I attempted to cancel my subscription through your chat support, but the process was frustrating. I don't want my subscription to renew, and I do not authorize the use of my credit card for further payments. I expect confirmation of this message. The chat referred me to another site for a $5 refundable fee, which was not helpful. My experience with Zoosk has been disappointing as I have received minimal communication from other users. I feel misled and dissatisfied with the service. I demand to be unsubscribed immediately and want assurance that my credit card won't be charged again. I seek acknowledgment of my cancellation request and confirmation that you won't charge me without authorization. I've been trying to address this issue shortly after the initial payment was made. Please process my request promptly and cease any future charges.

On August 31st, [redacted], at 4:23 p.m., Hello, I am a Zoosk member and genuinely enjoy using the platform. I have had the pleasure of meeting lovely people through it. Many of my family, friends, and business associates are also Zoosk members, and we frequently refer others to the site. We are currently facing an issue with one of our friends, formerly known as Hottoy, now as Love to Dance, who is struggling to upload a photo to their profile. Despite having an active subscription for two more months, they are encountering various difficulties, including being unable to send messages. We have all attempted to assist in uploading the photo, but unfortunately, we have been unsuccessful. Could Customer Support or anyone familiar with this issue kindly provide assistance? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I have experienced multiple issues with sending messages on Zoosk to a lady I am interested in. Despite composing polite messages, they are not being delivered. This is extremely frustrating as I have paid for a service that is not functioning properly. I have tried sending simple greetings like "Hello," and still, the messages are not going through. I am dissatisfied with this service and request a full refund. It is discouraging to have to rewrite heartfelt messages multiple times due to Zoosk's failures. Additionally, their automated message feature is not something I intended to use. I feel frustrated having to deal with these obstacles repeatedly.

I had a disappointing experience with Zoosk. After signing up, I discovered that most of the interested users who messaged me had inactive accounts from over a year ago. It seems like Zoosk uses old accounts to send generic messages, creating a false impression of active users. I even spoke to someone I knew on the site who confirmed they hadn't used it for over a year. Swiping through countless inactive profiles is frustrating, as only 10% seem to be current users. Additionally, the site glitched and sent hearts to random users, leading to unwanted messages. This feels like a scam, and unless I receive a full refund, I plan to contact the BBB and leave a poor review to share my experience. Thank you for addressing this issue.

I have been incorrectly charged for a membership I did not request, resulting in my Mastercard being over its limit. I am requesting an immediate refund. I have discovered multiple attempted charges on my card, and I am prepared to report this to the authorities, including my bank and Mastercard. This unauthorized activity is unacceptable, and I demand a prompt resolution. Additionally, I have incurred a fee for exceeding my card limit due to these charges. I will also escalate this matter to ASIC if necessary. Your prompt attention to this matter is expected.

After receiving a message on Zoosk from someone claiming to be a friend of a shy person who liked my profile, I emailed the provided address but got no response. The following day, a person from Phoenix, Arizona showed interest in me, but after my reply, there was no response. What struck me was receiving 7 to 9 identical emails from different individuals across various states, all claiming to want to meet me. Realizing it was a scam, I promptly changed all my account passwords and took steps to report the issue. I hope I handled the situation appropriately.

On Saturday evening, there were multiple people in my View stream who received messages appearing to be from me, directing them to a link to view my new outfits. I received numerous replies and inquiries from unfamiliar individuals. I took the time to respond to each, warning them not to click the link as my account may have been compromised. After deleting and re-downloading the app, I realized I hadn't saved my password. I reset it that same Saturday night. On Sunday, I didn't receive any new message alerts. Later in the day, when I tried to access my account, the new password didn't work. When attempting to reset the password via email, I didn't receive any responses after several tries. A few acquaintances checked for me and confirmed that my Zoosk profile is now unreachable.

After recently canceling my subscription, I noticed that my account is still active until October 11th, [redacted], yet certain features have been blocked, such as sending gifts and seeing if messages have been read. I unsubscribed due to my dissatisfaction with the website, but I am frustrated by this situation. Unfortunately, the help center's lack of clear assistance compounds the issue as it seems difficult to find a way to contact customer support directly. It is disappointing that a platform meant to help people find partners would handle customer concerns in this manner.

I have noticed that the website is not being updated. I send messages but I am unsure if they are being received because I do not get any responses. Even if there are views on my profile, when I click on them, it reverts back to the search page. It seems that even when I am in the Carousel feature, I am matched with people who are hundreds or thousands of miles away instead of those closer to me. The system then claims that nobody is available on Carousel and prompts me to use the search feature.

I would like to request to cancel my 1-month contract with Zoosk. I am currently in Florida, but the app continuously provides me with options and dates in Georgia, which is too far for me to access. My email address associated with the account is Kimmosley4321@ gmail.com, and you can reach me at [redacted]. After a few days of unsuccessful attempts to use the app in Florida, I have decided to discontinue my account with Zoosk. I would appreciate it if you could confirm that I will not be charged for this. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, Kimberly.

After being away from this site for several months, I returned to find over 10 messages from Zoosk. Unfortunately, it seems there is fraudulent behavior happening here once again. The women who viewed my deactivated profile were fake, and most of the previous women who are now my friends have left the site. Despite turning off automatic payments, I have been charged by this problematic site again. It appears that my profile cannot be permanently removed, as several of my friends have found it even after multiple attempts. The Las Vegas scammers operating this site owe me a refund for the months I have been charged unfairly. I request that you refrain from charging me for the site's services moving forward.

I submitted a customer service request three days ago and have not received any response. Instead, I received an email stating that my picture of the waterfall in my jacuzzi was removed. The image only showed the fountain, no people, was not blurry, and had no inappropriate content. I am extremely unsatisfied with your company's lack of customer service. I have sent you a detailed email outlining the numerous issues I have faced in just a few days. I feel like I may be a target of a scam or harassment. I am requesting an immediate refund due to the frustrating experiences I've had. It seems like there are many unresolved problems, and I regret not reading the negative reviews before signing up. The platform appears to be exploiting vulnerable individuals. The continuous loop of messages from individuals I have already removed is nonsensical. My time is valuable, and I have wasted too much of it on this disappointing website. - L.A. Campbell

I contacted customer service three days ago and have not received a response yet. The website is frustrating with a continuous cycle of likes from men I have removed, likes from men who never engage, dissatisfied men threatening to leave or expressing their dislike for the site. Instead of addressing my concerns, they emailed me to inform that they removed the picture of a waterfall in my jacuzzi. The picture did not violate any rules as it contained no nudity, blurriness, or people, the only reasons for deletion. However, there are men on the site asking women to groom a certain way for ‘safety,’ photos taken in front of urinals, users with inappropriate names like “Morning Wood,” and others demanding immediate intimacy. Meanwhile, I am inundated with likes from inactive accounts that seem fake. I am requesting a refund due to these issues.

I signed up for Zoosk yesterday for a six-month membership. I filled out my profile and submitted the required information, which has been approved. I haven't uploaded any photos yet. I've tried to message someone, but the program won't send my message because I don't have a picture. I also received a message from someone else and couldn't respond for the same reason. Can anyone help me with this issue?
