I also attempted to set up an account using Chrome, but Zoosk indicated that my email address and password did not coincide. Despite the promise of receiving password reset instructions via email, I did not receive any communication from Zoosk after waiting for an hour and a half. Subsequently, I opted to remove my account. Therefore, I am formally requesting Zoosk to delete all information and photos associated with my profile. Zoosk guided me to this platform as the appropriate channel to request the deletion of the aforementioned data. I would appreciate confirmation of receipt and completion of the deletion process. Eventually, he persuades women to send him pictures, usually targeting those aged 18-25, despite being a 40-year-old man with children. Greg's real name is Gregory Voss and he works at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama. He resides in Adamsville, Alabama, and his contact details include [redacted] and various email addresses like [redacted] and [redacted] It's crucial to be cautious when interacting with individuals online like Greg.

I am unable to access my account after someone messaged me to view their pictures on a suspicious website. When I tried to log in, it kept redirecting me and then eventually locked me out. I noticed unusual activity with a high number of views when I managed to log in, so I logged out for security. Now, I can't log back in no matter how many times I try. Hello, I recently joined Zoosk and created a profile about a week ago using my email address ([redacted]). When I tried to log in today, my profile was missing. I attempted to reset my password, but no email arrived to help me with this process. It appears that my original profile has vanished. Later, I managed to make a new profile with the same email address, but none of my previous data was there. If my first profile still existed, I don't think I would have been able to create a new one with the same email. I suspect that my original profile has been deleted for some reason. I am worried about being charged for a subscription renewal on October 5th for the missing profile. I have already informed my credit card company about potential future charges. I am fine with honoring the administration fee and 1-month membership for September but do not want any more charges on my card. Losing all my data, messages, and connections is distressing.

I am attempting to deactivate my account on Zoosk. I have had difficulty logging in on my mobile and tablet, where Zoosk always sends a link to skip the login process. To deactivate an account, I need to visit the main website using a PC or MAC. Unfortunately, the email address associated with Zoosk is not accessible on my PC, only on my mobile devices. I tried to email the deactivation link from my late wife's email on our PC, but then the account appeared under her name. I managed to deactivate the account under her name, but now I need assistance deactivating the account under my name. I have been unable to log in using any email/password combination, which is why I rely on the link. It is frustrating that membership cancellation cannot be done on a mobile device. I just received 2 emails, one updating my story and another confirming my subscription to Zoosk, but I've never used that service. It seems someone is using my email and an old credit card number for a potential scam. The email provides details of the subscription and a payment made on 09/28/[redacted], including an automatic renewal on 10/28/[redacted] for $29.95. It mentions features available with the subscription and instructions on managing it. The email also advises printing transaction data, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy. I suspect my account has been compromised. Recently, I downloaded an update from the Google store prompted by your app. If this update wasn't authorized by you, it might be the source of the issue. Additionally, my access code is no longer working after entering my email address. I created an account in early October with the screen name, uploaded photos, and a story, which were all approved. However, on October 17th, I suddenly couldn't access my account. Despite trying to reset my password, I couldn't log in. When I attempted once more, the system prompted me to create a new profile. I want my original profile back. I had important messages saved there. I'm worried because my credit card details and photos are on that account, yet I can't even log in to delete them. I've tried reaching out 17 times for help. I am new to this website and struggling to figure out how to preview profiles from the carousel. It's crucial for me to know the distance of women to assess if it's manageable. Additionally, there doesn't seem to be a messaging option on the carousel. I am receiving likes from women who are over [redacted] miles away, and I can't verify this without previewing their profiles. I had an earlier request as well because despite being on the site for only 2 days, I had around 30 interactions ongoing, and this morning all my profile and communications vanished. I have submitted several concerns that remain unresolved: 1. I keep receiving contacts from individuals located far beyond the 30-mile distance I have specified for travel. I want to connect with people within that range only, not from states like Florida, Alabama, or Northern California. Please adjust your algorithm to reflect this preference. 2. I have a clear preference for White-Caucasian ethnicity. 3. I am Protestant. 4. When I open a contact, I do not want to be directed to view all my contacts each time. Allow me to manage my contacts independently without going through all of them repeatedly. 5. The search results do not show profiles that I have marked as "Maybe" or "Yes." It is crucial that the system understands my distance preferences and excludes contacts beyond that limit from appearing in my search results, making it more practical for me to connect with suitable matches.

I was hacked a week ago, and despite trying to change my password, I have been locked out. When attempting to use Facebook to log in, I faced another charge. Even the live chat service tried to charge me. I have been unable to use my account for almost a week. I am frustrated as I have plans to meet people through the platform, but I am unable to log in. I received a text message from a number I don't know. It mentioned we might have spoken on Zoosk.com and provided a link to a profile on Zoosk. I am confused and believe this could be James, the person I shared my number with. The writing style indicates broken English, and I'm worried about my number being compromised. This site is real! I had a terrible experience with them 33 days ago, but they claimed everything was resolved. However, now they have taken money from my account without authorization. I refuse to pay an extra dollar per month to speak to customer service. I demand my money back without additional fees.
