After reinstalling the game, I was on level 4 before connecting to Facebook to restore my progress at level 69. Unfortunately, due to an internet issue, I had to reinstall the game again. When trying to reconnect with Facebook, it only saved the data from level 4, not my original level 69. Can anyone assist me in retrieving my data from level 69? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I have been stuck on phase 3 because it says I am missing one Nutcracker. I believe I have collected all the required items, and after seeking help from coop members, they suspect it may be a game error. I have wasted a day trying to find this one item. It is frustrating to see others progress while I am stuck. I am upset about this situation and have been unsuccessfully attempting to reach out for three days. Please address this issue as it is hindering my progress in the game. I really enjoy playing, but this hurdle is making it unfair for me to continue. I hope to receive a prompt response from you. As a paid VIP member of the original FarmVille 2, I have previously used the email support option to contact Zynga. However, since Zynga has updated their support site, I am unable to locate the email Zynga Support feature. I am currently facing several gameplay issues but have no means to report them. When attempting to reply to an old support ticket, I received a message stating that my email was sent to an unattended inbox. It is frustrating to experience problems with the game without any means to address them. My Zynga account number is zyngagames.com/profile/[redacted]0, and my login email is r***n***j***[redacted]

I am experiencing an issue with the game not responding to touch on my iPad Air. Despite trying troubleshooting steps and ensuring I have sufficient free space, the problem persists after the latest update. Only certain parts of the game function, such as the lightning bolt and purchasing icon. Additionally, event information like the event bar has disappeared. The game resets successfully after restarting but encounters issues after level 4 when it downloads my save from the cloud. I am unable to access the settings menu to provide my game ID for assistance. I reached out via email two days ago but have not received a response yet.

I have installed Farmville Country Escapes on my Windows 10 laptop (clean install), but it keeps crashing during the tutorial. I tried it on my son's Windows 8.1 laptop, and it works without any issues. We both have similar HP laptops with AMD drivers and graphics drivers. I usually play on iOS and link it to Facebook, but the constant crashing on Windows 10 prevents me from syncing the games. I have reinstalled Windows 10, updated all drivers, and tried troubleshooting from the website, but the app still crashes, even in offline mode. Many others online are experiencing the same problem without a solution yet. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I have been unable to tend to my Farmville farm for more than a week now. Each time I attempt to load the game, I receive an error message indicating that FlashPlayer is not responding and prompts me to reload the game. Despite reloading, the issue persists. Occasionally, after hours of trying, the game will load, but as soon as I try to perform any actions on my farm, I encounter the same error message. This problem has persisted for over a week, disrupting my enjoyment of the game. I simply wish to be able to play Farmville without these interruptions. Can someone please assist me with this issue? I am experiencing a Facebook connectivity issue with my game. I am able to connect to Zynga but not to Facebook. Despite reaching out to Zynga Support multiple times over the past few weeks, the issue remains unresolved. Whenever Zynga Support requests more information, there is no clear feedback path or link provided for me to follow up. Each time I communicate with a new support representative, I am asked for the same information without a direct way to provide feedback. Dear Zynga, I need your assistance. I initially had 50 million chips. I then invested 40 million in a 2 million buy-in game, which should have left me with 10 million if I lost. However, after finishing the game, my remaining 10 million disappeared unexpectedly. Furthermore, I noticed that when I won a hand, the amount of money I received was less than expected. For instance, if I won 10 million, it would only credit me with 5 or 6 million. This discrepancy has caused me to lose approximately 50 million chips in total. I enjoy playing poker, but I am concerned that my account may have been compromised. I hope you can investigate and resolve this issue for me.

My account has been suspended for a while, and I am unsure how to retrieve my chips. Recently, a friend suggested emailing you, as I was looking into hiring a lawyer to assist in recovering my account. According to the state law of Washington, once you purchase a property, it belongs to you and should be protected. However, Zynga took my chips without proper explanation, and I believe I have the right to know why based on Zynga's policy. I have spent thousands of dollars purchasing Zynga chips using this email on iTunes.

This is frustrating! I'm disappointed that for the second time, I purchased [redacted] keys in Farmville Harvest on my tablet and didn't receive them. I've had issues previously, like on February 14th, when I spent around $25 on Tropical Farmville and never got a response. It is disheartening to lose $25 again at Farmville Harvest. I've been a loyal customer, but this experience has shaken my trust. It is discouraging that reaching out to customer service seems complicated. I hope this issue can be resolved soon.

Last week, I was ranked first in the National Fair Truck event but did not receive the usual running man icon displayed on the left side of the screen. This has always appeared for me in the past, and I'm unsure why it's missing this week. Additionally, I'm experiencing issues with the farm icon's erratic behavior, affecting gameplay. I've noticed that the NFT prizes consistently show as 0 regardless of my ranking. Is the feature functioning correctly? I've also encountered difficulties with crafting using logs for the "Shovel Multiply Points" instruction, as it doesn't seem to work as expected. I previously contacted Zynga and was informed about a response from Robert, which I did not receive. I am experiencing frustrating issues with the shockwave and game speed affecting my gameplay. Additionally, the groves are not producing the desired trees as they used to despite my efforts. I had specifically planted 20 trees for a reason, but the game is giving me different ones. Moreover, the availability of flowers from the shed now requires payment, making it challenging to progress. Zynga appears to prioritize monetization over user experience, prompting me to refrain from spending money until improvements are made, particularly regarding the flash player's performance. The sluggish game loading and limited options for land expansions with a substantial amount of coins have diminished my enjoyment.

Some of the quests are very difficult for me to finish. It's reasonable to water, fertilize, or harvest a certain number of crops, but having to make so many of one item feels excessive. For instance, in the "Find the Needle" quest, I have to make 46 peach muffins, which requires [redacted] peaches - that's a bit too demanding. Last time this quest was available, I couldn't complete it because of the overwhelming quantity required for one item. I recognize the challenge is necessary, but there's a fine line between challenging and nearly impossible. I also understand that the number of neighbors matters, which seems unfair because someone may have many neighbors, but only a few are active players. Please consider realism when designing quests, as this difficulty level drives many players to stop playing altogether.

I keep receiving notifications for extra credits in the Wizard of Oz slots game. However, when I click on the notification, the game loads and tells me I already have the credits. This issue has become frustrating for me. I have uninstalled all other casino games because Wizard of Oz slots is my favorite. I play the game on both my phone and tablet, and they are synced. Despite this, I get different challenges and dollar amounts on each device. Although both devices should be connected, I have discrepancies between them. On my tablet, I don't have the latest trophies update that I see on my phone, even though I have updated both devices. I would appreciate a callback from a representative to address these concerns promptly.

On May 29, [redacted], at 7 a.m. PST, my two profiles merged, resulting in two profiles with identical ranks and cars but different player IDs and currency amounts. My primary profile, which was at rank [redacted] with a diverse car collection, is now missing. The player ID for the affected account is [redacted]4. Despite reaching out to Zynga support, the assistance provided only contained information readily available on Zynga's website, which did not address my issue. Past experiences with support have successfully restored my profile, ensuring me that the situation can be resolved. It seems that when I switched from my secondary to primary profile, the game mistakenly set the second profile as primary, resulting in identical accounts. Thus, following Zynga's instructions to log in and out of Google Play, reinstall the game, and select the correct profile will not rectify the situation since the game last saved my profile incorrectly, eliminating the option to choose the appropriate profile with my rank and progress. I am seeking assistance to recover my original profile. Thank you, Brandon.

I have been waiting for Zynga to fix my account for days. There was a reward for reaching level 3 in Wizard of Oz where you were supposed to receive it 10 times, but I never got it. I was playing on my LG Stylo 3 Plus three days ago when this issue started, and it's still not resolved. My email is [redacted] There was also another challenge where I got an error message saying "oops something went wrong," and when I tried again, the game was gone. I hope you can look into these problems and give me what is owed to me. It feels unfair that money is easily taken out of accounts, but rewards are not given. I will be waiting to hear from you.

While enjoying Hit It Rich, I've observed an unusual issue where the bet amount sometimes changes unexpectedly. Recently, during gameplay with my family in the Max Voltage zone, I was playing Exotic Moon with a 20,[redacted],[redacted] bet, only to notice it suddenly switch to 2 billion without my input. This occurred twice today, and I'm certain this is a game glitch rather than user error. I have been a devoted player of this game since its inception and have been a strong supporter of its development. I frequently purchase coins from Zynga as this game brings me immense joy and helps alleviate my stress. I take pride in being a part of the Zynga community. Earlier today, I started with 2 billion coins, managed to win up to [redacted] billion, but upon returning to the lobby, it only showed 5 billion. My friend suggested that I might have lost coins due to winning too many, which led to reports against me. I feel disheartened as I have worked hard for those chips, and I have never had such a large amount taken from me by Zynga. If you require further information, please let me know. Thank you.

I recently encountered an issue while playing The Wizard slot game on your site. I am still experiencing the issue reported earlier by GetHuman830083. For the past two weeks, the "Watch for Free" option on Zynga Crosswords With Friends has been unavailable on my Galaxy S10 Android device. I have been unable to add coins to my account during this time. There are no offers on the Offer Wall that interest me currently. I am requesting free coins for the period I was unable to collect them. Initially, I had around *** coins, but now I only have *** left. Typically, "Watch for Free" rewards * x **** coins per watch, and I use it once a day, meaning ** x *** coins should have accumulated during this period. I play the game daily, and you can verify this. I would appreciate receiving the *** coins as compensation. I have been a customer since around ****. I have tried reaching out on Facebook without success, with only two people viewing my issue.
