A shipment from you was pulled by UPS in transit ******* in Melbourne, Fl. because of damage. In the package was a reshipped water globe that had come broken and was being replaced. Also in the package was a sleep dress from another order. UPS informed me that they were notifying you. I looked and saw that all this was done. Zulily has always been very prompt and correct in handling problems. So I waited to be informed that my paypal had been refunded or that you were reshipping. After ** days I became concerned and called only to find out you were not doing anything unless I contacted you. I feel you need to be the one who corrects a shipment problem when you are informed, not the customer who is waiting, who then must research who-what-where and inform you. If an order is delivered damaged then it is up to me to inform you but there had not been a delivery and you had been informed of this. Also if I had not gone item by item in my orders I wouldn't have known what exactly was in the package that was never coming. Customer service has always been an important part of a company so I would hate to see you harmed by an easily, correctable, overlooked problem in your system. Also an address to customer service would be nice. Sincerely, Pat McRae
