I continue to have these problems with your App on my iPad. The operating system is iOS **.*.* and the App version is **.**.* (both I believe are the most current as of *.**.****). My iPad was purchased July ****. (My friend also has iOS **.*.* and Word **.**.* and purchased iPad in ****.). We have played for * years with no problems until the last * months. We have played for * years with no problems until the last * months. **I have uninstalled, reinstalled, done a hard shut down and restart, and cleared cache as you have suggested in the past. Those “solutions” have had no success in any long-term fix. **Below are the problems I have been experiencing for the last several months. I play with three different people but only have these issues with one player. ****. When I open the App, the game of the player who is experiencing similar problems, will flash between “Your Move” and “Their Move”. Sometimes it will settle in Your Move and other times it will stay in Their Move even though they have played, ****. Many times, the current game will be in Their Move but when I check it, it will show a word has been played. No notice given or indication that a play has been made. ****. After this last reinstall, I noticed the “number of rewards boxes” is only one. Before that, there were several reward boxes that would appear, even if I only had one reward to claim. (Not a big deal in the scheme of things but a change.)****. Game freezes during play. Your solution to clear cache will work for a short time. But I have started making sure the cache is empty before opening the game and it will still freeze on occasion. ****. Your suggestion to play on another device is not a feasible option for me. **Since these issues have not always occurred, it would seem to me that an upgrade has a bug. Why can’t these problems be fixed? Perhaps it is time to kick this upstairs to management for review and response. **Linda W
