I received today my order shipment ID ZL*BA*****. *Shipping facility **.*Shipping date: November **th *****In it, there was a set of three ribbon spools, SKU: *******.*The description is purple. I ordered purple, but they are most definitely blue. The SKU is correct, but the colour is not. I really wanted purple, but what would be the point of re-ordering when the SKU for purple comes blue? There is no doubt about the ribbon being BLUE! Royal blue!
