The issue in GetHuman740192's own words
On May **th **** at *am PST my two profiles merged together. I now have two profiles that have the same rank and cars but different player ID and currency amounts. On my primary profile I was rank *** with a great collection of cars and now it's missing. The player ID for the concerning account is ***********. I've contacted Zynga support but the only response I get back is information I can find my self on Zynga's page and that isn't working. I've had this same issue in the past and support was able to restore my profile so I know it is possible for someone to help find my profile and and restore to its original status. I believe what happened was when I switched from my secondary profile to my primary the game overwrote the second profile as my primary and now I have two identical accounts. and so when I followed the directions provided by Zynga loging in and out of Google play and reinstalling the game and the choosing the correct profile just isn't going to work because the last time I played the game it overwrote my profile incorrectly so there is no option for me to choose the correct profile with my rank and game progress. Please help me.*Thank you, Brandon
