The issue in GetHuman-ardian's own words
Following the free promotional period, It was very unclear to me that this was a periodical subscription with regular billing. I had absolutely no idea how much l was charged. There’s no alerts to remind me as a customer when my next payment is due. This particular payment doesn’t even appear in the Apple Pay setting as a regular payment, so that l can control it moving forward. Furthermore the ZOOSK app itself only allows for the option to ‘pause’ the account, but not to cancel it.**All of these are very basic consumer prerogatives we can exercise here in the UK. Unfortunately they’re completely lacking on overseas businesses like ZOOSK.**a) I would like my account with ZOOSK to be cancelled immediately.**b) I would like a full refund for my last charge of £**.** applied on ******** as *. the account has been obsolete for many, many months, hence it is unjustified. Also *. l really had no choice and*or control over it.
GetHuman-ardian did not yet indicate what Zoosk should do to make this right.
