Today, I uninstalled Farmville because I couldn't see the new update. However, when I tried to reinstall the game, my account progress was gone. My Farmville account name is "Chloebeth". I was playing as a guest and did not link my account to Facebook or Google Play. I would appreciate assistance in retrieving my account so I can continue playing. It would be helpful to get my account number for Farmville to input and restore my progress.

In FarmVille 2: Country Escapes, I selected the 10 Surprise Boots quest, but despite making 4 boots, they are not being counted. It's crucial for the quest to track my progress as I aim to complete all 12 tasks for a special bonus. This issue seems to be affecting other players as well. I contacted customer support about an issue in Spades Plus, but it was not resolved. They mentioned that there is no official "ban" on my account, but another player has effectively "banned" me just because I won against them. The support team claimed that when a player "blocks" someone, they shouldn't be able to play together, but I personally experienced playing with people I had blocked before. I believe this player is misusing their power to unfairly restrict me from their table. This is the only table I am restricted from despite being a regular spender in the game. I feel this situation is unjust and does not align with good customer service practices. It's quite disappointing.

On December 13, [redacted], around 12:30 pm EST, I was playing for the Princess Bonus in Siege of Meereen (Game of Thrones). The bonus had reached approximately 2,[redacted] billion, a significant amount for the game. I managed to hit the Princess Bonus at this amount but did not receive the payout. Unfortunately, I was unable to capture a screenshot of the moment. My ZID # is [redacted]7, and I go by the player name Lisa Cooper. I attempted to address this issue through regular support channels due to a previous payment problem in the house without success. I really enjoy the game and would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved promptly.

I've encountered an issue where my bonus feature is not working properly on my iPad. Two days ago, I noticed the problem when pressing the bonus button led to no response. Some functions work intermittently, affecting my ability to open games consistently. Additionally, I couldn't locate the help button in the corner of the screen. I attempted rebooting the iPad, which briefly resolved the problem, enabling me to play a game. However, upon returning to the game later, the issue persisted, depriving me of accessing both bonuses and games that I cherish.

Hello, Ever since the Hit It Rich power-up collection began, I have not been receiving the power-ups associated with it. Despite reaching out to Zynga support four times about this issue, it remains unresolved. I have attempted various solutions to no avail. Please address this problem promptly to ensure I can benefit from the power-up collection like other slot players. I have been a long-time player, and it would be greatly appreciated if you could rectify this. Reviewing my games will reveal the feature is not functioning correctly. I've been playing Zynga Texas Hold'em for roughly 10 years and have always enjoyed it. Lately, I've been experiencing a significant decrease in my chips from 2.6 billion to 1.3 billion in just 7 to 8 days. While I understand that luck can fluctuate in games, the consistent losing hands I've been dealt raise some doubts. I asked about a green dot on profiles, which supposedly indicates an online player, but when I tested it by asking others to log on, the dot didn't appear. I shared this with some players, and they agree it may be a flagging system. This situation seems unfair, especially since the game's algorithm could potentially be manipulated. Thank you.

I have been playing Words with Friends 2 since May [redacted]. Around 11/17, I uninstalled the game due to some issues. I'm experiencing an issue with Farmville 2: Country Escape where I am stuck during the tutorial when trying to water a plant. I reinstalled the game and got back to the same spot. I reported a player for using racist language toward me, and received a response. However, upon trying to log back into Zynga, I discovered that my account has been suspended. I am seeking clarification on the reason for this suspension. My Identification number is [redacted]1. This is the second time in a few days that my account has been wrongly suspended, and I find this situation unacceptable. The only recent activity on my account was changing passwords due to a hacking incident. All the chips I had were legitimately acquired through Zynga Poker. I purchased some LEGO sets from Trending Deals through your website on December 6, [redacted], intending them as Christmas gifts for my grandchildren. However, I was surprised to discover that the items were coming from Shenyang, China via USPS. Unfortunately, the package has not arrived yet. Could you please provide an estimate of how long it typically takes for items to be delivered from China? I've been playing Zynga Poker for a while now. I have reached out with three questions multiple times, but after providing the requested information, I keep getting responses saying it hasn't been received, and the conversations are closed. When attempting to call for assistance, I encounter a lot of back and forth. My first inquiry is about players receiving multiple flushes in a short number of hands. Second, I am curious how a player managed to get four straights in just five hands if the card distribution is truly random as claimed. Lastly, I am puzzled about how a player won more of the pot with a straight when I had a flush.

I have been playing Words with Friends for years and noticed an ad featuring two young women in colorful boots. Intrigued after multiple views, I ordered a red and brown pair. Disappointed to find out they were shipped from China to Kentucky, the thin shoes didn't fit or hold up to rain as claimed. Requesting a refund to my PayPal and a return label, the company suggested I gift them. I seek a $29.95 refund per pair for the unworn shoes. I urge Zynga to monitor ads for potential fraud as these Chinese standards may not align with American business standards.

After playing the Floopy Flight game and successfully healing all the land to earn rewards during the event, I usually find the rewards in my camp afterward. However, this time after the event ended, I didn't receive any of the event rewards in my camp despite checking multiple times. I am a Words with Friends player and I would like to suggest some improvements to the game. Firstly, expanding the dictionary would make the game more interesting. Secondly, ads should only have a two-second waiting time, not two minutes. Additionally, it would be helpful if there was an easier way to fix stuck games. There are also issues with video ads not functioning properly, causing players to wait until they time out. Lastly, during Lightning Rounds, reducing the flashy elements could enhance our chances of winning. I currently have a game that is stuck and I am unable to abandon it, which has been frustrating me for months.

I am currently playing Farmville Country Escape with the player number [redacted]. I am experiencing an issue with the boat race within the app. Several times, while I am trying to complete a task, the boat race abruptly ends, then resumes where it left off, but the task disappears, requiring me to select a new one. I have spent keys and coins on these tasks only to lose them due to this problem occurring multiple times. I am currently on task number 16 when I should have advanced to the bonus round after completing 12 tasks, but the bonus round is not activating, and the game continues to have me complete tasks instead. I was banned from the game without any warning. I've been a loyal player for over a decade and have spent a significant amount of money on chips over the years. Another player was extremely rude to me, and I reacted in response. I feel like the situation could have been handled more fairly. Waking up to this ban was very disappointing. I've been working hard to advance to the next league and finally reached that goal with only a few hours left, only to find myself locked out. It was truly heartbreaking for me.

I am experiencing an issue with my game where it keeps resetting to an old game instead of the progress I have been making. I did not have it logged into any account and even deleted it from iCloud and Game Center, but it still reverts to the previous data. Normally, this occurs around level 11 or 12 when prompted about uploading to iCloud, but it happened later this time. I want to start over fresh, but the old data keeps reappearing. I love playing Farmville 2 Country Escape on my iPhone XR, and even reached level 12 with only 50 purple stars left to get to level 13. I contacted Apple for assistance, but the issue persists. How can I remove the old data and prevent it from resetting?
