I just purchased the trunk of keys for **.**. After my purchase was successful and the happy dance, my Farmville * Country Escape crashed. When I reloaded, there were no keys added to my account. My debit card already shows the purchase taken from my account. (I tried to remove my card as payment method but in the minute it took me, it was too late!) This is extremely frustrating. Now I cannot purchase Hotelier Hannah and I am losing time. *I have been playing Farmville * Country Escape for several years. And this has happened on more than one occasion. It is like it happens on purpose to take my money. The two times it happened I had no response from Zynga when I contacted them...nothing!!*I like to play this game but at this point is nothing is done I am done!! I am quite mad about this situation!!
