I downloaded Farmville 2 Country Escape on my Surface Pro, played several levels, and was prompted to log in with Facebook to earn 25 keys. Upon doing so, the screen went blank and didn't recover. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, progressing to level 13 or 14. When I tried the Facebook login again, the screen froze once more. I don't want to restart as I've invested real money in the game. This issue has led me to restart five times now due to the glitch. My current ID is #[redacted]3. If possible, please restore my farm. I had an old farm saved in the cloud from years ago, but I don't have the ID since I uninstalled the game back then.

I recently had a problem with my account where my likes weren't transferred because I had a guest account. Although others lost their likes as well, the game has since restored them for everyone. Therefore, I kindly request to have my [redacted] likes returned as I've seen it being done for others. It may sound demanding, but as a customer, I would appreciate having my likes reinstated like others. Thank you for your help in resolving this matter promptly.

Hello, I am reaching out as I am currently experiencing issues with my CSR 2 account. After the recent server downtime, I noticed that my account information was inaccurate. Unfortunately, all my cars and fusion parts are missing, although my keys and cash balance seem correct. Notably, my gold coins show as 6k instead of the [redacted] I had. In my garages, I had specific cars including two f12 berlinettas, two bmw 235i, a viper gts, Ashleigh's camaro, a Honda civic tier 1, a golf gti mk1, and a bmw m2 competition with one stage 6 upgrade. Additionally, my Chevrolet in legends is at 70%, the 300sl is near completion, and the [redacted] ford is fully restored. I made in-app purchases but no longer have the confirmation emails. I can provide a screenshot of my Google Play Store purchase history. Although I do not recall my player ID, I believe the current one might be correct. I was playing Whiz in Spades Plus with a bid around 300k, which is high for me, but I was having some luck. After losing the game and stepping away, I returned to find myself force-joined into a regular Spades game for 500k. This has happened before, and despite reaching out to support, the canned response blamed my connection or claimed I didn't leave the table. As a paying customer who frequently buys coins and cash, I am disappointed. I am not asking for free coins but want the 500k from tonight and last week's regular game back, especially while I celebrate my birthday. It's frustrating to feel cheated out of coins I paid for.

After playing Zynga Poker all night, this morning I decided to stop when I reached over 3 million chips out of my 13 to 15 million total. However, when I tried to leave the game to take a shower, the lobby claimed there was no data service, even though I have unlimited data. I had just leveled up four times and was about to bank the chips, but now I can't access Zynga due to maintenance. I can't even sign in with a different name or web address. I had reached VIP status after playing for four consecutive days. My contact number is [redacted].

On December 29, [redacted], I encountered verbal abuse while playing Spade Plus. A male player directed vulgar insults at me after a card play they disliked. I am requesting all chat logs from matches between 2am and 3am EST on December 29, [redacted] to identify the player responsible for the profanity. The player's behavior goes against Zynga's game policies, prohibiting harassment and rude language. I wish for the player to be held accountable and permanently banned. Kindly address this issue promptly and confirm at [redacted]. I am troubled by this incident and seek resolution. Thank you.

I am a Zynga Poker player with the screen name 2nd Place Stinks. Lately, I've noticed two players who seem to be consistently targeting me during games. These players show up daily at different tables, despite not being on my buddy list. One of them has a tag in a foreign language and a whopping 25.5 billion chips, going all-in every hand. The other player, named Jay, may not have as many chips but has been harassing me during games. I have occasionally been banned on Zynga for reacting poorly to All Call poker situations where I often end up in 2nd place. This repetitive behavior is frustrating, and it feels like online stalking and harassment. I want Zynga to address this issue promptly as it affects the integrity of the app and player experience. I enjoy playing TWOO MM occasionally to top up my coins. I have encountered an issue where my coins and winnings disappeared after being at the top of the leader board. Surprisingly, when I logged in with my [redacted] email address through Facebook, all my progress was still at level [redacted]. I am wondering if there is a possibility of having my coins returned, although if not, I understand. On a different note, many players are disappointed with the shutdown of YG. Despite only reaching level 27, I find it to be a fantastic Zynga game with impressive graphics. It's a shame to lose such a well-crafted game. I am curious if there is a way to keep YG available for those who already have it installed, even without support. Additionally, I wanted to express my appreciation for WW, another outstanding game. Hello, my name is Yvonne. I've been playing Farmville Tropic Escape for three years. Unfortunately, I accidentally locked my phone which caused me to wipe it completely and reset the time manually. This has resulted in issues with my game, where my mermaid won't wake up, Boost board won't function properly, and I'm unable to play some of the features like the waterfall. I have been playing Csr2 Legends for a week, investing $[redacted] in cars and building my game profile. Suddenly, everything has disappeared - all my cars and progress are gone. My last purchase was for $31.99, with order number GPA.3[redacted]-1[redacted]5. I can find all transactions in my Google Play Store history. When I open the game, I am back at the beginning, starting from scratch. I was ranking around 30th overall and had three garages named Ktowngarage1, 2, and 3. My main garage was valued at 13 million, and I had just bought the $31.99 car and money combination.

While playing Words With Friends 2, I encountered an issue during a solo game against Creative Cario. Two days back, after making a winning move, the game glitched and showed no available moves for me, with the game continuously spinning under Cario's name. This problem persisted until around 2 PM on 2/9/[redacted] when the game prompted me to continue but wouldn't let me input my word. This freezing problem has occurred previously and affected my ability to complete daily rewards that require a solo game. My username in the game is grandpaalb1.

In FarmVille 2, Zynga has recently increased my coop goal to [redacted] orders, which I feel is unreasonable as my coop size has actually shrunk. After sending out numerous invites to gather more help for my coop, I'm unsure how to either leave a less functional coop, remove inactive members, or join a more successful one. Without immediate assistance in reaching the high coop goal of [redacted], I believe Zynga should reconsider their decision and lower the goal back to 40. It seems unfair to expect me to reach [redacted] orders in just 6 days, especially when I'm carrying most of the load without much help. I'm worried it will now take me three times as long to save up enough favors for upgrades or land expansions.

A couple of years ago, back in 3rd or 4th grade, I was really into the game Pet Dream House. It was my favorite game, and I was thrilled to progress further in it. However, one day when I tried to log in, there was an issue reported by a chipmunk character. Despite trying multiple times to access the game, it never worked. I later found out that the game had been shut down, which was very disappointing. I had just acquired my first raccoons and had spent money on the game, only to have my account closed. Dream Pet House was a game I truly enjoyed, and whether or not Zynga updated it didn't matter to me. It would be great if they could release the old version of the game for those of us who have been eager to play it again. Thank you, Grayson.

I recently discovered that a Herding Dog was given for FREE last year, which I didn’t receive despite being a loyal player who has made various purchases. I never got the water plots either. These issues are making me contemplate deleting the game. Additionally, the store is not opening properly; despite my internet being fine. I've encountered problems with not receiving Keys after purchasing them repeatedly. I would love to purchase other animals, but I am hesitant due to these issues. I enjoy playing the game, but the unfairness at times is frustrating. During the last contest, I couldn't participate as I needed items from the water plots, and some items I purchased globally were not received. I have introduced many friends to Farmville 2 Country Escape. Can you please assist me?
