Hi there, I have been very unwell lately and have not had the mental clarity to see this issue earlier. I am very sure that I cancelled my account but just getting out of hospital last night I went to check my bank statements where I could see that Zoosk billed me at least once maybe twice after I had already cancelled my subscription! Well if they are playing games or they blame the computer for this, either what ever they are accountable and will not get way with any of it! They have picked the wrong guy haha. Alrighty then.

GetHuman-intersli did not yet indicate what Zoosk should do to make this right.
