On the morning of November 18th, I received an email that appeared to be from Microsoft, prompting me to change my password, which I did. Later, while visiting my Zoosk page as a paid member, I noticed numerous messages with a suspicious pattern. The messages suggested I had found love on Zoosk but redirected recipients to contact a friend, Michelle, via email. Realizing it was a scam due to receiving similar messages from multiple users and not being able to send warning messages, I tried to address the issue but found myself blocked by a Zoosk administrator. Despite contacting Zoosk, I feel misunderstood, especially since I believe I was hacked. I’ve had to involve my bank in resolving this matter and now request that my account be restored or for a full refund. Thank you, Laurel Chapman (initials L.C.).

I attempted to buy the 3-month special for $9.95 a month. Unfortunately, my bank flagged the transaction as suspicious, leading to my account being frozen. By the time I resolved the issue, the special was no longer available at the $9.95 rate. Could you please investigate and see that I genuinely tried to make the purchase, but the bank declined it? I applied for and paid for a membership, but accidentally added $99 worth of tokens to my purchase. I did not intend to order these tokens. I only wanted to pay for the $42 package. I would like to cancel my subscription on your website to avoid future charges and confirm that no more payments will be processed by your company. I would like to cancel my subscription. Also, I had a conversation with an individual for about a month who attempted to extort money from me. His name was Richard Simms. He mentioned he was in Mexico working as a lumberjack and requested money urgently for machinery parts. I can't find his profile picture anymore, and I don't recall the name he used on the site.

I noticed that an additional $29.95 was deducted from my account only six days after activating my subscription, despite it being scheduled for a payment on 1/6/21. I have already canceled my subscription and request the $29.95 to be refunded promptly. It seems that someone within your organization mistakenly charged me again. I tried to log in to Zoosk, and it prompted me to verify my email. However, I did not receive the verification notice. When I attempted to change my email address, I mistakenly entered the wrong one. Now, when I try to switch it back to one of my other two email accounts, it keeps saying they are invalid. I am unable to access my account even though I have a paid subscription. I am having trouble sending messages since I am repeatedly prompted to verify my email. I have had this account for six months, but every time I attempt to verify my email, I do not receive the verification email from your service. I have checked my spam folder, but the email is not there. I have even tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. I need assistance with confirming my email on the account. Although the email listed is accurate, I haven't received the confirmation email after requesting it to be resent. This issue is preventing me from verifying my email address. Please send me the necessary link using the information you have on file. I'd like to access my account one last time to delete my photos and profile details. The frequent solicitations from scammers on Zoosk have made me feel unsafe and I no longer wish to be an active customer. As the call center is currently unavailable due to COVID, reaching out through this platform is my only option to communicate these concerns.

I'm having trouble logging into my Zoosk account because I think I have forgotten my password. I am not receiving the password reset email from Zoosk. I use a Gmail account. Although I am still getting email notifications from Zoosk about people trying to contact me, I cannot access them. This issue has been ongoing for three days. I am requesting a full refund. After researching a gentleman's phone number and preparing to meet him the following day, I discovered he was arrested for sexual assault and had his medical license revoked five years ago. I believe that men should undergo more thorough vetting procedures, and that women should be provided with last names. I am grateful that my son looked up his number before our meeting. While I acknowledge the opportunity for individuals to start anew, I would not wish for my daughter to date a doctor who has a history of sexually assaulting patients. I'm unable to reply to messages with a heart or text. I've reported this issue to Zoosk, and received an email stating it was fixed. However, over 24 hours later, the problem persists. Whenever I try to respond to a like or message, a prompt appears requesting email verification. When I enter my email, it's deemed invalid. I've been patient so far, but my frustration with the Zoosk app is growing. The problem was supposed to be resolved, but it's ongoing.

I canceled my account in late March [redacted] or early April [redacted], but I am still being charged for it. There has been recent suspicious activity on my bank account and emails have been hacked. I have not used my Zoosk account and would like a refund for the charges. It is concerning that Zoosk still has my bank information on file even though I have not used their service. I contacted the main office this afternoon, and a representative offered me a free 7-day trial, assuring me that everything was included. After filling out my profile as requested, I spent the evening browsing through different profiles. I encountered an issue when trying to send a message to a woman who had shown interest in me. Despite multiple attempts, my messages kept disappearing, leading to a frustrating 45-minute ordeal. To my dismay, I discovered that I needed to pay to send messages and chat with other users. This situation needs to be addressed promptly. It's crucial to rectify this error as the woman might think I am ignoring her, which is not the case. I trust you will resolve this matter urgently.

I have explained the issue before, and I am now frustrated with the situation. I hold a Doctorate in International Law. An operator from Zeus mentioned my membership was free with everything included for seven days, which was untrue. I demand my membership with all benefits for an extended duration. I am serious about this situation and expect a prompt resolution. I will not tolerate any games being played with me.

I am experiencing an issue with Zoosk. Yesterday, on 7 January [redacted], I decided to cancel my Zoosk subscription to prevent automatic renewal on 31 January [redacted]. During the cancellation process, I was offered a discount to extend my subscription by one month for £18.75. However, upon checking, I realized my subscription was only extended until 7 February [redacted], which means I paid for an extra week instead of a month. I feel misled and am requesting a full refund. Despite the terms and conditions, I believe customers should have a two-week cooling-off period for any contract. I am looking to report an online predator who sexually assaulted and was abusive towards me. I have cut off contact with him. While I am unsure if he is still active on Zoosk, I am reaching out to all dating websites where he might be present. This individual targets a specific type of person, often individuals with daughters, and is known to move frequently between states. I have connected with two other women who have shared similar experiences. Upon learning of his return to Indiana, I felt compelled to speak up and take action against him.
