Recently, it seems there may have been a misunderstanding or someone mistakenly reported me, as I have always played fairly without breaking any rules. I kindly request for my account access to be reinstated so I can continue enjoying the game that I have loved for so many years. Please review my gameplay history as it will show that I have always played legitimately and have even made purchases to enhance my gaming experience. Good afternoon, I have been penalized. I do not understand English. I received 2 messages reducing my chips to [redacted],[redacted] and another to 17 trillion. I had [redacted] trillion in my account. This seems abusive from your end. I demand a full replacement of my chips. If you are so international, messages should be sent in each individual's language for better understanding. Without knowing what I'm reading, I accepted the penalty as I couldn't contact you through the message. I had to accept to enter the game to see if it was true and to get in touch through the game itself. ID Zynga: [redacted]5 This is the 2nd penalty in 4 days without doing anything wrong. Now my account is left with 1 million chips. I will not accept this penalty. I demand my chips, my account, and my dignity to be restored. I will take legal action if necessary. On June 7, [redacted], my tier 5 BAC Mono was sold by CSR2 without my permission following a system update. I have owned this car for two years and invested a lot of time building it up. When I reached out to Zynga's tech support, I felt dismissed by Waldo M. who implied that I should have been more careful not to sell my cars. This response has left me extremely frustrated and ready to take action. I was later informed that they could provide another BAC Mono for my garage, but this would not restore all the fusion parts, level 6 fusion parts, or reimburse the money spent on them. Despite my attempts to address this issue, my car and components remain unrecovered, and I have been met with silence. I am seeking a resolution and would appreciate a direct phone line to discuss this matter and Waldo M. Thank you.

Hello Zynga, my name is Kirk. I have an account in Donny Titans as part of the Eden Rising group. A member from our group got banned for discussing a bug in the game system, not for hacking. Although I understand your zero-tolerance policy on hacking, I can vouch that he hasn't hacked while playing. I have noticed other accounts suddenly advancing through the game, indicating cheating. I am reaching out on his behalf as he is a valuable team member, and we would appreciate getting him reinstated. He didn't actually hack, just mentioned the existing issue, which I have also come across on various platforms promoting hacking. I hope you consider the circumstances and reinstate his account. I am experiencing an issue with Tropical Escape game. For the past 4 or 5 days, I have been trying to progress past the race game but it seems frozen. I am unable to locate the gear icon to report the problem within the game. Every time I load the game, it goes directly to the race garage where the cars stop at the bottom of their ramps. I have attempted troubleshooting, uninstalling, reinstalling, and updating, but the problem persists across all my devices. This situation is frustrating, and I have not received any response or support to address it. I am eager for a resolution to this ongoing issue.

For the past four days, I have been unable to load, play, or access a specific video on Zynga Online Poker. Every time I try, I receive an error message saying "Video Failed to Load." Despite sending numerous reports to Benjie L. and others, the issue persists. While other videos play without a problem, this particular one keeps popping up, preventing me from accessing anything else. I have followed the links they provided to troubleshoot the problem, including sending a screenshot or video of the error, but I am still stuck with this ongoing issue. It's frustrating that after four days, there has been no resolution, and it feels like they are not prioritizing their loyal players' concerns.

Hi, my name is Stanley and my Zynga ID is [redacted]3. I had a balance of 11T in my account in the evening that I won on the table. The player lost 5T which caused a dispute where they resorted to using offensive language and reported me. Despite my report against them, my account got suspended, and all my chips were taken away. I have been playing for a long time and invested in purchasing chips to reach the Ruby Tier. I request a thorough investigation before penalizing me based on false reports made by players retaliating after losing. Hello Zynga Support Team, I believe there might have been an error with the restrictions placed on my account, limiting me to lower stakes tables only. I have deliberately kept my account free of Facebook friends and Zynga Poker buddies to avoid any chip transfers or cheating. While I have reported players engaging in such activities, I have never participated in them myself. I have been a dedicated player for over a decade and would like the opportunity to access higher stake tables like 50B, 100B, 1T, and 2T for a more engaging experience, especially during the current pandemic situation. I am unsure why my account was flagged for suspicious activity, as I have always played honestly and fair. Cheating goes against my principles, especially in a game setting. While playing poker last night, I encountered two individuals who made disturbing threats towards me and my son, who is in the army and featured in my poker profile picture. I am deeply concerned about our safety. I was unable to capture the full conversation but managed to screenshot the end. They asked for my address multiple times, and I fear for our well-being. I need advice on whether I should involve the authorities as they made serious threats. Despite their use of avatars, they found me on Facebook and identified my town. Hello, I kindly request the suspension on my account to be removed. I've been an avid user of Zynga Poker and various other games on the platform. Two days ago, while enjoying a leisurely game, a group of players disrupted the peace by engaging in disruptive behavior like "bingo type playing." They proceeded to insult me with ageist remarks like "old lady" and made threats, even mentioning knowing my location and harm. Despite my attempts to peacefully resolve the situation, they persisted. After a brief comment from me, they mysteriously vanished. Upon returning to play, I discovered my account had been suspended. Over the 14 years I've played Zynga Poker, I've earned over 12,[redacted],[redacted].00 chips, purchased items using real money, and cherished the friendships I've developed worldwide. I humbly request the reinstatement of my account and for appropriate action to be taken against the troublemakers. Playing poker brings me joy, especially at 68 years old. I have enjoyed playing Spades Plus and other games by Zynga for many years. Unfortunately, this is the third time in two weeks that I have been chat banned. The first two times I waited it out, but this time is unacceptable. I have been unfairly chat banned without any valid reason. I have not used any inappropriate language, I did not cheat, and I have always played fairly. It is frustrating to receive this ban while observing others make inappropriate comments without consequences. I kindly request for this unjust ban to be lifted immediately. I bought the "Barn" with over 2,[redacted] favors, and it's not working as expected. The items received after using the rake are minimal, considering what was paid. Waiting for the second child has been prolonged, and enlarging my property at level [redacted] seems impossible. Special event items like the dolphin and bird don't interest me, and I wish there was a way to remove them from the farm. I enjoy features like airplanes and co-op orders but struggle with a pop-up that won't close. Having maxed out coins and needing to buy unwanted items is frustrating. More decorations in the Market would be appreciated. My Facebook and Zynga IDs are provided for assistance. Recently, I purchased 50 billion tokens but had an unfortunate glitch that caused me to lose a significant amount of them due to an unexpected increase in my bet amount. This mistake occurred after completing a challenge and when the game refreshed, my bet was set at 5 billion tokens per spin without my knowledge. Hello, my Zynga Poker account has been banned. I have not violated the terms of use. I cannot access my account anymore. I am honestly upset because I have had this account for a long time. Once, my tables were blocked, then my lobby chat didn't work for a long time. My watch collection also did not work, and now I am banned. It's starting to become less fun, and I don't want to open a new account because I have friends there whom I don't even have on Facebook. I was far along in the game with my chips and level, and now starting over is something I do not want. Please, could you unlock my account? I enjoy playing Game of Thrones slots and have made purchases in the past. Unfortunately, I am having trouble reaching customer support through the website on my phone. The game is getting stuck at the beginning after loading. I have reviewed the game's FAQ and followed all the technical support steps suggested, but the issue persists.
