacted], and my friend, who also faces issues, has iOS 13.6.1 and Word 15.10.3 on an iPad purchased in [redacted]. We have played together for four years without issue until the past six months. Despite following your previous suggestions, such as uninstalling, reinstalling, performing hard shutdowns, restarts, and cache clears, the problems persist. Here are the ongoing issues I encounter with one specific player: 1. The game fluctuates between "Your Move" and "Their Move" upon opening the App. 2. Sometimes words are played in-game without any notification. 3. The number of rewards boxes has decreased from several to one. 4. The game occasionally freezes, despite attempts to resolve it with cache clears. 5. Playing on another device is not a viable solution for me. As these problems have emerged relatively recently, it appears that a recent upgrade may have introduced a bug. I recommend escalating these persistent issues to management for review and resolution. - Linda W

I have been trying to reach Crosswords with Friends (CWF) support from Australia for the past few days without much success. I used to play as Hibiscuspool but lost progress when I changed phones and reconnected to a new Facebook account. Support partially restored my Hibiscuspool account with some puzzles solved and progress intact. However, after linking to a new Facebook account, I lost all progress again. I've been trying to explain this to the support team, but they keep giving generic responses and not addressing the core issue of restoring my old account. I provided some ID numbers in my messages, hoping it would help, but the responses are not addressing the specific problem. I would like to reconnect with my old progress and friends on CWF as Hibiscuspool, as well as transfer the account to my current Facebook account. Any assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

I was farming on Facebook on my farm when I got hacked and scammed. I left my farm for a while, and when I tried to sign back in, it wouldn't recognize my email or phone number. I thought creating a new account would give me access to my old Facebook and farms, but that didn't work. I believe I had the classic Farmville. I've been farming for about 17 years, and about five years ago, I was diagnosed with COPD, so farming helps calm me. I'm wondering if deleting my second Facebook account would allow me to regain access to my original Farmville account with all my friends and family on it. I have every farm that was released on Farmville, and I really don't want to lose them. My user ID is [redacted][redacted]. My second farm has the same email as the first one, and I'm concerned that deleting the second farm might also delete my first one.

I encountered an issue while playing CSR2 Racing. After purchasing upgrades for a car and locking it in for a special event, I logged out only to find that the locked car had been changed to one without the upgrades upon logging back in. I contacted their support regarding this, but they claimed they were unable to alter a locked car. I emphasized that someone had tampered with it, rendering my purchases useless as I couldn't utilize them. Furthermore, I discovered unauthorized charges on my debit card dated from 08/24/[redacted] to 09/14/[redacted] billed by Natural Motion. None of these transactions were authorized by me and I need them refunded promptly. If necessary, I am willing to have my CSR2 Racing account canceled due to these unauthorized charges, as I neither made these purchases nor gave permission for anyone else to do so.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Farmville account with player number [redacted]4 for over two weeks. Despite following instructions online and seeking help from Apple, the issue persists. Upon login, progress halts at 22% on the second bar. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps to no avail. I am eager to resume playing as I have missed out on recent updates. I've been experiencing issues with Words with Friends 2 on my iPhone 10R lately. I receive notifications that my opponent has played their move and left me a chat message, but when I open the app, the move doesn't show up, and the chat is either missing messages or entirely gone. I've attempted to fix this by deleting and re-installing the app, but then I couldn't log in for days due to an error message. I've also tried restarting my phone, ensuring all other apps are closed, and checking for iOS updates. While re-downloading the app initially seemed to help, the problem has now resurfaced. I recently bought 55 Mega Inspiration power-ups on Boggle with Friends for $19.99, but only received 53. Later, I earned 10 more during gameplay, making it 63 in total. However, I have noticed a recurring issue where my power-ups decrease after playing a tournament game, even though I haven't used any. After receiving only 53 of the purchased power-ups, I deliberately refrained from using any to highlight the discrepancy. Despite this, my current count stands at 47. I am concerned about the disappearing power-ups and have sought assistance through the Boggle chat support, but haven't received a response within the promised 24-hour timeframe. I urge Zynga to address this situation promptly. I have been a loyal customer since [redacted] and deserve to receive what I paid for without additional inconvenience. On November 1, [redacted], the Hit it Rich online slot game experienced an issue with the Weekly Race feature. The Weekly Race ended at 5 PM PST, causing some players, including myself, to move up a level. However, at 6 PM PST, the Weekly Race reappeared, and players were unexpectedly demoted a level, resulting in lost coins. Despite contacting Support, the resolution timeframe provided is up to 24 hours. This recurrence of errors, impacting players' rewards, is unacceptable. Customer Support Supervisor Joyce N's response of acknowledging the issue and promising improvements is inadequate. This marks the second instance within a month where players have faced incompetence affecting their game experience. While playing Farmville Country Escape, I recently completed a trailer and added my second swan. After unlocking a new area for clean-up, the game abruptly redirected me back to my farm office to demonstrate how to rent a trailer. Unfortunately, the tutorial got stuck and I had to force close the app and restart it. Upon restarting, the game kept steering me back to the office and Zoe was in the middle of explaining how to get upgrade parts for renting a trailer. However, I had already used the parts I earned, which seemed to confuse the game. Now, even though Zoe is supposed to provide me with upgrade parts, the game is stuck at this point. I am unable to progress further in the game due to this issue.

Hello, I am encountering a card drawing issue in the HARRY POTTER PUZZLES & SPELLS game. My player ID is [redacted]8 and my email is [redacted] At level [redacted], I have drawn cards 84 times, and I should have received [redacted] cards in total. However, I have only obtained 47 unique cards. Despite checking all my albums, I found that I have received only 44 different cards out of the [redacted] drawn cards. I reached out to other players in the team chat, and many shared that they are also not getting new cards. Initially, I was interested in collecting cards for potential rewards, but after multiple instances of receiving duplicates, I have lost interest in the feature. The repetitiveness of cards like HONEYDUKES, PUMPKIN PASTIES, or RUBEUS HAGRID has made the card drawing seem like a futile task. I continue to play the game, but the lack of new cards makes the card feature seem unproductive. The issue could be that some cards are harder to obtain than others, or there might be an error in the drawing algorithm. Best regards, Federico Kereki

I have been an avid player of Zynga Poker since [redacted]. Unfortunately, last month I fell victim to hacking on my Gmail, Facebook, PayPal, and bank accounts while playing in various countries. These countries include Italy, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Germany, Poland, and Switzerland, where I used to play under the Facebook address [redacted] Due to the hacking incident, I lost access to that account. I then created a new Zynga account, but after a few business trips, my account (Zynga ID: [redacted]3) got suspended. Despite having over 1 trillion chips, I was informed by other players that my VIP points were insufficient. I kindly ask for assistance in resolving this matter and restoring my account. Thank you.

My wife, Velma, recently purchased a new Samsung android tablet because her previous one was unable to download a necessary update due to being outdated. She has credits totaling 1,[redacted],[redacted],[redacted],[redacted] on the old tablet, with all games accessible. She made credit purchases on April 16, [redacted], and March 22, [redacted], for $[redacted].99 each, and today she purchased credits for $[redacted].39 for the new tablet. On her old tablet, she had reached level [redacted]. I've managed to open all games on her new tablet and reach level [redacted] by accessing the game through Facebook. I would appreciate assistance in transferring her credits from the old tablet to the new one or finding a way to bypass the update on the old tablet so she can continue using her credits. There seems to be an influx of scammers on WWF. They create new accounts with low game scores and immediately try to chat without playing. It would be helpful to have access to the profile of new challengers to check their stats before accepting a game. For instance, being able to view their start date, average score, and highest score could help players avoid scammers. Right now, I'm avoiding all new challengers due to encountering suspicious behavior. If there is already a feature for this that I'm unaware of, please inform me. If not, myself and other WWF players would appreciate a solution to this problem.

I seem to have two accounts on Words with Friends. One I hardly use, while the other, which I love playing on daily, has many contacts and coins. Recently, I received free coins for logging in with Facebook, which redirected me to the unused account. I want to regain access to my original account, which has the username "mtpack" and was set up using an old work email address that I no longer have access to. I am unsure which email it is. I am having trouble accessing my game page on Zynga. I have contacted support multiple times, sent screenshots, and provided requested information to their technical team. The latest response I received mentioned that my submission was blank and that my mailbox is no longer available. The last communication was from Dana regarding reference number [redacted]9. My friends are informing me that my page shows I am offline, and when I opened a new page, they are unable to play with me. This is frustrating because I had over 1.5 billion chips. I used sand dollars to buy the Spring Sheep Pin, but it's not working. However, my Make It Rain Pin is functioning fine. I got them both simultaneously, and, yes, I activated them. My animal park is missing, and I'm at level 82. The player support in the game settings isn't functioning either. I attempted to use Task Manager to shut it down, but it didn't work. Yes, I even restarted my PC, and still, nothing has changed. I am connected to Facebook in the game. My player ID is [redacted]4. I would like my items to be restored.
