I want to raise awareness about a man named Greg Voss. He actively uses various email addresses and frequents multiple dating sites, predominantly in the US. Greg often doesn't upload a picture on his profiles. He can be found on Match and Meetville, using both his real information and creating fake accounts. Greg is known to be a sex addict who engages in interactions through dating sites, chat rooms, and video chat apps to watch women. He utilizes text and burner number apps to communicate with women, usually targeting those between the ages of 18 and 25. Despite being a 39-year-old with a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, Greg portrays himself as sweet, romantic, and vulnerable, recounting stories of past relationships and personal struggles to manipulate others. His real name is Gregory Voss, and he works at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama, residing in Adamsville, Alabama. Some of his contact details include the phone numbers [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and various emails such as [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] It's crucial to be cautious of his deceitful tactics.

I recently received an email notifying me of a 6-month Zoosk subscription that I did not authorize. I had bought an iTunes card which I lost before using. After speaking with Love from customer service, I was advised to contact you. The email mentioned a charge in 12 hours. I have an existing Zoosk account expiring on July 21st which I will not renew, and Love has scheduled it for cancellation on July 31st. I would like to ensure that my account is not charged for another 6 months as I did not approve this subscription. Thank you for your help with this matter. -Rose M.

I was using my account, [redacted], and was in the middle of a conversation when I got suddenly logged out to the login screen. I wasn't completely sure of my password, but I knew I had used it a few days ago on Chrome, so I checked my saved passwords. It is a password I use for several different accounts. I have requested to reset my password twice, but I haven't received the emails yet. Could you please send the reset email to a different address than the one Zoosk normally uses, as I'm concerned the hacker might be redirecting emails to their account? Could you please send the email to [redacted] instead, or switch the email on the account to that address and inform me of the password so I can reset it to a completely new one? Please let me know your solution. Thank you!

I recently canceled my one-month subscription, but my internet got disconnected, so it seems Zoomed did not receive my cancellation request. Despite not using the service since then, I was charged for another month. I have proof of my cancellation request through text on my phone at [redacted]. I want to speak with the appropriate person to ensure my subscription is indeed canceled. Additionally, I am looking to have the charges on my card refunded as I have not used the service. You can reach me at my email [redacted] or 1-[redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

Dear Sir/Madam, I recently purchased a new gift card ending in [redacted]. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with the card shortly after using it for the first time this Monday. The card had a balance of $50, which I intended to use gradually over the course of a month. However, it seems that there has been a discrepancy in the balance, and I would like this matter to be rectified promptly. Using gift cards is the only way I can afford to use your site, and I rely on them to make my purchases in installments. I am disappointed that this situation has arisen, and I hope to receive a prompt response from your team to resolve the problem. I will be contacting your customer service tomorrow to discuss this matter further and request a resolution as soon as possible. Your attention to this issue is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, EA Grochowski

I terminated my 6-month membership several months ago, and without any notice or consent, my bank account was debited $[redacted].99 today. This has left me extremely upset as it will impact other scheduled direct debits this week, potentially resulting in overdraft charges. I won't be able to make my mortgage payment due to Zoosk charging my account without authorization. I demand a refund by Monday, July 15th, or I will escalate the matter to consumer affairs seeking compensation for the impending late fees. I require a prompt response regarding the reimbursement of the unauthorized charge. Please reach out to me via email at [redacted] or phone at [redacted].

Recently, I received a lengthy email from an individual who claimed his military friend, restricted from social media, expressed interest in me. The email included a link to view photos and a Gmail account. Curious, I checked it out but chose not to engage further. Strangely, a different match reported receiving a similar email from my account. This situation makes me uncomfortable and seems like an ineffective way to connect with someone. I wish to close my account promptly and request a refund. The interference of hackers in conversations is concerning. I trust you will address this matter seriously. Additionally, I encountered difficulty logging into my account across my devices today. Despite requesting a password reset via email, I did not receive it. Kindly process my refund.

I am disappointed with the site. I question the authenticity of the profiles and the distance awareness. I have successfully met people on other dating platforms but not on this one. I checked Trustpilot for reviews and was shocked by the overwhelmingly negative feedback, mostly suggesting it's a potential scam. The service is not worth the cost, and I expect a refund, either in full or in part. If not resolved, I will pursue this through small claims court.

I have unfortunately fallen victim to online scam artists who have stolen my identity and are using my profile on various dating sites. I am concerned that they are targeting others as well. I am reaching out to notify you and others to prevent further harm. It has been a terrible experience. Therefore, I kindly request that you permanently delete my information and profile to prevent any reapplication in my name. The extent of their actions against me is vast as they are skilled at what they do. I am willing to provide any necessary assistance if needed as I have gathered valuable information since the incident. These scammers are sophisticated and have fake websites that claim to help, but they are part of the scam. I urge caution and vigilance. Thank you, Lesa W.

I am not a subscribed member of Zoosk. Upon discovering the expensive add-ons, I opted not to join. After contacting customer service and being assured my details would be removed, I later learned that I am still visible as a member. This is frustrating, especially since a male member I know confirmed this. I demand that my photo and information are promptly removed. I will continue to monitor, making sure it is done. I reside in Port Lincoln (Kirton Point), a small rural town. It is unjust to those attempting to contact me but faced with my unresponsiveness. This situation could potentially be brought to the attention of a news program due to the deceitful business practices. Please delete my profile entirely. Thank you, Jeanette D.

There was a mix-up with my account registration and payment, leading to the deletion and transfer of my information without consent. Despite multiple attempts to communicate my dissatisfaction and request a refund, I have not received a satisfactory response, which is disappointing. I expect better customer service for the amount I paid for the subscription. I am firm in my request for a refund and account deletion. My name is Millicent Wood with the screen name MisFortnite, born on 03/13/[redacted]. I paid for a three-month subscription and attempted to delete my account due to the issues. I used a non-verified email, [redacted], claiming residence in Paia, Hawaii. I seek a prompt resolution and appreciate your attention to this matter. Please contact me at [redacted] Thank you.

After the free trial ended, I was surprised to find out that I had been automatically enrolled in a subscription service by ZOOSK without clear notification. The lack of alerts for upcoming payments and the absence of the subscription in my Apple Pay settings make it difficult for me to manage. Additionally, the ZOOSK app only offers the option to ‘pause’ the account, not to cancel it as I expected. In the UK, customers have the right to easily cancel subscriptions and receive refunds. Unfortunately, these basic consumer rights are missing when dealing with international companies like ZOOSK. a) Please cancel my ZOOSK account immediately. b) I request a full refund of the £59.99 charge on 14/06/19 since my account has been inactive for several months and I was unaware of the charge.

Concerning "A Zoosk Member 58," I am uncertain if they are who they claim to be. Are there any previous reports about this individual? This person claims to be widowed, works in offshore development, resides in Gerrards Cross, but the postcode leads to a flat. On Match, I encountered a similar situation with an overly eager individual. When I reached out to Match for clarification, they indicated it was a scam and recommended removing their contact details.

I'm having trouble accessing my Zoosk account due to a password issue. It seems like my account has been hacked, and messages were sent to multiple women without my knowledge. While I managed to log in once through Google, I couldn't send messages, and now I can't access my account at all. I'm dismayed by this situation and the impact on my reputation. I read some responses from the women, and they are understandably unhappy. I urgently need Zoosk to delete my account. Please reach out to them on my behalf and have them contact me at my correct email address, [redacted] Thank you, Ian.

I would like to request the closure of my Zoosk account as I only signed up for a trial offer and did not authorize further payments. I was unaware that Zoosk would charge $38+ after the trial period. I have noticed a pending payment on my bank statement today, August 15th, [redacted], and I wish for it to be canceled immediately. My details are as follows: Name: Ralph Stanley Address: 43/83 Lindsay Road, Buderim [redacted], Queensland, Australia Email: [redacted] Bank: ANZ Australia BSB: [redacted] [redacted] Account Number: 2[redacted]6 Account Name: Ralph Sidney Stanley I kindly request the cancellation of all future payments, including the pending one for today, August 15th, [redacted]. Please confirm the cancellation of my Zoosk account and the pending direct debit by today, August 15th, [redacted]. I will also be contacting my bank to prevent any further unauthorized charges. Urgent attention to this matter is appreciated as I only authorized the initial trial payment. Thank you.

I tried reaching out last night to address the unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account. Initially, I signed up for a 1-month trial, yet another month's payment was deducted without my consent. While frustrated, I held off on pursuing this until now due to the difficulty in contacting you. Unfortunately, last night's deduction left me without food, which is unacceptable. I urgently need to discuss this matter with you. If unresolved, I will escalate it to the Consumer Affairs and the television show "Current Affairs" in Australia. It's distressing that innocent individuals like myself are targets of such actions. I strongly prefer resolving this directly rather than involving legal authorities, but I am prepared to do so if necessary. Please contact me via email, and I will provide my phone number for further discussion. I'm eager to address this issue and hope for a prompt response. Thank you. Mia Willox.

I wanted to share my experience with someone I encountered on Zoosk. I regret not taking a screenshot of his profile before he removed it. After exchanging personal emails, the person, who goes by Ken and claims to be in the mining industry, suddenly took down his page. He provided the email address [redacted] and misrepresented his birthdate. He manipulated me by sending links about being robbed in the mining business and asked for money after claiming to be a victim of theft. Despite stating he was from England, he said he was in South Africa. He is deceitful and should be prevented from exploiting others on Zoosk. He identified as a 65-year-old Scorpio with a birthdate of Dec 12, [redacted]. When I refused to give him money, he blocked me. I have pictures he used on his profile and can provide them upon request to help prevent him from scamming others on Zoosk.
