The issue in GetHuman-jansull's own words
I recently sent return of two items and should have received store credit of $**.** plus store credit of $** for problems on another shoe order. I was told $*.** was taken out of the $**.** to pay postage. I paid my own postage. I was asked to email copy of postage receipt which I did but I still only have $**.** in credit when I should have $**.**. I have sent multiple emails but never have gotten it resolved. I can't imagine wanting to lose a customer over $*.** credit but it is the principle not the money. Please advise what I need to do to get this corrected.
