I've been a loyal CSR* player for over * years now & when I updated to version *.*.* it said I was banned. Support has been useless, offering no help whatsoever. They tell me I hacked RP, then they can't disclose the reason for the ban, then accuse me of hacking currency & in game items. I don't know how to hack! I have proof showing different IP addresses from various cities logging into my account when I've been home, including the day I was banned! I'm innocent in all this & want to be cleared & have the ban lifted on my account. From what I understand there are managers who will email customers with help, I'd like to speak with a manager via the same means. If I must use the call a representative feature then please leave a message & call back number due to my job. I appreciate any help I can get concerning this whole situation
