I started off with this device I'm using now it broke had to send it in and get it fixed I let customer service know that I will be getting my old device back they said let us know go ahead login and will recover your coins your daily streak and whatever we can to help you and it's been almost * days and I haven't heard anything other than someone will be there to help you I've been playing faithfully since April **th **** every single day from then to present my daily streak was *** something I do believe I was getting ** * ** million in my bonus hourly bonuses I'm down to day one streak getting * million and my streaks aren't changing does not change its stuck on day one I've had my new phone back since March *th call them or not called sorry I wrote to them the day before I got my phone and two weeks prior to that kept in touch and they kept in touch then and now that I have my new device I've heard nothing and then at one point as I was on my old device it used to tweak like mess up alot they accused me of cheating setting my time back to collect my bonuses I have never cheated and I am not a cheater if I have to cheat I do not want to play the game at all I don't that's just the type of person I am the game is challenging to me and I like that but I am really about to delete the app because now they will not fix my bonuses they said they will not discuss bonuses with me anymore at that point I have screenshots of the conversations we had back and forth how about that I was just very disturbed very upset about it it's a game I don't understand why people cheat I'm not one of those because at one point it was staying stuck on day ** and go back and message them and they put my streak at *** and it never changed again stuck there as well it was just a messed-up phone I tried to explain that to them they weren't listening but anyhow I just would really like to get back on track and have my Daily' streaks go keep going instead of stuck in one day and my monthly calendars are the same way now my Facebook when I play through Facebook my calendar is off a day or so and my daily streak is off by a day or so which is okay because it's still changing everyday to wear my Google app not but my Facebook doesn't load all the time so that's why I play the Google app I really hope that we can come to some agreement something because I lost over millions and millions of coins and money I've spent on baskets switching devices that they told me go ahead and do because we can recover it this time only I really enjoy the game I really do I'm ** years old my kids are grown now and out of the house so this is what I do I'm glad I've stumbled upon the game Wizard Of Oz and all the rest of the Zynga games I play pretty much all of them General but I'd appreciate some help I appreciate it so much thank you for your time to read my very long email my Zynga ID is -*********** and my new device is *********** thank you again so much!! And my Loyalty Rewards the same as my email that use when I first signed up for Wizard of Oz K*****@***.com I'm just tired of not being able to do the challenges and play the new games .
