After reporting my problem to your support team many times, I was told to contact my VIP account manager. I did (several times) This problem occurred over one month ago, and I haven’t played since. I have not received any response. *On September **th I was playing Freaky Tiki & had between **-**B coins. I had recently won a jackpot of about **B coins with my last large purchase. I closed my game and reopened it later to find I only had **B coins. From when I closed my game, till I reopened it, I lost over **B coins. I only play on my cell phone. I am not on Facebook, and no one else has access to my phone. I have spent many hundreds of dollars on this game over time, and am very disappointed in the lack of customer service when I needed it. Again, I have received absolutely zero response for over a month. The email for my VIP account manager is: *****@***.com*That person has been sent several follow up requests from your support staff, with no results. I finally found your phone number, and will try this now. Will someone please resolve this issue?!?! I miss playing my game. You can contact my VIP account manager for more details surrounding my complaint. I have been patient and respectful and am now VERY frustrated.*Respectfully, Vicki Huestis
