After hitting a jackpot at Hit It Rich Casino, I saw my coin balance decrease significantly from 50B to 15B without any explanation. Numerous others experienced the same issue, prompting me to contact Zynga. Although I submitted a report, I heard nothing until Zynga acknowledged the problem and advised players to check their coin balances due to a jackpot error. Despite some negative comments I came across, I trust Hit It Rich Casino and Zynga to address this situation professionally. I have been playing poker since [redacted], but since August [redacted], someone has been continuously taking my chips. I have been in and out of the hospital since June due to an accident, but I didn't give up. Recently, I lost 3 billion chips and [redacted] million chips. I even purchased more chips on October 2, [redacted], only to have 1 billion chips disappear soon after logging out. Yesterday, when I tried playing in another room, my account got banned. I have always followed the rules and only buy chips from your platform. In total, over 4 billion chips have been taken from me. I am feeling frustrated and helpless. I used my disability money to purchase these chips and put a lot of effort into playing. Please, I am pleading for your help so that I can continue playing poker.

Dealing with excruciating pain every day since my release from the hospital, I now rely on Social Security and my family's support. Living alone, I have sought activities that do not require physical strain. While browsing Facebook, I encountered one of your advertisements that aligned with my interests, only to discover misrepresentation upon further investigation.

I was advised by a fellow co-op member to reach out to Zynga regarding some issues I am experiencing with the game. I am participating in the Parade of the Dead event and have been placed in a group with players above level 80 while I am only at level 38. In previous events, I was matched with players closer to my level, making it more enjoyable and fair. However, in this event, I am struggling to compete against a level [redacted] player due to the limitations of my barn space. I am hoping to be reassigned to a group with players at a similar level to make the event more equitable for me. I truly enjoy playing this game and would like to continue, but the current situation is discouraging as it seems impossible for me to succeed. After reaching out to your support team multiple times with no resolution, I was directed to contact my VIP account manager. Despite my efforts, no response has been received even after one month. Back on September 19th, while playing Freaky Tiki and having around 70-71 billion coins, I encountered an issue where a significant amount of coins (over 55 billion) disappeared after closing and reopening the game, leaving me with only 15 billion coins. I play exclusively on my cell phone, do not use Facebook, and no one else has access to my device. Despite being a frequent spender on the game, the lack of customer service is disheartening. I have tried contacting my VIP account manager at [redacted] through several follow-ups to no avail. Unable to get a response, I am now resorting to calling for assistance. I have been enjoying playing Hit It Rich for years. Recently, the game has caused me some trouble by removing a significant amount of money that I spent on purchasing coin packages. I bought numerous packages to engage in the Rich card collections game, almost completing the first round. However, when I logged in, my package count had drastically decreased on two occasions. Even after purchasing more packages to finish the first round and reaching status [redacted], my progress was halved to 55 in just two weeks. This resulted in losing the money spent on packages along with my card collections. I am requesting a refund for all the money I spent on packages since October. I was unfairly banned, and after you lifted the ban on my account, I am upset that you took away all my chips. I may have lost my temper due to something someone said to me, but I believe the punishment was too severe. I have been a loyal customer, purchasing from the Zynga store regularly. I was unfairly banned but appreciate getting my account reinstated. However, I lost my temper due to the messages I received. Though I reacted poorly, the other person said hurtful things to me as well. I am upset that all my chips were taken away. It's okay to punish me, but stripping me of my chips seems excessive. I have been a loyal customer at Zynga store and can provide my purchase history. Please review my account and see that I have always followed the rules. I think you should reconsider taking away all my chips. I haven't attempted to access my account since the chips were removed. Kindly restore them and look into my game history. Both women were scammed for $3,[redacted] through a fake Words With Friends account. I was unaware of this game before. They were able to find my real profile and contacted me. After verifying my identity through a Skype video call, they confirmed I am the genuine Robert Prosser. I have discovered fake profiles on Facebook, VKontakte, Wamba, OK.RU, and WhatsApp. Most platforms have been cooperative except WhatsApp, which was unhelpful. They suggested my phone was stolen, leading to the compromise of my profile. I urge you to take action to remove the fake profiles and prevent further scams targeting vulnerable individuals, as the affected women have reported the incidents to the authorities. It is crucial to safeguard innocent users from such fraudulent activities.

I have received multiple bans in Dawn of Titans due to old pictures of me being used to create a false impression in chat. Despite serving a week ban twice and a month ban, I am now permanently banned without justification. If this ban is not revoked, I will seek legal assistance and protest against Dawn of Titans on social media platforms. It is frustrating to be punished without cause repeatedly.
