Hello, I am experiencing a similar issue after playing CSR2 yesterday. When I tried to resume playing later, the game started from the beginning. I selected my cloud save, but the screen went black and the game crashed. Upon restarting, my saved game was gone, and only a new one was available. I have my ID this time, and maybe having a backup could help restore the game progress. I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you, Alexander Ruetz

Dear all, I am reaching out on behalf of my brother, Emir Civic, whose account was recently hacked. The hacker used our father’s Mastercard linked to the account to make purchases in your game. This incident has caused a significant loss for our family as we are struggling financially and do not make online purchases. This unauthorized activity took place over the past two months. It is imperative that you refund the money that was mistakenly charged to our account. Failure to address this matter promptly will leave us no choice but to pursue legal action. I have tried to communicate the best I can, but sometimes I struggle to understand everything in written form. I believe a phone call would be more effective. Please contact me at [redacted]. Email communication is difficult for me, and a phone conversation would be much quicker and more successful in resolving the issue with Zynga Games. I do not want a subscription, I do not intend to travel to Madagascar. I have attempted to go simply to prevent the Madagascar pop-up from appearing and the option to travel to other farms is not working properly. The system repeatedly prompts me to sign up for a membership, which I do not want. Now there is a wandering deer which is frustrating. I have been playing this game since its inception and I am now considering quitting because the constant annoying pop-ups disrupt my gameplay. Please stop the pop-ups. I only play on one farm and do not wish to travel to others. Stop the excessive marketing and sales pop-ups on my farm. Thank you.

I have been playing Spades Plus for over 5 years and have a group of friends I enjoy playing with. Lately, there have been issues with players getting banned from chat without explanation or a chance to defend themselves. This happened to a friend who was suddenly banned for 10 days while we were playing, with no inappropriate chat involved. Another friend was banned for 10 days as well, all without clear reasons or a fair process. It's frustrating that in a time when online games are a way to stay connected during social distancing, Zynga's actions feel unfair and punitive. Perhaps there's a misunderstanding due to language barriers among those monitoring chats. Regardless, Zynga should treat its customers with more respect and offer a chance for explanation or appeal. I am willing to discuss this matter with Zynga going forward. Everyone deserves to be heard, especially in a country where freedom of speech is valued.

Recently, my phone stopped working, and I discovered that due to some changes made by Cricket shortly before, my game Farmville Country Escape II was not backed up. I had been playing this game for over 4 years, making a lot of progress and spending a significant amount of money on it. I hope I can have it recovered and restored again. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Frances Ellen Louise Ketchell, and I am urgently seeking assistance to have my Facebook account reinstated on Zynga Poker Texas Holdem. My account has been banned since 20/12/[redacted], and despite reaching out to Zynga Customer Support since that date, I have not received any helpful responses. I have been an avid player of this game for 10 years, and it is disheartening that my messages have been consistently ignored. During this challenging time of COVID-19 lockdowns, playing Zynga Poker was my source of entertainment, and now I am left without any other alternatives on Facebook. In Words with Friends, there have been frequent ads appearing during my games, affecting my experience. While playing Gin Rummy to collect diamonds, I encountered difficulties. During a game in Spades Plus, a player used inappropriate language in the chat. My Zynga Poker account was suspended during a game with my husband in Gin Rummy. I request AirGenie ads be removed. I'm facing issues connecting my Facebook account to Zynga. A while back, I became a VIP in Farmville 2 after installation for a limited time, but the status was removed prematurely. My Zynga Poker account is suspended, and I need assistance in reopening it after playing for 12 years. Recently, I reported a player concern, and as a result, I got kicked out unexpectedly. I need help transferring my CSR2 account to a new Google account with a new player ID. I followed instructions to start a new account with a new ID, but it has been five days since I provided my old and new player IDs, and I have not received any response. I have tried contacting in-game support and website support multiple times without any luck. I have been banned from the platform, but I believe it was unjustified as I did not engage in any inappropriate behavior. I am requesting evidence to support the ban. I suspect that a player I encountered may have falsely reported me out of spite for losing. I specifically recall a user named Kaci who I played against and did not engage with after they insulted me. I am disappointed in the lack of transparency in the banning process by Zynga.
